"Masa pensiun merupakan masa peralihan yang menempatkan seseorang pada status baru dalam hidupnya, yaitu status yang awalnya bekerja menjadi tidak bekerja karena sudah mencapai usia pensiun maupun karena kesepakatan antara individu yang bersangkutan dengan tempat kerjanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan hidup pensiunan Indonesia. Faktor-faktor yang diamati meliputi jenis kelamin, usia, status pernikahan, status kerja, jaminan pensiun, tingkat kesehatan, dan penghasilan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode Regresi Logistik Ordinal. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan hidup pensiunan adalah tingkat kesehatan dan status kerja. Dengan ditemukannya faktor tersebut diharapkan setiap orang menjelang masa pensiun dapat mempersiapkan diri, sehingga mereka tetap bisa merasakan kepuasan di masa pensiun yang dijalaninya.

The retirement period is a transitional period that places a person in a new status in his life, which is the status that initially worked to become unemployed because he has reached retirement age or because of an agreement between the individual concerned and his workplace. This study is purposing to analyze the factors that influence the level of life satisfaction of Indonesian retirees. The factor observed included gender, age, marital status, employment status, retirement security, health level, and income. The analytical method used is the Ordinal Logistic Regression method. The results of data analysis concluded the factors that influence the level of life satisfaction of the retirees are the level of health and job satisfaction. Based on this result, it is hoping that everyone nearing retirement will able to prepare themselves to feel satisfy in their retirement.
