Abstrak :
Thesis ini membahas mengenai proses business coaching yang telah dilakukan penulis bersama mitra UMKM Tooniq. Tujuan dari thesis ini adalah membantu pihak UMKM Tooniq dalam menghadapi masalah yang sedang dihadapinya dan dapat meningkatkan performa bisnis dari UMKM Tooniq. Fokus dari thesis membahas penyelesaian dua masalah utama yang dihadapi oleh Tooniq yaitu masalah ketergantungan Tooniq terhadap vendor produksi dan terbatasnya kapasitas produksi vendor dan masalah pencatatan barang masuk keluar. Kedua masalah utama didapatkan dari hasil rangkaian analisis internal dan eksternal dari Tooniq, dilanjutkan dengan analisis pareto untuk mendapatkan masalah utama dari Tooniq. Analisis solusi dilakukan dengan pendekatan Tree root cause analysis dan TOWS model, didapatkan solusi untuk masalah pertama adalah coaching terkait manajemen vendor dan penggunaan alat manajemen vendor berupa vendor performance scorecard serta vendor total cost of ownership. Solusi yang didapatkan untuk masalah kedua adalah pengembangan alat pencatatan pergudangan untuk Tooniq. Hasil dari thesis ini telah selesainya proses coaching kepada Tooniq untuk penyelesaian dua masalah utama terkait manajemen vendor dan manajemen pergudangan, telah siapnya alat vendor performance scorecard serta vendor total cost of ownership yang dapat digunakan oleh Tooniq, dan telah siapnya alat pencatatan barang masuk keluar yang dapat digunakan oleh Tooniq. Dampak dari thesis ini adalah Tooniq sudah mampu untuk memilih dan mengelola vendor produksinya sesuai kebutuhan dari Tooniq, dan Tooniq memiliki alat pencatatan pergudangan yang dapat digunakan oleh tim dari Tooniq. ......This thesis discusses the business coaching process that has been carried out by the author with Tooniq MSME partners. The purpose of this thesis is to help Tooniq UMKM in dealing with the problems they are facing and can improve the business performance of Tooniq. The focus of this thesis is to discuss solving the two main problems faced by Tooniq, namely the problem of Tooniq's dependence on production vendors and the limited production capacity of vendors, and the problem of recording incoming and outgoing goods. The two main problems are obtained from the results of a series of internal and external analyses, followed by a pareto analysis to obtain the main problems. Solution of the problem was carried out by using analysis the Tree root cause analysis approach and the TOWS model. The solution for the first problem was coaching related to vendor management and the use of vendor management tools in the form of vendor performance scorecards and vendor total cost of ownership. The solution for the second problem was the development of a warehouse record tool for Tooniq. The results of this thesis are completion of coaching process for Tooniq to resolve two main issues related to vendor management and warehousing management. The vendor performance scorecard with vendor total cost of ownership tools developed and can be used by Tooniq, beside that the incoming - outgoing goods recording tool developed and can be used by Tooniq. The impact of this thesis are Tooniq is able to select and manage production vendors according to Tooniq's needs, and Tooniq has a warehouse record tool that can be used by the Tooniq team.

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai hubungan persepsi risiko kerja pergudangan dengan perilaku tidak selamat pada pekerja PT Schenker Petrolog Utama (SPU) di MT Warehouse, Marunda. Persepsi risiko dideskripsikan dengan menggunakan 9 dimensi Paradigma Psikometri oleh Fischoff, sementara 12 Daftar Tindakan Tidak selamat oleh Swartz diadaptasi dalam studi ini untuk melihat perilaku tidak selamat para pekerja. Waktu penelitian dimulai dari Januari hingga Mei 2014. Melalui alat ukur kuesioner serta observasi langsung terhadap 40 pekerja di MT Warehouse, disimpulkan bahwa persepsi risiko 60% pekerja SPU tergolong kategori kurang baik, sementara mayoritas pekerja (85%) memiliki perilaku tidak selamat. Berdasarkan hasil statistik, tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan antara persepsi risiko dengan kecenderungan pekerja berperilaku tidak selamat. Walaupun demikian, meningkatkan kemampuan pekerja dalam menilai risiko sangat dianjurkan. Penelitian lanjutan yang memasukkan aspek-aspek lain yang diduga berkontribusi terhadap perilaku tidak selamat juga dapat dilakukan untuk mencari tahu faktor terkait yang signifikan. ......This research is aimed to analyze the relation between risk perceptions of working in warehouse with unsafe behavior among workers of PT Schenker Petrolog Utama at MT Warehouse, Marunda. Risk perceptions per se are described with 9 dimensions of Psychometric Paradigm introduced by Fischoff, while 12 Unsafe Acts by Swartz is adapted to view unsafe behavior in this study. The research was conducted from January to May 2014. Using questionnaire and direct observation on 40 workers at MT Warehouse, it can be perceived that the risk perception of 60% of workers was poor and 85% of workers? behaviors were categorized as unsafe. Based on statistic data, no correlation found between risk perceptions and unsafe behavior of these workers. Nevertheless, increasing the ability of workers to measure risks is highly advised. Further research is also suggested to include other aspects allegedly contribute to unsafe behavior in order to identify related significant factors.

