Abstrak :
Permasalahan administrasi yang dilakukan Notaris karena tidak tertib secara administratif terhadap pencatatan dan penyimpanan Protokol Notaris merupakan bagian dari pertanggungjawaban Notaris terhadap kewajibannya membuat minuta akta dan menyimpannya sebagai bagian dari Protokol Notaris. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif. Tipe penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif analitis untuk memperoleh gambaran akibat hukum dari minuta akta yang tidak disimpan sebagai bagian dari Protokol Notaris. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Notaris harus lebih memperhatikan mengenai kewajibannya dalam menyimpan minuta akta sebagai bagian dari Protokol Notaris. Tujuannya agar Protokol Notaris tetap terjaga dan terpelihara sehingga juga akta autentik yang merupakan alat bukti tersebut agar tetap aman apabila suatu saat nanti dibutuhkan oleh pihak yang berkepentingan. This type of research uses analytical descriptive to obtain an overview of legal consequences of Minuta Deed which is not stored as part of the Notary Protocol. Next after the legal materials collected then analyzed the legal materials to get the conclusion of analysis techniques with the verdict. The purpose of this research is to know the legal consequences of Certificate not stored Minuta as part of the Protocol of the notary and notary 39 s responsibility towards the deed made and sanctions against the notary. The results of this research show that a notary public should pay more attention to regarding their obligations in the save minuta deed as part of the Notary Protocols. The purpose is to make Notary Protocols maintained and preserved so that also the authentic deed is evidence that remain secure when one day needed by interested parties.Keywords Notary protokol, authentic deeds, reportorium.
