"Vaksinasi terhadap Virus Corona (SARSCov2) dianggap sebagai upaya penting dalam mengendalikan pandemi COVID-19 dan mempercepat pemulihan aktivitas ekonomi. Bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh vaksinasi terhadap kesehatan dan ekonomi pada tingkat kabupaten/kota di Indonesia masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh vaksinasi terhadap hasil kesehatan dan kondisi ekonomi masyarakat. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode fixed effect dengan data set panel bulanan mengenai vaksinasi dan berbagai hasil kesehatan (positivity rate dan recovery) serta data set tahunan tentang vaksinasi dan kondisi ekonomi masyarakat yang diukur melalui pengeluaran per kapita pada 514 kabupaten/kota di Indonesia selama periode Januari 2021 hingga Desember 2022. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa vaksinasi dosis pertama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penurunan positivity rate, peningkatan jumlah pemulihan kasus (recovery), dan juga terhadap peningkatan pengeluaran per kapita. Analisis lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa vaksinasi dosis kedua mampu mempertahankan keberlanjutan efek positif terhadap hasil kesehatan dan kondisi ekonomi masyarakat.......Vaccination against the Coronavirus (SARSCov2) is considered an important effort in controlling the COVID-19 pandemic and accelerating the recovery of economic activity. Limited empirical evidence exists regarding the effect of vaccination on health and the economy at the district level in Indonesia. This research examines the effect of the COVID-19 vaccination on health outcomes and the economic conditions of society. The analysis was carried out using the fixed effect method with panel monthly data of vaccinations and various health outcomes (positivity rate and case recoveries) and annual data of vaccinations and economic conditions of society as measured by expenditure per capita in about 514 districts in Indonesia during the period January 2021 to December 2022. The estimation results show that the first dose of vaccination has a significant effect on reducing the positivity rate, increasing the number of case recoveries, and also increasing expenditure per capita. Further analysis shows that the second dose of vaccination is able to maintain a sustainable positive effect on health outcomes and the economic condition of society."
