ABSTRAK
Fenomena Metrosexual terjadi di Jakarta. Sebagai pria yang peduli pada penampilan, salon seharusnya bisa menjadi tempat yang diminati segmen baru ini. Namun salon tidak sepopuler produk (baik barang maupun jasa) yang secara khusus menyasar pasar pria metroseksual. Di Jakarta, belum ada salon (bukan barbershop) yang dikhususkan untuk pria metroseksual. Padahal segmen pasar ini sangat potensial karena daya beli mereka tinggi. Produsen terpaku pada bagaimana mengemas produk (barang dan jasa) semenarik mungkin dan berfokus pada sisi produsen tanpa memikirkan sisi konsumen seperti risiko-risiko yang ada di benak konsumen (perceived risks) misalnya psychosocial risk, physical risk, financial risk, temporal risk dan performance risk. Risiko ini bisa menghambat proses pengadopsian (barang dan) jasa. Mengenali risiko yang ada di benak konsumen dan tidak melulu terpaku pada sisi produsen, akan membantu pihak pengelola salon, mencari cara mengurangi risiko (risk reducing strategies) yang ditakuti konsumen sehingga menimbulkan minat beli konsumen pria metroseksual sebagai konsumen yang berpengalaman dan bukan first time user. Bagi pria metroseksual di Jakarta, dari kelima risiko, yang paling kuat pengaruhnya terhadap minat beli adalah financial risk, psychosocial risk dan performance risk.
ABSTRACT
Metrosexual men trend have spread to Jakarta. As men who care about their appearance, the salon is likely to be their favorite place. However, goods and services that are targeted to metrosexual men are preffered over and above time at the salon. In Jakarta, the many salons (with the exception of barbershops) have yet to focus their service towards metrosexuals. But actually the business opportunity is substantial in this untapped segment because metrosexual men have a high level of disposable income. Businesess focus on making their products interesting and presentable, but they often times fail to address the concern of the consumer regarding the risks on their side (perceived risks) such as psychosocial risk, physical risk, financial risk, temporal risk and performance risk. These risks could hamper the products? adoption process. Recognizing the risks that exist in the minds of consumers and not solely fixated on the business side, will help business, in this case: salon, look for the ways to reduce the risks of negative perception towards the salon. Alleviating these risks, which is called risk-reducing strategies, will ensure more purchase intention by metrosexual men, who mostly are the experienced consumer and not the first time buyer. The result, from all the five perceived risks proves that: financial risk, psychosocial risk and performance risk are the biggest influence in purchase intention toward metrosexual men in Jakarta.

Industri pariwisata mudah dipengaruhi oleh hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan bencana alam, keamanan serta kebersihan pada destinasi wisata, efisiensi waktu, pemogokan transportasi, kualitas layanan pariwisata, dan lain sebagainya. Hal-hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi ekonomi negara-negara berkembang yang industri pariwisatanya turut memberikan kontribusi devisa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh perceived risks terhadap revisit intention ke Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 140 responden dari kalangan milenial DKI Jakarta dengan metode non-probability sampling yaitu convenience sampling. Analisis regresi berganda diterapkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived risks terhadap revisit intention, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh tiap dimensi yang ada pada variabel perceived risks seperti physical risk, time risk, satisfaction risk, socio- psychological risk, dan performance risk, terhadap variabel revisit intention. Sebagai hasil dari penelitian ini, perceived risks berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap revisit intention. Kemudian dimensi physical risk dan time risk berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan hubungan yang negatif terhadap revisit intention, satisfaction risk berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan hubungan negatif terhadap revisit intention, dan socio-psychological risk serta performance risk berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan hubungan positif terhadap revisit intention. ...... The tourism industry are easily influenced by matters related to natural disasters, safety and cleanliness at tourism destinations, time efficiency, transportation delays, the quality of tourism services, and so on. These things could influence the economies of developing countries whose tourism industry also contributes to foreign exchange. The purpose of this research is to find out how revisit intention impacted by perceived risks. This research use a quantitative approach with a sample of 140 respondents from the Millennials in DKI Jakarta with a non- probability sampling method, namely convenience sampling. Multiple regression analysis is applied to determine the impacts of perceived risks towards revisit intention, as well as to determine the impacts of each perceived risks' dimensions such as physical risk, time risk, satisfaction risk, socio-psychological risk, and performance risk, towards revisit intention variable. As a result of this research, the impacts of perceived risks variable towards revisit intention variable proven to be significant. The dimensions of physical risk and time risk are significantly related with a negative relationship toward the revisit intention, satisfaction risk is significantly related with positive relationship towards revisit intention, socio-psychological risk and performance risk are significantly related with a positive relationship towards revisit intention.

