Tujuan dari tugas khusus adalah untuk mengevaluasi masalah terkait pengobatan yang diterima pasien di ruang ICU menggunakan metode SOAP dan klasifikasi PCNE V8.02."

"Praktik Kerja Profesi (PKP) di Puskesmas Kecamatan Setiabudi bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi Apoteker dapat memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Puskesmas, memiliki pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas, dan mengetahui gambaran nyata terkait permasalahan-permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan praktik kefarmasian di Puskesmas. PKP di Puskesmas Kecamatan Setiabudi dilaksanakan selama 2 minggu. Tugas khusus yang diberikan pada saat PKP di Puskesmas Kecamatan Setiabudi adalah berupa kegiatan pengidentifikasian obat-obatan dengan nama obat rupa dan ucapan mirip (NORUM) di Unit Pelayanan Farmasi Puskesmas Kecamatan Setiabudi. Penulisan laporan PKP ini didasarkan atas penelusuran pustaka dan juga pengamatan serta praktik langsung di Puskesmas Kecamatan Setiabudi. Kegiatan PKP yang telah dilaksanakan menjadikan mahasiswa memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Puskesmas serta mengetahui cara mengidentifikasi obat-obatan NORUM di Unit Pelayanan Farmasi Puskesmas Kecamatan Setiabudi.

Internship at Setiabudi Health Center aims to make Pharmacist students can understand the duties and responsibilities of Pharmacists in the management of health center, have practical experience in practicing pharmacy at health center, and know the real picture related to problems in the implementation of pharmaceutical practices at health center. Internship at Setiabudi Health Center is held for 2 weeks. Identification of drugs with look-alike sound-alike (LASA) is the special assignment that given by Pharmacist at Setiabudi Health Center. The writing of this report is based on literature review and also observations and direct practices at Setiabudi Health Center. "ABSTRAKSeorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di apotek, rumah sakit, dan puskesmas. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Hidup Baru, Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Nasional Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama selama periode Januari - April 2019. ABSTRACTA pharmacist plays an important role in pharmacies, hospitals, and community health centers. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as a requirement for entering the workforce and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter professional work practices. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, an internship was conducted at the New Life Pharmacy, National Center General Hospital of Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, and Kebayoran Lama Community Health Center. During internship, it is expected that pharmacist candidates can broaden their horizons, understandings and experiences to do pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces."

"Apoteker berperan penting dalam pelaksanaan tugas profesional pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek, rumah sakit, distributor farmasi, industri farmasi, dan pemerintahan. Sebelum memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi di berbagai tempat, apoteker diharuskan memenuhi standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia yang terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi. Standar kompetensi tersebut merupakan kemampuan yang diharapkan dimiliki oleh seorang apoteker setelah lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Selain memiliki ilmu yang cukup, seorang calon apoteker juga diharapkan memiliki bekal berupa pengalaman dalam menjalankan praktik profesi apoteker. Oleh karena itu, dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Atrika dan PT AstraZeneca Indonesia selama periode bulan Februari – September 2020. Before entering the work life and undergoing professional practice in various places, pharmacists are required to meet the competency standards of Indonesian pharmacists which consist of ten competency standards.
