"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pengambilan keputusan tempat bersalin pasien poliklinik kandungan di RSIA Buah Hati Ciputat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor tersebut adalah cross sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang ditunjang dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara kepada responden menggunakan kuesioner.
Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu faktor-faktor yang memiliki hubungan dengan pengambilan keputusan tempat bersalin, antara lain pendidikan responden, total penghasilan responden dan suami, gangguan atau penyulit kehamilan yang dialami responden, budaya dalam lingkungan responden, penanggung biaya dari pemanfaatan pelayanan yaitu keluarga dan BPJS, serta persepsi responden terhadap SDM RSIA Buah Hati Ciputat yaitu pada penjelasan informasi oleh dokter dan perhatian dokter.
......This research is aimed to know factors related to obstetric polyclinic patient decision to choose delivery place in Buah Hati Hospital, Ciputat. The method used in this research to know those factors is cross sectional with quantitative approach supported by univariate and bivariate analysis. The data was collected through interviews to the respondents using questioner.
The result from this research are factors related with decision to choose delivery place, they are respondent education, respondent and her husband total income, respondent’s disorder and complications of pregnancy, the culture where the respondent live in, the person in charge of service utilization, that are family and BPJS, and also respondent perception to the human resource in Buah Hati Hospital, to the information that is given by the doctors and the doctor’s attention and care."
