Praktek Profesi Apoteker di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan, khususnya Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan Perbekalan Kesehatan Rumah Tangga PKRT , memiliki pengetahuan tentang tugas pokok dan fungsi Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan khususnya Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT di bidang farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis melakukan pekerjaan di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan khususnya Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan kefarmasian di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan khusunya Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT. Apoteker yang melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT akan menerapkan pengetahuan ilmu kefarmasiannya untuk terlibat dalam tugas pokok dan fungsi direktorat. Program Studi Profesi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia telah bekerja sama dengan pemerintah, Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia RI khususnya di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan untuk melaksanakan Praktek Kerja Profesi PKP di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT dilakukan pada tanggal 22 Mei sampai dengan 2 Juni 2017. Melalui PKP ini mahasiswa apoteker diberikan wawasan, pengetahuan, dan pengalaman kerja; dibuat untuk memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di instansi pemerintahan yang meliputi pembinaan, mengawasan dan pembuatan regulasi dalam tahapan premarket standardisasi dan sertifikasi dan post market yang terdiri dari pengawasan terhadap sarana produksi dan distribusi, serta pengawasan produk alat kesehatan dan PKRT ; serta dibuat mengetahui penyelesaian beberapa permasalahan kefarmasian di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT.

ABSTRACT
Pharmacists who do pharmaceutical work in the Directorate of Medical Devices and Household Supplies Supervision shall apply their pharmaceutical science knowledge to be involved in the principle duties and functions of the directorate. Universitas Indonesia rsquo s Faculty of Pharmacy rsquo s Apothecary Profession Study Program has made cooperation with the government, The Ministry of Health, Republic of Indonesia, particularly with The Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices for this Profession Internship Program PI . PI in the Directorate of Medical Devices and Household Supplies Supervision was held from the 22nd of May till the 2nd of June 2017. Through this PI, the Apothecary student was given insight, knowledge, and work experience made to understand the role and responsibilities of pharmacists in the government agency which covers coaching, supervision, and regulation making in the premarket standardization and certification and post market stage which consists of supervision of production and distribution facilities, also the supervision of products medical devices and household health supplies and made to know the solutions to various pharmaceutical problems In the Directorate of Medical Devices and Household Supplies Supervision.

Obat merupakan salah satu komponen yang tidak dapat tergantikan dalam mewujudkan kesehatan masyarakat. Namun, selain obat, salah satu sarana dalam mengupayakan kesehatan masyarakat adalah penggunaan alat kesehatan dan Perbekalan Kesehatan Rumah Tangga PKRT . Oleh karena maraknya penggunaan alat kesehatan dan PKRT di tengah masyarakat, dibutuhkan suatu regulasi agar masyarakat terlindung dari alat kesehatan dan PKRT yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan mutu. Perumusan regulasi terkait alat kesehatan dan PKRT dilakukan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan. Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan bertugas dalam menyelenggarakan perumusan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan di bidang kefarmasian dan alat kesehatan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Dalam rangka mempersiapkan apoteker yang paham akan tanggung jawab apoteker di bidang alat kesehatan dan PKRT khususnya dalam perumusan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan di bidang alat kesehatan dan PKRT, diperlukan praktek kerja profesi di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan pada 22 Mei ndash; 2 Juni 2017. Drugs are component that cannot be replaced in actualizing public health. However, besides drugs, one of efforts in actualizing public health is the use of medical devices and household health supplies. Due to the widespread use of medical devices and household health supplies in the community, a regulation is needed to protect the public from medical devices and household health supplies that do not meet the quality requirements. The formulation of regulation related to medical devices and household health supplies is done by Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan. Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan has role in organizing the formulation and implementation of policies in the field of pharmaceutical and medical devices in accordance with legislation. Pada Direktorat Penilaian Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT memiliki tugas melaksanakan perumusan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan, penyusunan norma, standar, prosedur, dan kriteria, dan pemberian bimbingan teknis dan supervise, serta pemantauan, evaluasi, dan pelaporan di bidang penilaian alat kesehatan dan perbekalan kesehatan rumah tangga sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Proses pengawasan dan evaluasi terhadap iklan PKRT harus mencakup kesesuaian dengan label dan penandaan yang telah disetujui di dalam izin edar yang dimiliki serta berisi informasi yang tidak menyesatkan yang dapat merugikan kesehatan penggunanya.

Internship at the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia aims to make apothecary students understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices in protecting public health and safety from misuse of medical devices and Household Health Supplies PKRT that are not comply the quality requirements, and also to have experience and work skills in the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices. The specific tasks carried out by apothecary student are to monitor the advertisement of Household Health Supplies PKRT that have been circulating in electronic media. The process of supervision and evaluation of PKRT advertisements must include the conformity with labels and markings that have been approved in the distribution permit that is owned by the industry or distributor and must contain information that is not misleading which can harm the health of its users.
