Abstrak :
Makalah ini membahas implementasi NDN ada jaringan V2V. V2V sendiri merupakan bagian dari Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network VANET yang memungkinkan kendaraan dapat berkomunikasi pada kecepatan tinggi. Named Data Networking NDN merupakan protokol baru yang berbasis data sentris dan memungkinkan implementasi V2V dengan lebih baik karena pada NDN lebih berorientasi pada konten data dibandingkan pembentukan sesi antar dua node. Penggunaan node terluar sebagai node relay untuk melakukan proses relay paket data dari produsen ke konsumen memberikan dampak pada kualitasnya, ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya proses pengiriman kembali paket data ke node konsumen. Node terjauh yang berfungsi sebagai node relay memberikan dampak pada menurunnya interest satisfaction rate di sisi konsumen. Dengan jarak lebih dari 100 meter, interest satisfaction rate akan turun hingga kurang dari 50 . Berdasarkan kondisi ini, perlu dilakukan evaluasi penentuan lokasi node relay yang berfungsi sebagai next forwarder serta daya transmisi yang lebih tepat untuk dapat digunakan dalam proses transmisi data pada komunikasi antar kendaraan dalam protokol NDN sehingga interest satisfaction rate yang dihasilkan dapat mencapai angka di atas 90 . Dengan membandingkan berbagai titik lokasi yang digunakan sebagai node relay dengan daya transmisi yang bervariasi, dapat diperoleh hasil bahwa dengan menggunakan kendaraan dengan lokasi 70 dari jangkauan maksimum transmisi data dari produsen melalui node relay dengan daya transmisi 15 dBm memberikan hasil terbaik untuk digunakan, dengan ditunjukkan oleh interest satisfaction rate di atas 99 untuk semua kondisi. ......This paper disscuses the implementation of NDN on V2V network. V2V is part of the Ad Hoc Network Vehicle VANET technology that enables data communications on high speed. Named Data Networking NDN is new protocol that based on data centric and considered to implement V2V because NDN more oriented to data content than creating sessions between two nodes. Outer relay node as a relay node to retransmitt data packets from the producer to the consumer have some impacts in increasing the data packet re transmitting process to the consumer relay nodes. The furtherst node as relay node has an impact on decreasing the interest satisfaction rate on the consumer side. With a distance of more than 100 meters, the interest satisfaction rate drops to below 50 . Based on this condition, it is necessary to evaluate the relay node location that acts as a next forwarder, as well as more precise transmission power to be used in data transmission process on Vehicle to Vehicle V2V communication in the NDN protocol. Therefore the data packet to be delivered can provide the success rate of delivery more tha 90 . By comparing various location points that used as relay nodes with varying transmission power, we can concluded that by using a vehicle with a location of 70 of the maximum range of data transmitted as a relay node with 15 dBm transmission power will provide the best result, which is characterized by the Interest satisfaction rate of more than 99 for all conditions.

ABSTRACT
A Line object extraction from satellite imagery is presented in this thesis. The extraction technique can be significant to both application and development of digital remote sensing methodology the analysis proceeds from satellite imagery to the detailed analysis of specific regions. Smoothing, Laplacian Transform, Line detection and Threshold techniques are used to extract a line object from satellite imagery.

This extraction technique may eventually be extended to recognize different patterns for examples, rivers, runway or highway because there are many kind of linear feature. The algorithms for locating linear features are of general interest. A data from National Institute for Aeronautic and Space (LAPAN) was used which cover portions of Cengkareng and Jakarta Area. Its found that result will always contain a significant amount of noise and we can get information about the object early.

Dalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan, PT.PLN (Persero) melaksanakan perjanjian jual beli tenaga listrik dengan PT. Lotte Chemical Indonesia Cilegon. berupa investasi relokasi saluran udara tegangan tinggi 150 kV. Penelitian ini begitu penting sebagai simulasi skala kecil mengingat banyaknya proyek transmisi tenaga listrik yang dilaksanakan PLN. Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak relokasi SUTT 150 kV tersebut ditemukan bahwa material eksisting yang dibongkar baik yang termanfaatkan/ tidak termanfaatkan kembali sehingga berpotensi menjadi penambah/pengurang investasi bagi PLN. Metode penelitian berupa analisis data kajian kelayakan proyek PLN. Analisis perhitungan dengan menghitung nilai asset eksiting yang kemudian digunakan sebagai acuan dalam perhitungan analisis sensitivitas yang kemudian ditentukan 3 skenario dengan menggunakan indikator finansial IRR, NPV, B/C Ratio dan Payback Period (PB). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk Skenario 1,2 dan 3 mempunyai nilai IRR dan B/C Ratio positif dan terdapat selisih 1 tahun untuk payback period antara skenario 1 dan 3 vs skenario 2 dan untuk NPV tertinggi ada di skenario 3. ......In order to increase revenue, PT PLN (Persero) entered into a power purchase agreement with PT. This research is very important as a small-scale simulation given the large number of electric power transmission projects implemented by PLN. This study analyzes the impact of the relocation of the 150 kV SUTT and found that the existing material that was dismantled was either utilized/not reused so that it has the potential to increase/decrease investment for PLN. The research method is in the form of data analysis on the feasibility study of the PLN project. Calculation analysis by calculating the value of existing assets which is then used as a reference in calculating sensitivity analysis which is then determined 3 skenarios using financial indicators IRR, NPV, B/C Ratio and Payback Period (PB). The results of the study show that skenarios 1, 2 and 3 have positive IRR and B/C ratio values and there is a difference of 1 year for the payback period between skenarios 1 and 3 vs skenario 2 and the highest NPV is in skenario 3.
