"ABSTRAKDalam pedoman CPOB 2012 , Industri Farmasi wajib menerapkan suatu sistem pemastian mutu dalam membuat suatu obat. Sistem tersebut diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan mutu secara konsisten dan dapat diandalkan, sehingga diperoleh produk obat yang efektif, aman, dan bermutu. Apoteker dituntut untuk memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kemampuan dalam mengaplikasikan dan mengembangkan ilmunya secara profesional agar dapat menerapkan sistem pemastian mutu yang komprehensif serta mengatasi permasalahan yang muncul di Industri Farmasi. Calon apoteker melakukan praktik kerja profesi di Landson PT Pertiwi Agung mulai dari tanggal 6 Juli 2016 hingga 30 Agustus 2016. Diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industri Farmasi khususnya di Landson PT Pertiwi Agung, serta memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi.

ABSTRACTIn the GMP guidelines 2012 , Pharmaceutical Industry shall implement a quality management system in making a drug. The system is required to achieve quality objectives to consistently and reliably, thus obtained medicinal products that are effective, safe, and qualified. Quality assurance of a drug does not just rely on the implementation of certain testing, but also let drugs made under carefully controlled and monitored conditions. Pharmacists are required to have the insight, knowledge, skills, and ability to apply and develop their knowledge in a professional manner in order to implement a comprehensive quality assurance system and overcome the problems that arise in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Prospective pharmacists practice the pharmacist internship in Landson PT Pertiwi Agung started on July 6, 2016 until August 30, 2016. It is expected that the prospective pharmacist can understand the application of Good Manufacturing Practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in Landson PT Pertiwi Agung, and has insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to do the pharmaceutical work in the Pharmaceutical Industry."

"Praktek kerja profesi di PT. Pertiwi Agung Landson periode Bulan Juli-Agustus tahun 2016 bertujuan agar calon Apoteker mengerti peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Industri Farmasi/Obat Tradisional/Kosmetika/Makanan/Alat Kesehatan, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi/Obat Tradisional/Kosmetika/Makanan/Alat Kesehatan. Memahami penerapan GMP CPOB/CPOTB/CPKB/CPMB/CPAKB di Industri Farmasi/Obat Tradisional/Kosmetika/Makanan/Alat Kesehatan. Memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Praktek kerja profesi ini juga ditunjang dengan tugas khusus inventarisasi dan pemetaan jumlah timbangan di PT. Pertiwi Agung Landson periode Juli - Agustus 2016. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemetaan lokasi timbangan di seluruh area PT. Pertiwi Agung Landson , mengetahui jumlah timbangan di seluruh area PT. Pertiwi Agung Landson secara spesifik dan menyeluruh, dan mengetahui waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan verifikasi timbangan harian untuk seluruh area di PT. Pertiwi Agung Landson . Berdasarkan praktik kerja profesi Apoteker yang telah dilakukan, peserta telah memahami mengerti peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Industri Farmasi.

Pertiwi Agung Landson period July August 2016 aims to designate pharmacists understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Pharmaceutical Industry Traditional Medicine Cosmetics Food Health Equipment, insight, knowledge, having skills and practical experience to perform pharmaceutical jobs in the Pharmaceutical Industry Traditional medicine Cosmetics Food Health Equipment. Understand the application of GMP GMP CPOTB GMP CPMB CPAKB in the Pharmaceutical Industry Traditional Medicine Cosmetics Food Health Equipment. Having a real illustration about the problems of pharmaceutical works in the Pharmaceutical Industry. The internship is also supported by a special task which is data collecting and mapping of the scales used in PT. Pertiwi Agung Landson in the period from July to August 2016. The purpose of this special task is to determine the location of scales throughout PT. Pertiwi Agung Landson , knowing the number of scales in the entire area of PT. Pertiwi Agung Landson specifically and thoroughly, and determine the time required to do the daily verification of scales for the entire area in the PT. Pertiwi Agung Landson . Based on the internship that had been done, participant have fully understood the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Pharmaceutical Industry."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi di Landson PT. Pertiwi Agung bertujuan agar mahasiswa calon apoteker mengerti peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasan di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pembuatan Protokol dan Laporan Validasi Pembersihan di PT. Pertiwi Agung. Tujuannya adalah untuk membuat bukti tertulis efektifitas pembersihan dari prosedur pembersihan, membuktikan bahwa prosedur pembersihan tersebut dapat diterapkan secara konsisten akan memberikan hasil yang sama serta membuktikan dan mendokumentasikan bahwa prosedur pembersihan mesin di PT. Pertiwi Agung efektif untuk mengurangin residu zat aktif serta sisa cairan pembersih dan cemaran mikroba hingga batas yang telah ditetapkan.

The Internship at Landson PT. Pertiwi Agung was aimed to have pre-profession pharmasist understand the role and responsabilities of a pharmasist in pharmaceutical industry generally. Furthermore, this internship was purposed to let the pre-profession pharmacist to have knowledges, skills and experiences doing pharmacy practice in pharmaceutical industry, the implification of Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik and last was to figure out problems that may happened inpharmaceutical industry. The Final Project that was given titled Protocol Preparation and Report of Cleaning Validation. The Final project was purposed to make a written prove of cleaning prosedure effectivity and to approve that the procedure will assure the consistency cleaning results."

"Praktik kerja profesi di PT Pertiwi Agung Landson Periode Bulan Maret ndash; April Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industri Farmasi. Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industry farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul 'Pembuatan Instruksi Kerja, Spesifikasi dan Catatan Pengujian Bahan Baku'. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara pembuatan Instruksi Kerja metode pengujian bahan baku yang baik dan benar untuk menghindari terjadinya kesalahan saat proses pengujian. Secara umum, PT Pertiwi Agung Landson telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.

Internship at PT Pertiwi Agung Landson Period March ndash; April 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given is 'Instructions, Speficication and Test Reports of Raw Material'. The purpose of this special assignment to know how to make instructions, speficication and test reports of raw material correctly to prevent errors during testing. In general, PT Guardian Pharmatama has applied 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly, the authors also have the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions on products in the industry pharmacy. "
