Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. Ethica Industri Farmasi bertujuan agar calon Apoteker mengerti dan memahami peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri, serta mengetahui penerapan CPOB di industri farmasi, dan memiliki keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri. Tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah mengenai perencaan implementasi sistem serialisasi 2D barcode untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan obat. Tujuan pembuatan tugas khusus tersebut adalah agar calon apoteker mengetahui tata cara implementasi sistem pengawasan obat berbasis digital yang terbaru, serta untuk dijadikan dasar penyusunan Standard Operational Procedure.

ABSTRACT
Internship at PT. Ethica Industri Farmasi aims to enable pharmacists to know and understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in industry, and to know the implementation of CPOB in the pharmaceutical industry, and also to have the skills and practical experiences to do pharmaceutical work in industry. Specific tasks are given regarding planning the implementation of 2D barcode serialization system to improve the effectiveness of drug control. The purpose of making this special task is, so that pharmacists have knowledge and know the procedures for implementing the latest digital-based drug control system and later this special task will be used as the basic for the preparation of future Standard Operational Procedure.

Praktik kerja profesi di PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi Pulogadung Periode Bulan Februari ndash; Maret Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di industri farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus yaitu 'Protokol Simulasi Penarikan Kembali Obat Jadi'. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah agar calon apoteker mampu mengetahui proses pembuatan protokol simulasi penarikan kembali obat jadi terhadap suatu kasus dan memahami prosedur simulasi penarikan kembali obat jadi yang terdapat di industri farmasi, khususnya PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi. ...... Internship at PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi Pulogadung Period February ndash; March 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and understand the application of Good Manufacturing Practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. This internship at was conducted for two months with special assignment 'Protocol of Mock Up Recall'. The purpose of this special assignment is that the prospective pharmacist may be able to understand the process of making a mock up recall protocol to a case and understand the procedure of mock up recall in the pharmaceutical industry, especially PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi.