Seiring dengan meningkatnya taraf hidup dan konsumsi masyarakat di Indonesia, permintaan produk Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) pun mengalami peningkatan khususnya produk FMCG pada kategori Nutrisi. Hal ini tentunya menjadi potensi keuntungan bagi perusahaan jika bisa memanfaatkan kondisi dengan baik. Untuk mengoptimalkan potensi yang ada, perusahaan perlu memastikan bahwa produknya bisa menjangkau masyarakat luas dengan tepat waktu, hal ini perlu didukung oleh rencana produksi yang baik. Hal utama yang menjadi acuan perusahaan memproduksi sebuah produk adalah peramalan permintaan di waktu yang akan datang. Peramalan akan menjadi acuan perusahaan untuk menentukan seberapa banyak produk yang harus diproduksi dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Peramalan yang baik akan membantu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan keuntungan dan meminimalisasi kerugian yang timbul akibat kesalahan dalam perhitungan produksi. Selain peramalan, perusahaan pun perlu menentukan jumlah safety stock dan reorder point untuk membantu perusahaan dalam memastikan bahwa stok yang dimiliki bisa terus memenuhi permintaan pasar. ......Along with the increasing standard of living and public consumption in Indonesia, the demand for Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products has also increased, especially for FMCG products in the Nutrition category. This is a great potential profit for the company if it can take the advantages of the conditions properly. To optimize the potential that exists, companies need to ensure that their products can reach the wider community at the right time, this needs to be supported by a good production plan. The main thing that becomes a reference for producing a product is forecasting demand in the future. Forecasting will be a reference for the company to determine how many products must be produced within a certain time. Good forecasting will help companies to increase profits and minimize losses arising from errors in production calculations. In addition to forecasting, companies also need to determine the amount of safety stock and reorder points to help companies ensure that their stock can continue to meet market demand.

Abstrak :
Penelitian dilakukan pada proses kerja di salah satu site milik PT. CEVA Logistik Indonesia yang menangani kegiatan logistik ban, yaitu Site Michelin. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu untuk menjelaskan tingkat risiko ergonomi pada aktivitas manual handling. Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan metode REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) untuk menilai tingkat risiko ergonomi terkait postur janggal, beban kerja, frekuensi, dan durasi pekerjaan. Terdapat empat proses kerja terkait aktivitas manual handling, yaitu proses unloading, proses put away stack, proses loading, dan proses converting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar tahapan memiliki tingkat risiko ergonomi tinggi berdasarkan skor REBA akhir yang berkisar antara 5?13, sehingga dibutuhkan upaya perbaikan secepatnya dengan meminimisasi aktivitas manual handling, salah satunya dapat melalui penggunaan forklift tyre handler. ......The research was conducted on work processes at one site owned by PT. CEVA Logistics Indonesia which handles the logistics activities of tire, the Michelin site. The purpose of the research is to describe the level of ergonomic risk in manual handling activities. The research uses cross sectional study design with the method of REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) to assess the risk of ergonomics-related awkward postures, workload, frequency, and duration of tasks. There are four work processes related to manual handling activities, process of unloading, process of put away stack, process of loading, and process of converting. The results showed that most of the tasks have a high level of ergonomic risk based on the final REBA score ranging from 5?13, so that changes are needed immediately to minimize the manual handling activities, for example by using forklift tyre handler.