Meningkatnya penggunaan internet telah mempengaruhi perkembangan travel agent. Pertumbuhan internet juga menjadi pemicu para milenial melakukan wisata. Namun, pandemi Covid-19 membuat para milenial harus mempertimbangkan risiko dalam niat pembelian di travel agent. Penelitian ini ingin mempelajari bagaimana persepsi risiko mempengaruhi niat pembelian travel agent secara online pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Terdapat enam persepsi risiko yang diukur yaitu, risiko keuangan, risiko produk, risiko, keamanan, risiko waktu, risiko sosial, dan risiko psikologis. Survei akan dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 310 responden yang akan difokuskan kepada generasi milenial sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada masa pandemi, keenam persepsi risiko yang diukur memiliki pengaruh yang negatif terhdap niat pembelian pada online travel agent. Risiko produk, risiko waktu, dan risiko psikologis menjadi ketiga risiko yang memiliki pengaruh negatif tertinggi terhadap niat pembelian online pada masa pandemi Covid-19.Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pandemi mengubah perilaku konsumen dalam melihat risiko yang akan dihadapinya. Dengan memahami persepsi risiko, perusahaan travel agent dapat mengurangi persepsi risiko yang akan berdampak negatif kepada niat pembelian dari konsumen. ......The increasing use of the internet has influenced the development of travel agents with the existence of online travel agents. The growth of the internet is also one of the triggers for millennials to travel. However, the Covid-19 pandemic makes millennials have to consider the risks in their purchase intentions at travel agents. This research wants to study how perceived risks affect online purchase intention of travel agencies during the Covid-19 pandemic. There are six perceptions of risk that are measured, namely, financial risk, product risk, risk, security, time risk, social risk, and psychological risk. The survey will be carried out by distributing questionnaires to 310 respondents who will focus on the millennial generation as respondents. The results showed that during a pandemic, the observed risk of perception had a negative effect on purchase intentions of online travel agents. Product risk, time risk and psychological risk are the three risks that have the highest negative influence on online purchase intentions during the Covid-19 pandemic.The results also show that the pandemic changes consumer behavior in seeing the risks they will face. By understanding the differences in risk perceptions, companies can reduce perceived risks that will have a negative impact on consumer purchase intentions.

Tanjung Lesung sebagai destinasi pantai dihantam tsunami selat Sunda pada 22 Desember 2018. Kejadian ini berdampak pada penurunan angka kunjungan wisatawan karena risiko perjalanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived risks terhadap revisit intention ke Tanjung Lesung dengan menggunakan destination image sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan responden berupa wisatawan domestik dan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara perceived risks terhadap revisit intention melalui destination image. Sehingga, ditemukan bahwa tingkat risiko yang dirasakan oleh wisatawan terhadap Tanjung Lesung pasca tsunami selat Sunda 2018 adalah rendah yang kemudian menciptakan citra destinasi yang positif dan adanya keinginan wisatawan untuk berkunjung kembali. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pemerintah setempat segera membangun shelter tsunami di kawasan Tanjung Lesung dan meyakini wisatawan bahwa destinasi sudah dilengkapi dengan alat pendeteksi bencana yang memadai. Selain itu, terdapat juga rekomendasi untuk pihak pengelola agar meningkatkan maupun menambah pembangunan akomodasi untuk meningkatkan destination image Tanjung Lesung pasca bencana. ......Tanjung Lesung, a coastal destination was hit by tsunami of the Sunda Strait on December 22, 2018. This caused a decrease in tourists visits post-disaster due to the looming travel risk amongst tourists. This article aims to analyze the effects of perceived risks on the revisit intention to Tanjung Lesung by using destination image as the mediating variable. This article used quantitave approach by handing questionnaires to respondents, who were all domestic tourists by using the non-probability sampling technique. Results found that there are effects between perceived risks towards revisit intention through destination image; the risks felt by tourists who visited Tanjung Lesung post-tsunami are low, thus creating a positive destination image which results in revisit intention among tourists. This article recommends that the local government immediately build a tsunami shelter in the Tanjung Lesung area and convince tourists that the destination is equipped with adequate disaster detection equipment. In addition, there are also recommendations for the management to improve the construction of accommodation to support the post-disaster destination image of Tanjung Lesung.