"ABSTRAKKeselamatan dan kesehatan kerja merupakan hak utama tenaga kerja dan kewajiban utama perusahaan baik perusahaan besar maupun perusahaan kecil. Semua regulasi pemerintah yang mengatur tentang segala aspek keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja menjadi fondasi utama pelaksanaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja sekaligus mencerminkan betapa pentingnya konsep keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Tujuan utama dari tesis ini adalah mengenalkan pentingnya sebuah konsep keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja kepada sebuah UMKM yaitu PT. Hudiya Hayat Hanif yang bergerak di bidang industri logam. Data dari hasil business coaching diolah dengan analisa Generic Porter, analisa SWOT, analisa model bisnis, GAP analysis, dan teori Domino Heindrich. Hasil analisa menjadi dasar pengembangan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kerja yang akan dipakai oleh Hudiya untuk memenuhi regulasi pemerintah dan meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitifnya sembari tetap menjamin segala hak tenaga kerjanya.

Occupational health and safety is the main rights of work force and the main responsibilities of enterprise, either big enterprise or small enterprise. All of the government rsquo s regulations that control every aspect of occupational health and safety become the main foundation for the implementation of occupational health and safety and simultaneously reflecting the important concept of occupational health and safety. The main goal of this thesis is to introduce the importance of occupational health and safety rsquo s concept to a small to medium enterprise, Hudiya Hayat Hanif Ltd. which move in metal industry area. The data from business coaching rsquo s result are processed with Generic Porter analysis, SWOT analysis, Business Model analysis, GAP analysis, and Heinrich rsquo s Domino Theory. The result become the development base of occupational health and safety management system which will be used by Hudiya to comply the government regulations and improving its company rsquo s competitiveness while ensuring every rights of its work forces."
