"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini akan membahas faktor pendorong dan penarik yang memengaruhi Jumlah kunjungan wisatawan Indonesia ke Jepang. Jumlah wisatawan Indonesia yang berkunjung ke Jepang mengalami peningkatan signifikan secara terus menerus selama lima tahun terakhir 2012-2016 . Teori yang digunakan dalah penelitian ini adalah teori push and pull factors menurut Klenosky 2002 . Melalui teori tersebut, kita dapat mengetahui faktor pendorong dan penarik yang memengaruhi keputusan wisatawan Indonesia untuk berkunjung ke Jepang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada banyak faktor yang memengaruhi wisatawan Indonesia berkunjung ke Jepang. Salah satu faktor pendorong yaitu ldquo;ingin mewujudkan impian berwisata ke Jepang rdquo; bersamaan dengan ldquo;ketersediaan transportasi umum rdquo; yang memudahkan akses dari satu tempat wisata ke tempat wisata lain menjadi salah satu daya tarik pariwisata Jepang.Kata kunci : Faktor Pendorong, Faktor Penarik, Kunjungan, Peningkatan, Wisatawan

ABSTRACT
This research discusses the push and and pull factors that affect the number of Indonesian tourist arrivals to Japan. The number of Indonesian tourists visiting Japan has increased significantly continuously over the last five years 2012 2016 . The theory used in this research is the theory of push and pull factors according to Klenosky 2002 . Through this theory, we can know the driving factors and pullers that influence the decision of Indonesian tourists to visit Japan. The results showed that there are many factors that influence Indonesian tourists to visit Japan. One of the push factors is lsquo dream fulfillment rdquo of traveling to Japan along with 39 availability of public transportation 39 which makes it easy to access from one place to another to be one of the attractions of Japanese tourism.Keywords Push Factors, Pull Factors, Visits, Improvements, Tourists"

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang ekspansi bisnis Saudi Aramco ke Indonesia. Saudi Aramco merupakan perusahaan minyak milik Arab Saudi yang terintergrasi penuh sebagai perusahaan minyak dan petrokimia global. Dalam perkembangannya, Saudi Aramco melakukan global downstream di Amerika Serikat serta melakukan upstream atau eksplorasi ke berbagai negara seperti Jepang, Korea Selatan, dan Cina. Namun pada 2016, Saudi Aramco tertarik melakukan kerja sama joint venture ke Indonesia melalui investasi di Kilang Cilacap. Padahal berdasarkan data Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal RI (BKPM) sepanjang tahun 2016 investasi Arab Saudi ke Indonesia hanya sebesar 900 ribu USD yang terealisasi dalam 44 proyek disektor non-migas dan menempatkan Arab Saudi di posisi 57 dalam daftar negara investor di Indonesia. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, muncul  pertanyaan penulis, mengapa Arab Saudi mulai tertarik melakukan investasi ke Indonesia melalui ekspansi bisnis yang dilakukan oleh Saudi Aramco. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut, penelitian ini akan menggunakan teori Push and Pull Factors dari Evans, Bridson, Byrom, dan Medway. Dalam menganalisis obyek penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil analisis peneliti menemukan bahwa push factors yang mendorong Saudi Aramco untuk melakukan ekspansi bisnis ke Indonesia adalah:  a) kondisi domestik Arab Saudi; b) tantangan domestik Arab Saudi; c) strategi pengembangan Saudi Aramco; dan d) adanya kebijakan Saudi Vision 2030. Sedangkan pull factors yang menarik Saudi Aramco untuk ekspansi bisnis ke Indonesia adalah: a) potensi kerja sama bilateral antara kedua negara dan sumber daya yang besar di Indonesia; dan b) kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia melalui proyek Refinery Development Master Plan (RDMP). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa adanya faktor penarik yang kuat dari kebijakan Indonesia yang memberi sejumlah kemudahan bagi Saudi Aramco seperti: perizinan, penghapusan pajak penghasilan dalam waktu tertentu (Tax Holiday) dan memangkas komponen pembentukan setoran PPh (Tax Allowance), pembebasan pengenaan Pajak Penambahan Nilai (PPN) dan bea masuk bagi barang-barang yang dibutuhkan di dalam pembangunan proyek kilang Cilacap sehingga Saudi Aramco mulai tertarik untuk berinvestasi di Indonesia. Perbedaan penelitian ini dengan penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya bahwa belum ada penelitian yang mengkaji tentang ekspansi bisnis Saudi Aramco ke Indonesia, maka peneliti mencoba menjelaskan beberapa fakta terkait dengan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ekspansi bisnis Saudi Aramco ke Indonesia.

