"Fenomena penyebaran faham radikalisme dan aksi terorisme merupakan permasalahan yang serius yang mengancam kesatuan dan persatuan Negara Republik Indonesia. Issue tentang perbedaan faham dan pandangan tentang akidah dan syariat agama menjadi hal yang paling mendasar, sehingga yang terjadi adalah intoleransi sesama umat Muslim, terlebih lagi dengan umat non muslim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisa sejauh mana pelaksanaan kegiatan atau program kontra radikalisme yang dilaksanakan oleh Bidang Pencegahan Densus 88 AT Polri, dan juga melihat sejauh mana kementerian dan lembaga yang terkait dalam menyikapi masifnya penyebaran faham radikalisme dan aksi terorisme saat ini. Dari penelitian ini, peneliti juga menyusun dan membuat suatu konsep pelaksanaan kegiatan kontra radikalisme yang terintegrasi, dimana pihak - pihak yang terkait dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan kontra radikalisme bersama - sama turun ke lapangan, berada di tengah - tengah masyarakat, sesuai dengan tugas, pokok dan fungsi serta peranannya melaksanakan kegiatan pencegahan terhadap penyebaran faham radikalisme dan aksi terorisme di Indonesia. Dengan konsep kegiatan/program Kontra radikalisme yang terintegrasi diharapkan mampu menyentuh masyarakat di berbagai lapisan dan tingkatan maupun di berbagai komunitas masyarakat guna membentengi dan meng counter penyebaran faham radikalisme dan aksi terorisme yang terjadi di tengah - tengah masyarakat, sehingga kesatuan dan persatuan NKRI dapat terpelihara dan terjaga dari berbagai ancaman disintegrasi bangsa dan Negara yang terjadi.
