The striking large investments in the wood manufacturing industry especially after the fi1ip provioed bv the increases in oil revenue, in its turn will change the production technology has been used by this industry. This changes, undisputed1y will have a profound impact on labour absorption and labour productivity. The wood manufacuring industry has been the focus on this thesis since most of the studies on wood maufacturing industry in Indonesia until the time being, were mostly laying the stress on their production capacity and export performances. Less attention or studies has been undertaken in discussing the production technology and its impacts on labour acsorption and labour productivity which are accounted to be one of the most important factors for success in increasing export performances. stUdY are: the production capacity as well Specifically, tne objectives of the as this 1. To review the changes and trendS of production tecnniques in the wood manufacturing indusry. 2. To estimate the changes in labour acsorption or its empioyment elasticity. 3. To estimate the value of the elasticity of substitution in this industry . . 4 . . To estimate the changes in laoour producti.vity in this industry. Based on the past experieces and previous studies discussing the similar topiC, tne study in tnis thesis also utili~ing the Constant Elasticity of SUDstitution (CES) production function as a theoritical baCKground of tne analysis. The labour demand function and lacour prOductivity were derived from the CES production function. The economic parameters of these functions were estimated after changing its mathematical forms into its statistical regression mOdels. By evaluating the capital-labour ratio (K/L), it can be concluded whether the wood manufacturing industry tenos to be capital intensive or VIce versa.

Laporan magang ini berisi mengenai proses pelaksanaan audit atas pendapatan pada PT WNT, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri pengolahan kayu. Pendapatan merupakan komponen penting bagi pelaksanaan bisnis PT WNT. Mayoritas pendapatan perusahaan merupakan penjualan ekspor lintas negara. Proses audit atas pendapatan berjalan dengan baik, dan disimpulkan bahwa akun penjualan perusahaan belum memenuhi asersi kelengkapan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya beberapa tagihan yang belum dicatat pada akun penjualan PT WNT dengan jumlah yang material. Auditor menyarankan rekomendasi kepada PT WNT agar penjualan dapat disajikan secara wajar.

ABSTRACT
This internship report discusses the audit process on revenue at PT WNT, a company engaged in the wood processing company. Revenue is an important component for PT WNT in conducting its business. The majority revenue of company are from sales export to cross country. Audit process of the revenue went well, and the results showed that sales of the company have not fulfilled completeness assertion. This was proved by some invoices with material balance that havent recorded to sales account of PT WNT. Auditor suggested recommendation for PT WNT to represent sales fairly

Leang Burung 2 di Kabupaten Maros, Sulawesi Selatan sudah beberapa dekade menjadi salah satu situs yang penting dalam memahami kehidupan prasejarah manusia di Indonesia. Leang Burung 2 pertama kali diekskavasi oleh Ian Glover pada tahun 1975 dan Adam Brumm di tahun 2007 dan 2011-2013. Pada situs ini ditemukan banyak artefak batu, namun sejauh ini belum ada penelitian mendalam mengenai jejak pakai yang dapat menunjukkan fungsi alatalat tersebut. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jejak pakai pada artefak batu agar dapat mengetahui fungsinya. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari dua lapisan tanah dan spit yang berbeda pada penggalian tahun 2011. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis mikroskopis pembesaran rendah dan hasilnya dibandingkan dengan penelitian eksperimen etnografi yang dilakukan oleh L. Keeley dan J. Kamminga. Hasil analisis menunjukkan hanya ada lima artefak batu yang memiliki jejak pakai yang jelas. Jejak pakai tersebut memperlihatkan kegiatan pengolahan kayu antara 25.000-45.000 tahun yang lalu. ......Leang Burung 2 in Maros, South Sulawesi, for decades, has been a pivotal site for understanding prehistoric human life in Indonesia. Leang Burung 2 was first excavated by Ian Glover in 1975 and Adam Brumm in 2007 and 2011-2013. Many stone artifacts have been found at this site, but so far there has been no in-depth research on use-wear that can show the function of these artifacts. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the use-wear on stone artifacts in order to know their function. The data used in this study came from two different layers of soil and spit from the 2011 excavation. This study used low magnification microscopic analysis and the results were compared with an ethnographic experimental study conducted by L. Keeley and J. Kamminga. The results of the analysis show that there are only five stone artifacts that have clear traces of use. The traces of use show wood processing activities between 25,000-45,000 years ago.