ABSTRACT

This research examines on the topic of Saudi Aramco`s Business Expansion to Indonesia. Saudi Aramco is a fully integrated oil company owned by Saudi Arabia as a global oil and petrochemical company. During its development, Saudi Aramco conducted a global downstream in the United States and carried out upstream or exploration in various countries such as Japan, South Korea and China. However in 2016, Saudi Aramco was interested to joint ventures cooperation towards Indonesia through investments in the Cilacap Refinery. However based on the data from Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM), throughout 2016 Saudi Arabia`s investment in Indonesia was only 900 thousand USD which was realized in 44 non-oil sectors and placing Saudi Arabia at 57 in the list of state investors in Indonesia. Seeing this question, the author`s question arises, Saudi Arabia was interested to invest in Indonesia through business expansion carried out by Saudi Aramco. To answer this question, this research will use Theory of Push and Pull Factors from Evans, Bridson, Byrom, & Medway. In applying the theory used in the analysis, the data will use qualitative research methods. In the analysis, researchers found that the driving factors that led Saudi Aramco to expand its business to Indonesia were: a) domestic conditions in Saudi Arabia; b) Saudi Arabia Domestic challenges; c) Saudi Aramco`s development strategy; and d) the policies of the Saudi Arabian government which gave rise to the Saudi Vision 2030 policy. Then the attractive factors that attracted Saudi Aramco for business expansion to Indonesia were: a) the existence of Indonesia`s potential; and b) Indonesian government policies through the Refinery Development Master Plan (RDMP) project. This research discusses the strong pulling factors of Indonesian policies that contribute to Saudi Aramco including ease of licensing, removing taxes within a certain time (Holiday Taxes), Tax Allowance, Value-Added Tax and import duties for goods needed in the construction of refineries so that Saudi Aramco began to be interested to invest in Indonesia. The difference between this research and the previous researches that did not have research that examined the expansion of Saudi Aramco`s business into Indonesia, the researchers tried to explain some facts related to the factors that increased Saudi Aramco's expansion to Indonesia.

"Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pembentukan push and pull factors dan proses transformasi kognitif yang melatarbelakangi disengagement narapidana teroris. Menjadi hal yang penting untuk melihat apakah push and pull factors dipengaruhi oleh peran program deradikalisasi atau dapat muncul karena faktor-faktor lain di luar program deradikalisasi, seperti dukungan keluarga dan lingkungan. Sebab, ketika proses kemunculan tersebut dapat ditemukan, pendekatan yang bertujuan untuk mendorong proses disengagement individu dapat dilakukan secara optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam kepada 5 narapidana teroris Lapas Kelas IIA Salemba. Hasil penelitian kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teori Social Bonds and Informal Social Control Theory, Cognitive Transformation Theory, dan Differential Association Theory. Ditemukan bahwa efek pemenjaraan yang memicu refleksi diri dan keterikatan dengan keluarga merupakan faktor utama yang mendorong disengagement. Program deradikalisasi hanya berdampak signifikan pada sebagian narapidana, sementara yang lainnya lebih dipengaruhi oleh kontrol keluarga dan refleksi diri. Disengagement mencapai puncaknya ketika individu tidak lagi memandang jihad dalam kerangka sempit dan beralih ke jalur legal serta regulasi yang ditetapkan oleh undang-undang untuk mewujudkan cita-cita penegakan syariat Islam.

This study explores the formation of push and pull factors and the cognitive transformation process underlying the disengagement of terrorist inmates. It is crucial to determine whether these factors are influenced by the deradicalization program or if they emerge due to other factors outside the program, such as family support and environment. Identifying the sources of these factors can optimize approaches aimed at encouraging individual disengagement. This research employs a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews of five terrorist inmates at Class IIA Salemba Prison. The findings are analyzed using Social Bonds and Informal Social Control Theory, Cognitive Transformation Theory, and Differential Association Theory. The study reveals that the deterrent effect of imprisonment, triggering self-reflection, and familial attachment are the primary factors driving disengagement. The deradicalization program has a significant impact only on some inmates, while others are more influenced by family control and self-reflection. Disengagement peaks when individuals no longer view jihad through a narrow lens and instead adhere to legal pathways and regulations established by law to achieve the goal of implementing Islamic law."

