"Studi ini melaporkan terkait gambaran pelaksanaan kombinasi intervensi ankle pumping dan breathing exercise yang dilakukan pada lansia dengan COVID-19 komorbid diabetes mellitus tipe 2, serta diagnosis keperawatan ketidakstabilan kadar glukosa darah. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi adalah case report untuk mengevaluasi kondisi hiperglikemia dan hiperkoagulasi, sekaligus mencegah kerentanan desaturasi oksigen akibat terlalu banyak aktivitas. Kriteria inklusi pada penelitian ini merupakan pasien lansia COVID-19 dengan komorbid hiperglikemia dan hiperkoagulasi, yang dalam hal ini terdapat pasien Tn. J berusia 66 tahun, dirawat di Ruang Rawat Inap COVID-19. Hasil laboratorium terkait hemostasis darah pasien menunjukkan kadar d-dimer yang tinggi, yaitu 886.47 ng/ml, namun nilai PT/APTT (Prothrombin Time/Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time) masih dalam batas normal. Selain itu, GDS (Gula Darah Sewaktu) pasien saat diperiksa menunjukkan hasil 191 mg/dl dengan interpretasi tinggi. Kombinasi intervensi dilakukan sebagai bentuk analisa efektivitas yang nantinya diharapkan dapat dilakukan sehari-hari. Evaluasi juga dilakukan dengan menggunakan tiga komponen, yaitu KGDH (Kurva Gula Darah Harian), kadar d-dimer, dan saturasi oksigen. Hasil yang dipaparkan menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi intervensi tersebut dapat direkomendasikan sebagai upaya atau metode profilaksis terhadap lansia penyintas COVID-19 dengan komorbid hiperglikemia dan hiperkoagulasi.
......This study reports related to description of the implementation of ankle pumping and breathing exercise interventions combination carried out in the elderly with COVID-19 comorbid diabetes mellitus type 2, as well as nursing diagnoses of instability in blood glucose levels. The method used in this study is a case report to evaluate the conditions of hyperglycemia and hypercoagulation, as well as to prevent susceptibility to oxygen desaturation due to too much activity. The case report starts from the results of assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome criteria, and intervention results. The inclusion criteria in this study were elderly COVID-19 patients with comorbid hyperglycemia and hypercoagulation, in this case there was a patient Mr. J is 66 years old, being treated at the COVID-19 Inpatient Room. Laboratory results related to the patient's blood hemostasis showed a high level of d-dimer, namely 886.47 ng/ml, but the PT/APTT (Prothrombin Time/Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time) value was still within normal limits. In addition, the patient's GDS (blood sugar at the time) when examined showed a result of 191 mg/dl with a high interpretation. The combination is carried out as a form of effectiveness analysis that is expected to be carried out on a daily basis. Evaluation was also carried out using three components, namely KGDH (Daily Blood Sugar Curve), d-dimer levels, and oxygen saturation. The results shown indicate that the combination of these interventions may be recommended as an effort or method of prophylaxis for elderly COVID-19 survivors with hyperglycemia and comorbid hypercoagulation."

"Martajasah is one of the villages in Bangkalan Region, Madura, which have difficuly of fresh water. This area has a lot of potential thar can be developed, particularly the potential of regious tourism. To increase the utilization potential of the region and support the public healthy, in 2007 PPGN-BATAN cooperated with the Government of bangkalan has made one (I) exploration/production groundwater-wells with the expectation it can meet a demand of fresh water in the Martajasah Village area. To determine the capacity of the wells, the maximum discharge pumping and the optimum discharge pumping from the wells pumping test it is necessary should be conducted, which includes step draw down pumping test, constant rate pumping test and recovery test. The purpose of this activity is to determine amount of well loss, loss of aquifer, well hydraulics equations and the value of the efficiency of wells to determine the optimum and maximum discharge wells and calculate the value of transmissivity/transmissivity (T) from the aquifer. The scope of these activities include the preparation of working equipment, testing of all equipment, measurement of static groundwater table, pumping test, and analysis of pumping test. Based on the result from step draw down test, well hydraulics equations obtained Sw= 0.0079 Q + 0.000003 Q2, so that according to the well hydraulics equations are then obtained a maximum pumping discharge (Qmax)= 3.9 liters/second (336.7 m3/days) with the well efficiency (E)= 89%, so the optimum pumping discharge (Qopt)= 3.455 liters/second= 298.52 m3/day. based on the result from constant rate pumping test and recovery test showed adequate transmissivity of wells, ie T= 136.5 m2/day=5.6875 m2/hour= 0.094 m2/minute."

