Abstrak :
The tourism and travel sector has contributed significantly to Indonesia’s economic growth and robust development. Despite its positive impact, tourism and travel business activities also potentially impact environmental loss. In order to reduce these negative impacts, the new concept of tourism, namely low-carbon tourism, which focuses on environmental sustainability, can be implemented as the enabler. One of the factors that can support the implementation is the existence of environmentally friendly technology that requires a technology transfer process. This paper aims to overview the role and implication of technology transfer for enabling low-carbon tourism in Indonesia and outlining a conceptual framework for addressing the political (P), economic (E), social (S), technological (T), environmental (E), and legal (L) factors that constrain and support in enabling low-carbon tourism through technology transfer in Indonesia. A qualitative library research method and PESTEL analysis were employed to analyze and map the implications of external factors influencing the development of low-carbon tourism through technology transfer in Indonesia. The paper denotes that all the factors (political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal) were interrelated. Nevertheless, the economic factor was the only one with a moderate policy to encourage businesses to use green practices, particularly for the carbon tax policy. Consequently, there was still an opportunity for monetary policy to promote low-carbon tourism.

XXX Chemical Corporation adalah perusahaan Korea yang memproduksi dan menjual berbagai macam produk yang terbuat dari bahan kimia. Penelitian ini berfokus pada film Polyamide (PA) dan Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) yang merupakan salah satu bahan yang paling banyak digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari Nylon, juga dikenal sebagai Polyamide (PA), dan Polyester, atau Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), film adalah bahan kimia yang banyak digunakan untuk kemasan makanan dan juga untuk bahan industri. Film PA banyak digunakan sebagai kemasan makanan dan bahan kemasan lainnya untuk berbagai barang rumah tangga, sedangkan film PET digunakan untuk bahan kemasan, optik, listrik dan industri. XXX Chemical Corporation yang berkantor pusat di Seoul telah melakukan studi tentang peluang masuknya film plastik ke Indonesia dalam waktu dekat. Laporan studi kasus ini didasarkan pada penelitian kualitatif, dan studi ini mencakup Model Lima Kekuatan Porter dan Analisis PESTEL yang menyimpulkan bahwa industri film plastik Indonesia memiliki potensi untuk dalam jangka waktu dekat. ......XXX Chemical Corporation is a Korean company which produces and sells a variety of products made of chemical materials. Among them, the study only focused on the Polyamide (PA) and Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) films which are one of the most used materials in daily life. Nylon, also known as Polyamide (PA), and Polyester, or Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), films are chemical materials largely used for food packaging and for industrial materials. PA films are widely used as food packaging and other packaging materials for various household goods, while PET films are used for packaging, optics, electrical and industrial materials. XXX Chemical Corporation, headquartered in Seoul, has done a study on the opportunity to enter plastic films in Indonesia in the near future. The case study report was based on qualitative research, and the study includes Porter’s Five Forces Model and PESTEL Analysis which conclude that Indonesian plastic films industry has potentials to invest in the near future.

Tesis ini membahas mengenai penambahan saluran distribusi, perbaikan konten sosial media, dan penambahan varian rasa yang ditawarkan. Masalah yang ditemukan pada Kandang Moo adalah saluran distribusi yang terbatas pada Reseller dan Outlet serta varian rasa yang hanya berjumlah tujuh varian. Usulan yang diberikan oleh Coach adalah bekerjasama dengan Go-Food yang dimiliki oleh Go-Jek dan menambah varian rasa menjadi 15 varian rasa. Pada prosesnya digunakan analisis proses bisnis, analisis sumber daya dan kapabilitas, analisis VRIO, analisis pelanggan, analisis PESTEL, analisis Porter?s Five Forces, bauran pemasaran, analisis SWOT, dan analisis GAP untuk menentukan perbaikan yang dibutuhkan oleh UMKM Kandang Moo
ABSTRACT
This thesis generates ideas and solutions for Kandang Moo which proposes additional distribution channel, rejuvenation of social media content, and new variety of flavours. The research identified several problems in the business such as limited distribution restricted to resellers and outlets and limited variety of flavours to only 7 (seven) variants. First, the writer suggests Kandang Moo to register their brand to Go-Jek Indonesia through its Go-Food program. Second, to add 8 other variants of flavours. In order to determine improvements needed by Kandang Moo, the whole research used business process analysis, research and capability, VRIO, customer, PESTEL, Porter?s Five Forces, Marketing Mix, SWOT, and GAP analysis
