"Cakupan vaksinasi COVID-19 lansia di Kelurahan Batu Ampar sebesar 61%. Cakupan tersebut menjadikan Kelurahan Batu Ampar termasuk wilayah terendah kedua dalam cakupan vaksinasi di Kecamatan Kramat Jati, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku vaksinasi COVID-19 pada lansia dan determinannya di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kelurahan Batu Ampar Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain
cross sectional. Teknik pengolahan sampel menggunakan analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik ganda. Pengumpulan data melalui pengisian kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya pada 121 lansia yang berdomisili di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kelurahan Batu Ampar Jakarta Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 82,6% lansia telah menerima vaksinasi COVID-19 dengan status dosis pertama sebanyak 5,8%, dosis kedua sebanyak 37% dan
booster pertama sebanyak 46,3%. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan pengetahuan (
p=0,011)
dan aksesibilitas jarak (
p=0,001) sangat berhubungan dengan perilaku vaksinasi COVID-19 pada lansia. Aksesibilitas jarak merupakan faktor yang dominan berhubungan dengan perilaku vaksinasi COVID-19 pada lansia.
The coverage of the elderly COVID-19 vaccination in Batu Ampar Village is 61%. This coverage makes Batu Ampar Village the second lowest area in vaccination coverage in Kramat Jati District, East Jakarta. This study aims to determine the behavior of COVID-19 vaccination in the elderly and its determinants in the work area of the Batu Ampar Village Health Center, East Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional design. The sample processing technique used univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis with multiple logistic regression. Collecting data through filling out questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability on 121 elderly who live in the working area of the Puskesmas Batu Ampar, East Jakarta. The results showed that 82.6% of the elderly had received COVID-19 vaccination with 5.8% first dose status, 37% second dose and 46.3% first booster. The results also showed that knowledge (p=0.011) and distance accessibility (p=0.001) were strongly related to the behavior of COVID-19 vaccination in the elderly. Distance accessibility is the dominant factor related to COVID-19 vaccination behavior in the elderly"

"Kasus COVID-19 menunjukkan tren yang meningkat dimana DKI Jakarta merupakan Provinsi dengan kasus COVID-19 tertinggi di Indonesia. Pada Juni 2021, DKI Jakarta telah dapat melakukan program Vaksinasi COVID-19 untuk tahap 3 dan anak dibawah usia 18 tahun, karenanya penting untuk mengetahui penerimaan warga DKI Jakarta terhadap program Vaksinasi COVID-19 tersebut sebagai langkah pengendalian penyakit. Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui penerimaan warga DKI Jakarta terhadap program Vaksinasi COVID-19 ditinjau dari Health Belief Model. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi potong lintang, dilakukan pada Mei hingga Juni 2021 dengan melibatkan sampel penelitian sebesar 266 responden dengan kriteria inklusi berusia ≥12 tahun, berdomisili di wilayah DKI Jakarta, termasuk kategori penerima vaksinasi tahap 3, responden sudah maupun belum melakukan Vaksinasi COVID-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lebih dari separuh responden sudah memiliki pengetahuan yang baik mengenai Vaksin COVID-19 (63,2%) dan COVID-19 (67,3%), serta didapati sebesar 79,7% responden menunjukkan penerimaan terhadap program Vaksinasi COVID-19. Responden diketahui memiliki persepsi kerentanan rendah daripada persepsi keparahan , lebih dari separuh responden penelitian (59,8%) memiliki persepsi manfaat yang baik, namun 50% responden diketahui masih memiliki hambatan terkait penerimaan terhadap program vaksinasi COVID-19.
COVID-19 cases shows an increasing trend, whereas DKI Jakarta is the province with the highest cases in Indonesia. In June 2021, DKI Jakarta has been able to carry out the COVID-19 Vaccination program for stage 3 and children under the age of 18. Therefore, it is important to know the reception of DKI Jakarta residents to the COVID-19 Vaccination program as a disease control measure. The purpose of the study is to determine the acceptance of DKI Jakarta residents to the COVID-19 Vaccination program using the Health Belief Model. This study uses a cross-sectional study design, which was conducted from Mei to June 2021 with research sample of 266 respondents with inclusion criteria aged 12 years, domiciled in the DKI Jakarta area, which includes the category of recipients of stage 3 vaccination, and people who have or have not received COVID-19 vaccination. The results shows more than half of the respondents already had good knowledge of the COVID-19 Vaccine (63.2%) and COVID-19 (67.3%), and it was found that 79.7% of respondents have positive acceptance of the COVID-19 Vaccination program. Respondents are known to have a lower perception of susceptibility than perception of severity, with more than half of the study respondents (59.8%) have a good perception of benefits, but 50% of respondents are known to still have barriers related to acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccination program."

"Imunitas kelompok lewat vaksinasi menjadi upaya utama dalam menangani Covid-19, namun survey menemukan bahwa beberapa anggota masyarakat masih ragu untuk divaksin. Penelitian ini berfokus kepada latar belakang psikologis terhadap perilaku vaksinasi dewasa muda (18-25 tahun) di Jabodetabek. Analisis regresi linear berganda dilakukan untuk menganalisis 214 kuesioner daring dan ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari 5C Psychological Antecedents of Vaccination terhadap perilaku vaksinasi Covid-19, F(5, 208) = 19,571, p < 0,01, R² = 0,320, dimana confidence dan collective responsibility menjadi prediktor signifikan. Hasil penelitian mengimplikasikan pentingnya mengomunikasikan keterpercayaan vaksin dan tanggung jawab sosial dalam rangka meningkatkan penerimaan vaksin pada dewasa muda.
Herd immunity through vaccination has become the main effort on responding to the Covid-19 pandemic; however surveys found that several people are still vaccine hesitant. This research focuses on the psychological antecedents of the vaccination behavior of young adults (18-25 years old) in Jabodetabek. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to analyze 214 online questionnaires and the result indicates that 5C Psychological Antecedents of Vaccination has a significant effect on vaccination behavior, F(5, 208) = 19,571, p < 0,01, R² = 0,320, with confidence and collective responsibility as the significant predictor. The result implies the importance of communicating about the trustworthiness of vaccines and public social responsibility in order to increase young adults’ willingness to be vaccinated."
