Abstrak :
Masalah yang sering terjadi terkait penggunaan obat di masyarakat di antaranya ialah kurangnya pemahaman mengenai penggunaan obat yang tepat dan rasional, penggunaan obat bebas yang berlebihan, serta kurangnya pemahaman tentang cara menyimpan dan membuang obat dengan benar. Selain itu dari pihak tenaga kesehatan pun dirasa masih kurang memberikan informasi tentang penggunaan obat yang mereka dapatkan. Tugas khusus ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Jatinegara dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui studi literatur dengan disertai video pembelajaran mengenai DAGUSIBU. DAGUSIBU singkatan dari Dapatkan, Gunakan, Simpan dan Buang obat dengan benar. Dapatkan obat dari tempat resmi seperti apotek untuk menjaga keamanan dan keaslian obat. Gunakan obat sesuai dengan petunjuk penggunaan yang tertera pada kemasan atau informasi dari apoteker. Simpan obat sesuai dengan aturan penyimpanan obat tersebut. Buang obat jika sudah masa kadaluwarsa atau sudah rusak dengan memperhatikan cara buang obat dengan benar. ......Problems that often occur related to the use of drugs in the community include a lack of understanding about appropriate and rational use of drugs, excessive use of over-the-counter drugs, as well as a lack of understanding on how to properly store and dispose of drugs correct. In addition, the health workers are still lacking information about their drug use. This special task was carried out at the Jatinegara Health Center using a qualitative method through study literature accompanied by learning videos about DAGUSIBU. DAGUSIBU stands for Get, Use, Store and Dispose of medicine correctly. Get medicine from official places such as pharmacies to maintain drug safety and authenticity. Use the drug according to the instructions for use listed on the package or information from the pharmacist. Store medication accordingly rules for storing the drug. Throw away the medicine if it has expired or damaged by paying attention to how to properly dispose of the drug.

Praktek kerja di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Jatinegara dilaksanakan selama dua minggu dari tanggal 3 14 Agustus 2015 Praktek kerja ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa memahami tugas dan peran apoteker di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Jatinegara Berdasarkan praktek kerja yang dilakukan peran dan tugas apoteker di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Timur terutama di Subseksi Farmakmin yaitu mengadakan pendampingan perizinan sarana farmasi bila diminta oleh PTSP pengelolaan laporan laporan seperti LPLPO POR NAPZA dari puskesmas rumah sakit dan sarana Farmakmin pengelolaan obat buffer dan obat program dari Kementrian Kesehatan dan Dinas Kesehatan untuk disalurkan ke fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan RS dan puskesmas serta Binwasdal sarana Farmasi Makanan dan Minuman misalnya pada instalasi farmasi RS apotek apotek rakyat toko obat penyalur alat kesehatan dan perusahaan industri rumah tangga PIRT di wilayah Jakarta Timur Sedangkan peran dan tugas apoteker di puskesmas adalah dalam kegiatan pengelolaan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai serta dalam kegiatan farmasi klinik Pengelolaan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai telah dilaksanakan sesuai Permenkes No 30 Tahun 2014 namun terdapat pelayanan farmasi klinik yang belum dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Jatinegara yakni ronde visite pemantauan
