"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan Just In Time Partnership metode Kanban di sebuah perusahaan farmasi ABC Penerapan Kanban menurut manajemen perusahaan belum optimal sehingga perlu dilaksanakan evaluasi dampak penerapan metode Kanban di ABC dalam hal tingkat persediaan biaya pemenuhan order dan kualitas Selain itu akan diteliti faktor apa saja yang membuat penerapan Kanban belum optimal serta memberikan saran untuk mengoptimalkan penerapan Kanban Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan Kanban berdampak positif pada penurunan persediaan dan penurunan biaya penyewaan gudang Pelaksanaan Kanban berdampak negatif pada kualitas terlihat dari peningkatan tolakan akibat semakin tingginya frekuensi pengiriman namun kualitas pasokan belum stabil Kanban memberikan dampak meningkatkan pemenuhan order jumlah pengiriman tepat waktu meningkat dan tidak adanya lagi pengiriman yang datang lebih awal dari jadwal Namun jumlah pengiriman terlambat juga bertambah akibat tidak lancarnya komunikasi dan problem pada pemasok Penerapan Kanban belum optimal karena persentase material Kanban sangat kecil sehingga tidak berdampak besar bagi penurunan persediaan Jumlah Kanban sulit bertambah karena belum stabilnya kualitas material pemasok tidak bersedia menambah item Kanban karena rendahnya akurasi forecast tingginya fluktuasi permintaan sehingga mempersulit pemasok mensuplai dengan lancar Perusahaan perlu meningkatkan akurasi forecast menurunkan fluktuasi permintaan Kanban dengan menurunkan tingkat line stop dan berkolaborasi dengan pemasok untuk meningkatkan kualitas.

ABSTRACT

"Praktik kerja profesi apoteker dilakukan di PT Dankos Farma, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, dan Apotek Kimia Farma 352 Margonda pada bulan Juli-Desember tahun 2021. Laporan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini memberikan beberapa informasi terkait dengan peran apoteker dalam mengaplikasikan Annex 1 Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Guide tentang Manufacture of sterile drugs (GUI-0119) dan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) 2018 Aneks 1 tentang Pembuatan Produk Steril, mengaplikasikan Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) dalam upaya pencegahan dan penyelesaian masalah, merancang aplikasi kualifikasi pelanggan untuk PBF Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, dan melakukan proses praktik kefarmasian jarak jauh atau Telefarma. Laporan disusun menggunakan metode pengkajian atau penelusuran studi literatur dan wawancara dengan pasien atau narasumber yang dilakukan pada periode Juli – Desember tahun 2021. Wawancara dengan pasien atau narasumber dibimbing secara langsung oleh Pembimbing Lapangan (Pembimbing I) dan secara tidak langsung oleh Pembimbing II. Hasil dari beberapa kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa apoteker baik di industri farmasi, PBF, maupun apotek memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk farmasi, pendistribusian produk farmasi, dan pelayanan kefarmasian. Selain itu, kegiatan ini penting dilaksanakan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pengalaman dan pengetahuan seorang calon apoteker.
......The professional practice of pharmacists was carried out at PT Dankos Farma, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, and Apotek Kimia Farma 352 Margonda from July-December 2021. This Pharmacist Professional Practice Report provides some information related to the role of pharmacists in applying Annex 1 Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Guide on Manufacturing of sterile drugs (GUI-0119) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) 2018 Annex 1 on Manufacturing of Sterile Products, applying Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) in efforts to prevent and solving problems, designing customer qualification applications for PBF Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, and carry out the process of remote pharmacy practice or Telefarma. The report was prepared using the study method or literature study search and interviews with patients or interviewees from July to December 2021. Interviews with patients or interviewees were guided directly by the Field Supervisor (Supervisor I) and indirectly by Supervisor II. The results of these activities indicate that pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry, PBF, and pharmacies have a vital role in improving the quality of pharmaceutical products, distribution of pharmaceutical products, and pharmaceutical services. In addition, this activity is essential to increase the experience and knowledge of a prospective pharmacist."

"Apoteker adalah sarjana farmasi yang telah lulus pendidikan profesi, dan telah mengucapkan sumpah berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta berhak melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Indonesia. Salah satu syarat untuk lulus pendidikan profesi apoteker, harus mengikuti Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan maupun di fasilitas kefarmasian lainnya. Salah satu contoh fasilitas kefarmasian yaitu industri dan apotek. Menurut data Kemenkes hingga tahun 2021, ada 241 industri pembuatan obat-obatan. Industri farmasi memegang peranan penting dalam tersedianya obat dengan jumlah, jenis, dan mutu yang memadai. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjamin mutu obat yang dihasilkan oleh industri farmasi adalah dengan memenuhi persyaratan yang tertera pada CPOB. Apotek adalah sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktik kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Pelayanan kefarmasian yang dimaksud adalah pelayanan langsung dan bertanggung jawab kepada pasien yang berkaitan dengan sediaan farmasi dengan maksud meningkatkan mutu kehidupan pasien. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini dilakukan di PT. Dankos Farma dan Apotek Roxy Sawangan periode Juli-Desember 2021. Praktik kerja profesi ini untuk melihat gambaran umum mengenai peran apoteker di PT. Dankos Farma dan Apotek Roxy Sawangan. Selain itu, calon apoteker juga diberikan kesempatan untuk menganalisis masalah beserta solusi yang diberikan di masing-masing tempat praktik yang dimuat dalam laporan praktik kerja profesi apoteker.
......A pharmacist is a pharmacy graduate who has passed professional education, and has taken an oath based on the applicable laws and regulations and has the right to do pharmaceutical work in Indonesia. One of the requirements to pass the pharmacist's professional education, must follow the Pharmacist Professional Practice in health care facilities or in other pharmaceutical facilities. One example of pharmaceutical facilities, namely industry and pharmacies. According to data from the Ministry of Health, until 2021, there are 241 pharmaceutical manufacturing industries. This professional work practice is to see an overview of the role of pharmacists in PT. Dankos Farma and Roxy Sawangan Pharmacy. In addition, prospective pharmacists are also given the opportunity to analyze the problems and solutions provided in each practice which is contained in the pharmacist's professional practice report."