"Penelitian ini menganalisis fenomena meningkatnya permintaan produk mi instan Indonesia di Arab Saudi. Bahkan mi instan Indonesia menduduki peringkat pertama di antara produk mi atau pasta yang masuk ke pasar Arab Saudi. Penelitian ini berargumentasi bahwa mi instan Indonesia telah menjadi salah satu strategi gastrodiplomasi Indonesia di negara tersebut. Selanjutnya dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini akan menganalisis faktor-faktor pendorong (push factors) dan penarik (pull factors) masuknya mi instan Indonesia ke negara tersebut. Data kualitatif akan diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan studi literatur dengan memanfaatkan informasi digital dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Arab. Wawancara secara langsung dilakukan dengan pihak produsen mi instan di Jeddah untuk menganalisis push factors. Wawancara jarak jauh (e-interview) dilakukan menggunakan platform zoom meeting atau video-call dengan informan masyarakat Arab dan warga negara Indonesia yang tinggal di negara Arab Saudi.  Wawancara jarak jauh ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan diterima dan populernya mie instan Indonesia di negara Arab. Data juga diperoleh melalui pengamatan terhadap informasi digital, salah satunya video iklan berbahasa Arab tentang mie instan Indonesia. Pengamatan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui citra apa yang dibangun tentang mie instan Indonesia bagi masyarakat Arab. Temuan penelitian ini membuktikan argumentasi bahwa gastrodiplomasi melalui mie instan merupakan diplomasi budaya yang dapat menaikkan citra Indonesia dalam hubungannya dengan negara Arab Saudi.

This research analyzes the phenomenon of increasing demand for Indonesian instant noodle products in Saudi Arabia. In fact, Indonesian instant noodles are ranked first among noodle or pasta products entering the Saudi Arabian market. This research argues that Indonesian instant noodles have become one of Indonesia's gastrodiplomacy strategies in the country. Furthermore, using a descriptive qualitative method, this research will analyze the push factors and pull factors of the entry of Indonesian instant noodles into the country. Qualitative data will be obtained using interview techniques and literature studies by utilizing digital information in Indonesian and Arabic. Direct interviews were conducted with instant noodle producers in Jeddah to analyze push factors. Remote interviews (e-interviews) were conducted using the zoom meeting or video-call platform with informants from the Arab community and Indonesian citizens living in Saudi Arabia.  These remote interviews were conducted to analyze the factors that led to the acceptance and popularity of Indonesian instant noodles in the Arab country. Data was also obtained through observation of digital information, one of which was an Arabic-language video advertisement about Indonesian instant noodles. This observation aims to find out what image is built about Indonesian instant noodles for the Arab community. The findings of this research will prove the argument that gastrodiplomacy through instant noodles is a cultural diplomacy that can improve Indonesia's image in its relationship with Saudi Arabia."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan keseimbangan jangan panjang dan dinamika pergerakan jangka pendek variabel pull factors dan push factors terhadap investasi portofolio asing di Indonesia (FPI) melalui pendekatan model kointegrasi dan error correction mechanism (ECM) sehingga dapat diketahui pergerakan tiap-tiap variabel untuk dapat dijadikan indikator bulanan dalam memperkirakan perubahan FPI serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pergerakan variabel-variabel tersebut terhadap FPI dalam jangka panjang dan jangka pendek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel pull factors dan push factors memiliki hubungan keseimbangan dalam jangka panjang terhadap investasi portofolio asing di Indonesia. Sedangkan dalam jangka pendek hanya terdapat tiga variabel pull factors (Depresiasi Rupiah terhadap Dolar, Jumlah Uang Beredar dan Tingkat Openness Indonesia) serta satu variabel push factor (LIBOR Rate) yang perubahannya memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam proses penyesuain FPI menuju titik keseimbangannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kondisi fundamental perekonomian menjadi faktor kunci yang dapat menarik aliran masuk investasi portofolio asing di Indonesia.

This research was intended to know and analyze the long run equlibrium relationship and the short run dynamic fluctuation between pull factors and push factors variables to foreign portfolio investments in Indonesia by using cointgeration and error correction mechanism (ECM) models as an indicator to estimate foreign portfolio investment fluctuation. According to the research, all of the variables have the long run equibrium relationship with foreign portfolio investments, but in the short run there are only three pull factors variables and one push factor variable that have effect on foreign portfolio investments. The findings suggest that economic performance is the major factor in attracting FPI to Indonesia.

"ABSTRACT
South Korea has transformed itself into a dominantly migrant-receiving country over the last three decades. Korea makes an important case in studying-migration transition due to the high speed of migration growth and diversifying patterns of migration. This paper identifies the patterns of migration growth in Korea and analyzes various contributing factors from both migrant sending and receiving countries perspectives. It was found that labor migrants, un-skilled in particular, are the largest contributor to the growth and family migrants, notably female marriage migrants, have been increasingly important. On top of that, ethnic Korean migrants are significant in both the labor market and family migration routes. The factor analysis shows that labor market conditions, in terms of higher income and wider job opportunity, in the destination are the strongest driver, but the actual migration flows are not fully explained by economic disparities. Rather, migration flows to Korea, either economic migration or non-economic migration, are influenced by a complex interplay of push, pull, and network factors on the state, family and individual level. However, in all cases the state's policy considerations and settings have played, and will continue to play, a pivotal role in determining the scale and patterns of migration transition in Korea."
