"ABSTRAK
Perusahaan manufaktur, salah satunya manufaktur ban, menghadapi tantangan yang besar dalam meningkatnya jumlah variasi produk sebagai dampak dari usaha dalam memenuhi  kebutuhan konsumen yang bervariasi. Variasi produk ini berakibat pada meningkatnya kompleksitas internal dari segi desain dan produksi. Oleh karena itu, variasi produk harus dikontrol agar efek positif dari peningkatan jumlah variasi produk dapat dicapai oleh perusahaan. Salah satu solusi untuk menghadapi tantangan tersebut adalah dengan membangun struktur product family dari produk data yang ada saat ini. Pada penelitian ini, data produk dikelompokkan ke dalam klaster-klaster berdasarkan karakteristik umum dan spesifiskasi komponen penyusun produk. Algoritma yang digunakan pada analisis klaster ini, yaitu algoritma k-prototypes dimana data yang diproses berupa mixed data mixed atau gabungan antara data yang berskala rasio dan nominal. Variasi dalam satu klaster memiliki kesamaan dari segi karakteristik dan komponen penyusun yang kemudian diasumsikan sebagai satu family produk. Data produk diklasterisasi  menggunakan algoritma klaster k-prototypes dimana nilai lambda dan k ditentukan sehingga tercapai tingkat kepentingan variabel yang seimbang antara variabel berskala rasio dan nominal. Dari hasil perhitungan algoritma klaster k-prototypes, data produk diklasterisasi dan diinterpretasi ke dalam 67 klaster.

ABSTRACT
Manufacturing companies, such as tire manufactures are facing great challenges to cope with increased product variety which induced by customer demand. This variety lead to higher internal complexity in term of design and production. Thus, variety has to be well-managed in order to guarantee the positive outcome for company. One of the solution is to have a well-structured product family. In this research, products data are partitioned into clusters by applying cluster analysis for mixed-type data based on their general characteristic and component specification. Variants within cluster have similarities in term of characteristics and main product component used in production and assume as a  product family. Data is clustered using k-prototypes algorithm in which the effect in variabel importance of ratio scaled and nominal scaled found its balance. By applying this condition in the algorithm to handle these mixed type data, the data set is clustered and interpreted into sixty seven different clusters using selected variables."

"ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of website design, reliability, time saved, product variety, and delivery performance towards customer satisfaction in the Indonesian e-commerce industry. The instrument for collecting the data is using the questionnaire. The number of samples that obtained in this study is 200 samples, in which, 15 of them should be omitted since those questionnaires weren't filled properly, resulted in a total of 185 samples being deemed usable and used for this study. The data were analyzed using PLS-SEM Method. The results of this study found reliability, time saved, product variety, and delivery performance has positive and significant effect toward customer satisfaction, in which product variety has the highest effect toward customer satisfaction among the other variables. However, this study also found out that there is no significant effect between website design and customer satisfaction. This study further suggests that company specializing in the e-commerce industry should always enhance their product and services to their customer, in which customers will be satisfied, thus increasing their likeliness to repeat their purchasing experience on the company in the future."

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas bagaimana penerapan teori store atmosphere, service quality dan kelengkapan produk pada SPBU Pertamina baik itu Pasti Pas maupun Pasti Prima terhadap purchase intention. Metode yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling, purposive sampling, dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap purchase intention dan variabel apa yang memiliki pengaruh yang paling signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa service quality memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap purchase intention pada SPBU Pertamina yang diikuti dengan kelengkapan produk. Sedangkan store atmosphere pada SPBU Pertamina walaupun sudah mendapat penilaian baik oleh konsumen, tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap purchase intention, melainkan dimediasi melalui service quality.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discussed how the implementation of store atmosphere, service quality and product variety theory in Pertamina?s gas station both Pasti Pas and Pasti Prima towards the purchase intention of the customer. By using non-probability sampling, purposive sampling method with a questionare, the objective of this thesis is to know how significance of the influence from those three variables towards the purchase intention. The result stated that service quality is the most significance variable influencing purchase intention at Pertamina?s gas station followed by product variety variable. However, although customer have good appraisal on the store atmosphere variable, it doesn?t have a direct significant influence towards the customer purchase intention, instead it is mediated by service quality"
