Abstrak :
Work from home dan online learning akibat pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan perubahan perilaku pengasuhan orang tua kepada anak. Pola asuh yang tepat melalui penerapan perilaku yang baik dapat menstimulasi perkembangan emosional anak. Namun, perkembangan emosional anak berisiko bermasalah apabila penggunaan pola asuh tidak tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua dan perkembangan emosional anak prasekolah pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian berdesain cross sectional ini melibatkan 186 orang tua dari anak prasekolah di PAUD/TK/RA di Jakarta yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Parenting Style and Dimension Questionnaire (PSDQ) dan Ages and Stages Questionnaire: Social-Emotional (ASQ:SE)–2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua dan perkembangan emosional anak prasekolah (p = 0,002; OR = 3,903). Anak prasekolah yang diasuh oleh orang tua dengan pola asuh otoritatif 3 kali memiliki perkembangan emosional yang tinggi dibanding diasuh orang tua dengan pola asuh permisif. Peneliti merekomendasikan adanya penyampaian hasil pola asuh oleh perawat komunitas atau pengembangan media edukasi oleh mahasiswa keperawatan atau pihak sekolah dalam promosi kesehatan. Selain itu, orang tua diharapkan lebih memperhatikan, mengawasi, dan mengantisipasi perilaku anak yang tidak sesuai dari perkembangan emosionalnya.
......Work from home and online learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic has caused changes in parenting behavior for children. Appropriate parenting through good behavior can stimulate children's emotional development. However, the emotional development of children is at risk of problems if the use of parenting is not appropriate. This study aims to identify the relationship between parenting styles and the emotional development of preschool children during the COVID-19 pandemic. This cross-sectional design study involved 186 parents of preschool children in several PAUD/TK/RA in Jakarta who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. The instruments used are the Parenting Style and Dimension Questionnaire (PSDQ) and the Ages and Stages Questionnaire: Social-Emotional (ASQ:SE)–2. The results showed has a relationship between parenting styles and children's emotional development (p = 0.002; OR = 3,903). Preschool children who are cared for by parents with authoritative parenting have three times higher emotional development than those raised by parents with permissive parenting. Researchers recommend the delivery of the results of parenting by community nurses or the development of educational media by nursing students or schools in health promotion. In addition, parents can expectedly pay more attention, supervise, and anticipate children's inappropriate behavior from their emotional development.

Perkembangan emosional merupakan perkembangan yang penting bagi anak prasekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan perkembangan emosional pada anak usia prasekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain analitik komparatif dan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sebanyak 300 ibu dari anak usia prasekolah di Kecamatan Beji Kota Depok menjadi responden pada penelitian ini yang diambil dengan cara cluster random sampling. dengan mengisi kuesioner terkait pola asuh dan perkembangan emosional anak prasekolah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa anak usia prasekolah memiliki perkembangan emosional dengan skor median 149. Selain itu ditemukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuh dengan domain surgensi, afeksi negatif, upaya kendali, dan skor total perkembangan emosional anak prasekolah (p=0,0001). Hasil penilitian diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai informasi untuk menstimulus perkembangan emosional dan mengintegrerasikan perkembangan lainnya dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah.
ABSTRACT
Emotional development is an important development for preschoolers. This study aims to determine the correlation between parenting parents and emotional development in preschoolers. This study used a quantitative research with comparative analytic design with cross-sectional approach. 300 mothers of preschoolers in Kecamatan Beji, Kota Depok became respondents which were taken by cluster random sampling. Mother filled out questionnaires about parenting and emotional development of preschoolers. The results of this study indicate that preschoolers have emotional development with an median score of 149. In addition, there was significant relations between parenting and each score of surgency, negative affectivity, and effortful control dimension and also the total score of preschool children emotional development (p = 0.0001). This study results are expected to be used as information to stimulate emotional development and integrate other developments in the learning process.

Anak usia prasekolah rentan mengalami perselisihan dengan saudara kandungnya. Pada masa prasekolah, anak juga sedang mengalami perkembangan emosional. Cara ibu mengatasi sibling rivalry dapat berdampak pada perkembangan emosional anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan strategi ibu mengatasi sibling rivalry dengan perkembangan emosional anak usia prasekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross-sectional dengan teknik cluster random sampling didapatkan sampel penelitian berjumlah 112 ibu dengan anak usia prasekolah di Kecamatan Beji Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua jenis kuesioner, yaitu How Do You Manage Children’s Conflict Questionnaire (HMCC) dan Ages and Stages Questionnaire: Social-Emotional-2 (ASQ:SE-2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan bermakna antara strategi ibu mengatasi sibling rivalry dengan perkembangan emosional anak usia prasekolah (p value = 0,001). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalisasi peran orang tua dan institusi pendidikan dalam meningkatkan perkembangan emosional anak usia prasekolah, khususnya anak yang memiliki saudara kandung di keluarga.
......Preschool-age children are prone to disputes with their siblings. During the preschool period, children are also undergoing emotional development. How mothers cope with rivalry can have an impact on children's emotional development. This study aims to identify the relationship between mothers' strategies to overcome sibling rivalry and the emotional development of preschool-age children. This study used a cross-sectional research design with cluster random sampling technique to obtain a research sample of 112 mothers with preschool-age children in Beji District, Depok City. This study used two types of questionnaires, namely How Do You Manage Children's Conflict Questionnaire (HMCC) and Ages and Stages Questionnaire: Social-Emotional-2 (ASQ:SE-2). The results of this study showed a significant relationship between mothers' strategies to overcome sibling rivalry and the emotional development of preschool-age children (p value = 0.001). This study is expected to optimize the role of parents and educational institutions in improving the emotional development of preschool-age children, especially those who have siblings in the family.
