"Pemungutan suara ulang adalah suatu prosedur yang diambil ketika terdapat kondisi- kondisi yang diatur oleh undang-undang seperti kecurangan-kecurangan berupa beberapa pemilih menggunakan hak pilih lebih dari satu kali dan terdapat beberapa pemilih tidak terdaftar yang terbukti ikut memilih. Hal ini dapat dilaksanakan di dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah di Indonesia. Hal ini ditujukan untuk memberikan keadilan bagi seluruh pihak di dalam pelaksanaan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah namun di dalam pelaksanaannya dapat memakan waktu yang cukup lama. Di lain sisi, jabatan pemerintahan harus segera diisi untuk dapat memberikan kepastian hukum kepada masyarakat. Dengan melihat hal tersebut, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pelaksanaan pemungutan ulang dapat menyebabkan terhambatnya pelantikan bagi pasangan calon terpilih yang merupakan awalan dari masa jabatan pejabat tersebut. Skripsi ini akan membahas mengenai mekanisme pemungutan suara ulang di Indonesia. Pembahasan akan dititikberatkan kepada kasus Pemilihan Kepala Daerah di Labuhanbatu pada tahun 2020 yang berujung pada dilaksanakannya pemungutan suara ulang sebanyak dua kali di daerah pemilihan tersebut. Skripsi ini dituliskan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif untuk menganalisis Pemilihan Kepala Daerah dan pemungutan suara ulang di Indonesia.

Re-election is the procedure that can be happened when there are some conditions which stated according to the law such as several voters used their voting right more than once and several unregistered voters using the right to vote. This thing also can be used in the election of the regional head officer in Indonesia. The purpose of this is to bring justice for everyone in the process of the election of the regional head officer but it also can consume a lot of times. On the other hand, the head of regional officer position needs to be changed in short period of time to bring the legal certainity for the people. Looking into this condition, we can conclude that this thing can impact the delay on the time of the inaugration for the elected candidate, which also the delay on the beginning of govern period. This thesis will discuss about the mechanism od the re-election in Indonesia. The discussion will be focused about the case of the regional head officer election in Labuhanbatu in 2020 which led into two times re-election in that region. This thesis is using the juridical normative method to analyze the election of the regional head officer and re-election in Indonesia."

This action was facilitated by a combination of populist rhetoric from the President and abuse of power by the Legislative Assembly. Referred to as Constitutional Authoritarian-Populism, this trend undermines the rule of law. The text outlines the Salvadoran constitutional framework and discusses concepts like judicial independence, populism, abusive constitutionalism, and authoritarianism in the Latin American context. It then examines instances of Constitutional Authoritarian-Populism in El Salvador from 2019 to 2023, demonstrating that the removal of the Justices wasn’t spontaneous. Finally, it analyzes the process of removal, the response from the removed Justices, and the subsequent decision by newly appointed Justices to authorize presidential re-election in El Salvador."