"Adanya masalah korosi dan pengendapan scale pada peralatan di dalam sumur produksi dapat menganggu integritas sumur yang akan mengakibatkan rilisnya minyak dan gas ke permukaan. Untuk menjalankan sistem manajemen well integrity dalam fase produksi maka manajemen korosi dan pengendapan scale harus dilakukan. Pemompaan corrosion dan scale inhibitor ke dalam sumur dengan cara pressure pumping dari stimulation vessel merupakan salah satu cara dalam mencegah korosi dan pengendaan scale di dalam sumur. Dalam operasinya pemompaan dilakukan dengan melawan tekanan aliran dari sumur sehingga terdapat risiko back pressure.
Belum adanya penelitian di Indonesia yang menganalisis risiko pressure pumping maka pada tesis ini dilakukan analisis risiko tersebut. Skenario yang dianalisis adalah kegagalan pompa akibat masalah kritis. Penelitian dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi risiko, kemudian risiko dianalisis menggunakan metode event tree analysis yang dimulai dengan menentukan iniating event, pivotal events, dan outcomes yang dapat terjadi. Nilai probabilitas outcomes kemudian dievaluasi dan ditentukan level risikonya kemudian ditentukan pengendalian risikonya.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa outcome 3 yaitu ketika terjadi kegagalan pompa, SCSSV gagal menutup, Production Master Valve gagal menutup, X-mass Tree gagal menutup, Cap tree bocor, minyak rilis ke permukaan tetapi tidak terjadi pengapian dan operator berhasil melakukan evakuasi sehingga outcome-nya adalah polusi minor yaitu minyak tumpah 50 barrel memiliki risiko yang paling besar dikarenakan memiliki nilai probabilitas tertinggi yaitu sebesar 1,65×10-8.
Selain itu, pada penelitian ini dianalisis potensi penerapan pressure pumping di Indonesia. Hasilnya potensi cukup tinggi dilihat dari kesamaan jenis platform dengan yang ada di Abu Dhabi, serta memiliki banyak keuntungan dari segi waktu, biaya dan risiko bila dibandingkan dengan well intervention lainnya, serta dari banyaknya jumlah kegiatan work over dan well intervention yang terkait dengan masalah korosi dan pengendapan scale.

The problems of corrosion and deposition of scale on equipment in production wells can disrupt the integrity of the well which will result in the release of oil and gas to the surface. To implement a well integrity management system in the production phase, the management of scale corrosion and precipitation must be carried out. Pumping of corrosion and scale inhibitors into the well by means of pressure pumping from the stimulation vessel is one way to prevent corrosion and scaling in the well. Pumping operations are carried out by fighting the flow pressure from the well so that there is a risk of back pressure.
The absence of a study in Indonesia that analyzes the risk of pressure pumping then analyzes this risk. The scenario analyzed is pump failure due to critical problems. The research begins with identifying risks, then the risk is analyzed using event tree analysis method that begins with determining the initiating event, pivotal events, and outcomes that can occur. The probability values ​​are then evaluated and the risk level determined and then the risk control is determined.
The analysis shows that outcome 3 is when a pump failure occurs, SCSSV fails to close, Production Master Valve fails to close, X-mass Tree fails to close, Cap tree leaks, oil is released to the surface but ignition does not occur and operator successfully evacuates so that the outcome is minor pollution, ie spilled oil 50 barrels has the greatest risk because it has the highest probability value of 1.65 × 10-8.
In addition, this study analyzed the potential application of pressure pumping in Indonesia. The result is quite high potential seen from the similarity of types of platforms with those in Abu Dhabi, and has many advantages in terms of time, cost and risk compared to other well interventions, and from the large number of work over and well intervention activities related to corrosion problems and scale deposition.
