"Kelelahan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang berpotensi meningkatkan terjadinya kecelekaan kerja pada bidang konstruksi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan kerja pekerja konstruksi pada pekerjaan rigid pavement jalan tol PT XYZ. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 110 yang merupakan pada pekerja konstruksi jalan tol pekerjaan rigid pavement PT XYZ. Variabel pada penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel independen yaitu faktor fisik, faktor emosional dan faktor sosial, sedangkan variabel dependen kelelahan kerja. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, dengan teknik analysis data yaitu univariate dan bivariate. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebanyak 84 orang atau 76% mengalami kelelahan ringan, sedangkan sebanyak 26 orang atau 24% mengalami kelelahan sedang. Terdapat hubungan kecenderungan hubungan antara faktor fisik yaitu variabel lama perjalanan dan stres kerja dengan kelelahan kerja. Terdapat kecenderungan hubungan antara faktor emosional yaitu kualitas tidur dengan kelelahan kerja. Terdapat kecenderungan hubungan antara faktor sosial variabel tekanan pekerjaan, komunikasi yang buruk, penindasan dan intimidasi, hubungan rekan kerja, tuntutan pekerjaan dengan kelelahan kerja.

Work fatigue is one of the factors that has the potential to increase the occurrence of work accidents in the construction sector. The aim of this research is to find out what factors are related to construction workers' work fatigue on the job rigid pavement PT XYZ toll road. The research method used is a quantitative method with an approach cross sectional study. The samples taken were 110 who were toll road construction workers rigid pavement PT XYZ. The variables in this study consist of independent variables, namely physical factors, emotional factors and social factors, while the dependent variable is work fatigue. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, using data analysis techniques, namely univariate and bivariate. The research results showed that 84 people or 76% experienced mild fatigue, while 26 people or 24% experienced moderate fatigue. There is a tendency for the relationship between physical factors, namely the length of travel and work stress variables with work fatigue. There is a tendency for a relationship between emotional factors, namely sleep quality, and work fatigue. There is a tendency for a relationship between social factors such as work pressure, poor communication, bullying and intimidation, co-worker relationships, job demands and work fatigue."

"ABSTRAK
Beban lalu lintas yang melebihi yang direncanakan menyebabkan kerusakan jalan terjadi lebih awal. Salah satu penyebab kerusakan ini adalah akibat muatan berlebih pada angkutan truk. Kajian ini melakukan analisis perubahan muatan kendaraan truk hingga melebihi beban muatan yang ditetapkan terhadap pengaruhnya pada umur perkerasan jalan beton. Lokasi penelitian yaitu di Tol Jakarta-Cikampek (km.39), Jalur Pantura di ruas jalan Bypass Jomin Cikampek dan Jalan Raya Cibinong di ruas jalan Mayor Oking Bogor. Data lalulintas selanjutnya dihitung untuk umur perkerasan selama 10 tahun. Prediksi data lalu lintas ini untuk mengetahui tebal perkerasan jalan beton dengan menggunakan metode Bina Marga. Dari analisis data, diperoleh penurunan umur perkerasan pada tebal plat 21 cm untuk beban berlebih mencapai 30% terjadi penurunan umur perkerasan 35%. Bila dilakukan pengalihan muatan truk 2 as ke truk lebih dari 2as sebesar 1,5 kali maka akan terjadi penurunan umur perkerasan 54%. Struktur jalan beton sangat sensitive terhadap kenaikan muatan batas sumbu yang mendekati MST 10 Ton.

ABSTRACT
Traffic load that exceeds the designed road causing damage to occur earlier. One cause of this damage is due to excessive loads on heavy vehicles. This study analyzes changes in heavy vehicle charges to exceed the specified weight of cargo on its influence on service life of concrete pavement. The research location is in Tol Jakarta-Cikampek (km.39), Line North Coast of Java, in Cikampek Bypass road, and Highway Cibinong in Bogor Oking Major road. Traffic data was calculated for the expected design life of 10 years. Prediction of traffic data is to determine the thickness of concrete pavement using the methods of Bina Marga. From the analysis of data, obtained by decreasing the age of pavement on concrete 21 cm thick to reach the 30% overload decreased 35% pavement service life. When done transfer of cargo trucks 2 axles to the truck more than 2as of 1.5 times there will be a 54% reduction in pavement life. The structure of concrete roads is very sensitive to increases in near-axis boundary load 10 tons of MST."

alternative solution for addressing the rigid pavement problem in soft soils.
This system is used for developing a rigid pavement. The simple method of using an equivalent modulus of subgrade reaction (k?) in nailed-slab system analysis was
proposed by a previous researcher. This modulus consists of the modulus of subgrade reaction from a plate load test
(k) and an additional modulus of
subgrade reaction due to pile installing (Dk). The
additional modulus of subgrade reaction has been proposed by some authors. The
displacement factor was used in determining the additional modulus of subgrade
reaction. This factor is difficult to define. In this research, the prototype
test of a nailed slab with single-pile installation was conducted to learn the
validation of the theory of the additional modulus of subgrade reaction on a
full-scale dimension. The prototype was constructed on soft clay, and the
connection between the pile and slab was perfect monolithically. This system
was loaded by centric load. A new curve of the displacement factor is proposed.
Calculated deflections based on this
curve were compared to the observed deflection and
resulted in good agreement with the observation. Hence, it can be used in preliminary design."