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari tahu faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pembentukan brand equity di dalam suatu produk private label dan bagaimana pengaruh brand equity tersebut terhadap minat beli konsumen. Variabel-variabel yang diuji di dalam penelitian ini adalah brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, perceived risks, dan brand loyalty sebagai variabel independen. Brand equity sebagai variabel mediasi dan purchase intention sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan sebanyak 285 responden yang didapatkan dengan metode pengumpulan data online self-administered survey dan offline store intercept survey. Responden yang memenuhi kriteria adalah responden yang pernah mengunjungi Carrefour, serta mengetahui, dan pernah menggunakan produk private label Carrefour. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi dan pengujian variabel mediasi menggunakan teknik Causal Step yang dikembangan oleh Baron dan Kenny 1986. Software yang digunakan adalah SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini, semua variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel mediasi. Variabel mediasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Variabel mediasi memediasi secara parsial untuk semua hubungan antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen, kecuali untuk variabel independen perceived risks terhadap variabel dependen, variabel mediasi memediasi secara penuh. ......The purpose of this study is to find the factors that influence the formation of brand equity in a private label product and how does the influence of brand equity toward consumer purchasing intention. The variables tested in this research are brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, perceived risks, and brand loyalty as independent variables. Brand equity as a mediation variable and purchase intention as a dependent variable. This study used 285 respondents obtained with online self administered survey and offline store intercept survey. Respondents who meet the criteria are respondents who have visited Carrefour, know and have used private label Carrefour products. The methods of data analysis ini this research, used regression and the Causal Step technique developed by Baron and Kenny 1986 . This research used SPSS 22. The results of this study, all independent variables significantly influence the mediation variable. Mediation variable significantly influence the dependent variable. Mediation variable mediate partially for all relationships between independent variables toward dependent variable, except for independent variable perceived risks toward dependent variables, mediation variable is fully mediating.

Dengan meningkatnya jumlah pengguna internet dan koneksi seluler di Indonesia, transformasi digital dengan cepat mengambil alih dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup dengan mengembangkan cara orang berkomunikasi, berinteraksi, dan bertransaksi. Implikasi dari kemajuan teknologi yang dibawa untuk memudahkan aktivitas sehari-hari masyarakat adalah inovasi alternatif angkutan umum, yaitu layanan ride-hailing. Dengan hadirnya beberapa penyedia jasa ride-hailing yang saling bersaing di Indonesia, loyalitas pelanggan terhadap merek tertentu menarik untuk ditelaah. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan dalam konteks ini. Sebanyak 398 responden yang merupakan pengguna layanan ojek online dikumpulkan secara purposive sampling dan data diolah menggunakan Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa perceived benefits of ride-hailing app, perceived sales promotion, perceived app-related risks dan perceived vehicle and driver-related risks berperan penting dalam memprediksi kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan secara langsung. Sedangkan perceived service quality tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan tetapi memiliki efek mediasi melalui kepuasan pelanggan. ......With the increasing number of internet users and cellular mobile connections in Indonesia, digital transformation is rapidly taking over and improving the quality of life by evolving the way people communicate, interact, and make transactions. An implication of technological advancements that has been brought to ease people’s daily activities is the innovation in public transport alternative, ride-hailing services. With the presence of several competing ride-hailing providers in Indonesia, the loyalty of customers towards a particular brand is interesting to be explored. This quantitative descriptive research is conducted to analyze the factors influencing customer satisfaction and loyalty in this context. A total of 398 respondents who are recent customers of motorcycle ride-hailing services were collected using purposive sampling and the data was processed using Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings suggest that perceived benefits of ride-hailing app, perceived sales promotion, perceived app-related and vehicle and driver-related risks play a significant role in predicting both customer satisfaction and customer loyalty directly. Meanwhile, perceived service quality has no significant direct effect on customer loyalty but has a mediating effect through customer satisfaction.
