"Kecelakaan laut sering kali terjadi di Indonesia namun seiring berjalannya waktu belum tampak penyelesaian terhadap masalah ini. Hal ini terlihat dengan masih tingginya tingkat kecelakaan laut di Indonesia. Dalam suatu kecelakaan, faktor manusia sangat dominan menjadi penyebab hal tersebut terjadi, di mana para awak berperan besar dalam terjadinya kecelakaan. Penelitian ini membahas peran awak dari sisi kulifikasi yang dimiliki serta perilaku aktual yang terjadi di lapangan pada kapal feri jalur penyeberangan Merak-Bakauheni. Kapal feri dipilih karena kapal feri merupakan kapal yang mengangkut penumpang dan barang di mana potensi kecelakaan dan akibat kehilangan nyawa yang besar terdapat pada jenis kapal ini. Selain itu jalur penyeberangan Merak-Bakauheni merupakan salah satu jalur penyeberangan yang paling ramai di Indonesia. Dari penelitian ini didapat ternyata kualifikasi awak kapal feri Jalur penyeberangan Merak-Bakauheni masih jauh dari standar yang dipersyaratkan walaupun hampir semuanya memiliki ijazah pelaut terlihat dengan adanya pelanggaran-pelanggaran yang terus terjadi terhadap aspek keselamatan tanpa adanya sanksi dan perbaikan atas perilaku tersebut. ......Marine accidents often occur in Indonesia, but over time have not looked towards the settlement of this issue. "PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk. menyediakan jasa distribusi dan perdagangan produk farmasi, termasuk diantaranya produk rantai dingin. Produk rantai dingin merupakan produk yang sensitif terhadap suhu sehingga suhu penyimpanan dan pengiriminnya perlu untuk dikontrol secara tidak terputus mulai dari pabrik sampai didistribusikan ke pengguna akhir. Untuk menjaga kualitas produk rantai dingin yang didistribusikan maka diperlukan suatu fasilitas seperti freezer untuk membekukan material pendingin, seperti ice gel dan water pack dalam pengemasan produk rantai dingin. Dalam rangka menjamin bahwa freezer yang digunakan menunjukkan kinerja yang telah sesuai dengan spesifikiasi maka perlu dilakukan proses kualifikasi kinerja (KK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa freezer yang digunakan telah sesuai dengan spesifikasi sehingga suhu pada freezer untuk membekukan material pendingin (ice gel) untuk pengemasan produk rantai dingin memenuhi persyaratan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengikuti prosedur pengujian kualifikasi kinerja freezer mengikuti protokal yang berlaku di PT Enseval Putera Mega Trading DC 1 Jakarta. Hasil pengujian kualifikasi kinerja freezer yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan beberapa data distribusi suhu dari termometer yang berada diluar rentang suhu yang dipersyaratkan yaitu -25°C s/d -15°C. Suhu yang didapatkan cenderung lebih dingin dari rentang suhu yang dipersyaratkan. Walaupun begitu pendistribusian suhu pada kinerja freezer terbilang sudah merata sehingga kualifikasi kinerja ini dinyatakan lulus. Selain itu, tidak ada ice gel yang mencair pada pengaturan suhu -18°C sehingga freezer tersebut dapat digunakan lebih lanjut untuk membuat material pendingin (ice gel) dengan pengaturan suhu -18°C. Hasil laporan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber informasi dalam melakukan proses Kualifikasi Kinerja (KK) untuk fasilitas pendingin seperti freezer oleh pedagang besar farmasi atau distributor farmasi.......PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk. provides distribution and trading services for pharmaceutical products, including cold chain products. This research aims to find out that the freezer used meets the specifications so that the temperature in the freezer for freezing cooling material (ice gel) for packaging cold chain products meets the requirements. The research was carried out by following freezer performance qualification testing procedures following the applicable protocols at PT Enseval Putera Mega Trading DC 1 Jakarta. As a result of the freezer performance qualification tests that had been carried out, it was found that several temperature distribution data from the thermometer were outside the required temperature range, namely -25°C to -15°C. The temperature obtained tends to be colder than the required temperature range. However, the temperature distribution in the freezer performance is fairly even so this performance qualification is declared passed. Apart from that, no ice gel melts at a temperature setting of -18°C so that the freezer can be further used to make cooling material (ice gel) with a temperature setting of -18°C. The results of this report can be used as a source of information in carrying out the Performance Qualification (PQ) process for cooling facilities such as freezers by pharmaceutical wholesalers or pharmaceutical distributors."
