Abstrak :
This research was conducted at P.T. “ED” Aluminium, Yogyakarta, an industrial aluminum foundry that produces manually operated cooking appliances. The workers complain of muscle pain and fatigue, and of always having to pursue production targets in order to fulfill goods shipment deadlines. Also evident was the unergonomic work system, where the liquid aluminum was often spilled due to workers having to adopt an unnatural work posture when pouring the liquid aluminum into molds. Therefore, the researchers’ aims were to improve the operator’s working posture, reduce the workload, eradicate musculoskeletal complaints, improve time efficiency, and increase productivity by redesigning the liquid aluminum pouring tools using an integrated participatory ergonomics method combined with an appropriate technology (AT) concept. Furthermore, ergonomics intervention was conducted in the redesigning of the pouring tools. The result was an ergonomic liquid aluminum pouring tool. The ergonomics intervention results from use of the newly designed pouring tools allowed for a more natural working posture, improvement in the workload category from heavy to medium, a 26.13% reduction of the workload, and a 19.64% reduction in musculoskeletal disorders. Time efficiency increased by 25.81%, and productivity increased by 26.60%.

ABSTRAK
Penggunaan beton bertulang pada berbagai jenis konstruksi merupakan hal yang umum dewasa ini. Namun pada kenyataannya di lapangan, tak sedikit kerusakan yang terjadi pada stuktur beton bertulang. Kerusakan tersebut dapat disebabkan oleh banyak hal, yang secara garis besar berdasarkan faktor penyebab kerusakan dapat digolongkan menjadi tiga, yaitu : pengaruh fisika, mekanika, dan kimia.

Kerusakan struktur beton yang terjadi di Dermaga D, Pelabuhan Panjang, Provinsi Lampung merupakan salah satu contoh kerusakan struktur beton akibat pengaruh kimia, tepatnya diakibatkan oleh kondisi lingkungan air asin dari air laut yang membuat korosi pada balok beton dermaga tersebut.

Perbaikan beton dengan bahan perbaikan Grout LN 322M dengan metode pengerjaan injection grouting, menjadi salah satu alternatif perbaikan yang efisien. Untuk menunjang hal itu perlu dilakukan penelitian terhadap kinerja dan kapasitas dari pelat yang mengalami perbaikan di sisi bawah tersebut.

Penelitian selain didasarkan pada studi literatur, juga dilakukan simulasi perbaikan pada pelat dengan pembuatan modul-modul pelat diikuti pengujian guna mendapatkan kinerja dan kapasitas dari pelat perbaikan tersebut.

Dari eksperimen yang telah dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut, kinerja pelat perbaikan sudah mendekati kinerja pelat normal, dengan metode pengerjaan pengecoran biasa (pouring) apalagi dilaksanakan dengan metode injection berdasarkan pengamatan terhadap kapasitas layan, pola retak, lendutan dan regangan-tegangan.
ABSTRACT
Uses of reinforced concrete in many type of construction are a global thing at present time. But in fact, if we jump into the field the damage problem of reinforced concrete structure can be very sophisticated. This damage can be caused by many things; majority based on damage cause factor, the problem can be divided into three types, which is : physic influences, mechanics and chemistries.

Concrete structure damage happened at Pelabuhan Panjang docs, Lampung Province is an example of concrete structure damage caused by chemistry influence, especially by sea water environment that corroded the concrete beam of the docs.

Concrete recovery with grout LN 322 M material and worked by injection grouting method become one alternative and efficient recovery method, but in this experiment we use manual method (pouring). To support this, a study is performed to measure the performances and plate capacity that recovered at the under side of the concrete.

The study except based on literature study, simulation also performed to recover the plate with plate models making followed by several testing to get the performances and capacity of the recovered plate.

The result of the experiment shows that the performance of recovered plate is approach to the performance of normal plate, with the normal casting process (pouring) even if with the injection grouting method based on study of load capacity, crack type, bend type and stress-strain.
