Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh dari persepsi politik organisasi, knowledge sharing dan resilience terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pegawai di Unit Strategis Presiden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh 129 pegawai Unit Strategis Presiden, dengan jumlah responden yang memberikan jawaban sebesar 56 responden. Variabel persepsi politik organisasi diukur menggunakan Perception of Organizational Politics Scale (POPS) yang dikembangkan oleh Kacmar dan Carlson, variabel organizational citizenship behavior diukur dengan skala yang dikembangkan Podsakoff, variabel knowledge sharing diukur dengan menggunakan skala yang digunakan pada penelitian Evans, sedangkan variabel resilience diukur menggunakan skala yang dikembangkan oleh Näswall, Kuntz, & Malinen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara knowledge sharing dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Hubungan positif dan signifikan juga ditemukan antara resilience dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Namun tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi politik organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior di Unit Strategis Presiden.

ABSTRACT
This study analyzes the effects of perceived organizational politics, knowledge sharing and resilience to the organizational citizenship behavior in President's Strategic Unit. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to all 129 Presidential Strategic Unit employees, with respondents giving answers was 56 respondents. The Perceived Organizational Politics variable was measured using Perception of Organizational Politics Scale (POPS) developed by Kacmar and Carlson, organizational citizenship behavior variable was measured using scale developed by Podsakoff, the knowledge sharing variable was measured using the scale used in Evans research, while the resilience variable was measured using the scale developed by Näswall, Kuntz, and Malinen. The results of this study show there is a significant positive relationship between knowledge sharing and organizational citizenship behavior. A positive and significant relationship was also found between resilience and organizational citizenship behavior. However, there is no significant relationship between organizational political perception and organizational citizenship behavior in The President's Strategic Unit."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Perceptions of Politics (POP) terhadap Knowledge Sharing (KS), serta peran Islamic Work Ethics (IWE) sebagai variabel independen dan moderator dalam konteks organisasi berbasis nilai. Studi dilakukan pada PT Bank Riau Kepri Syariah (BRKS) menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dan melibatkan 144 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa POP berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap KS, yang mendukung teori sebelumnya mengenai dampak persepsi politik terhadap perilaku prososial. Sementara itu, pengaruh langsung IWE terhadap KS serta peran moderasinya terhadap hubungan POP-KS tidak signifikan secara statistik. Temuan ini diposisikan sebagai eksploratif dan indikatif, mengingat keterbatasan validitas konstruk IWE yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi awal terhadap literatur mengenai dinamika politik organisasi dan nilai kerja Islam di institusi keuangan syariah. Temuan-temuan yang tidak signifikan dianalisis secara hati-hati dan tidak dijadikan dasar untuk kesimpulan final, melainkan mendorong dilakukannya studi lanjutan dengan instrumen dan pendekatan yang lebih kuat untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel secara lebih meyakinkan.

This study aims to examine the influence of Perceptions of Politics (POP) on Knowledge Sharing (KS), with Islamic Work Ethics (IWE) assessed both as an independent variable and a moderator, within the value-based context of PT Bank Riau Kepri Syariah (BRKS). Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 144 employees and analyzed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that POP has a significant negative effect on KS, aligning with existing theories that political perceptions undermine trust and prosocial behavior in the workplace. However, the direct effect of IWE on KS and its moderating role in the POP–KS relationship were found to be statistically insignificant. These findings are treated as exploratory and indicative, given that the IWE construct exhibited limited convergent validity and internal consistency. While only one of the three hypotheses was statistically supported, this study offers an initial empirical contribution to understanding how organizational politics and Islamic ethical values relate to knowledge-sharing behavior in Islamic financial institutions. Non-significant results are interpreted with caution and are not positioned as final conclusions, but rather as a basis for future research that may employ more robust instruments and methodological designs."
