Abstrak :
Gas lahan tempat pembuangan akhir (TPA) merupakan salah satu potensi energi alternatif yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan analisis untuk mengetahui potensi pemanfaatan gas lahan TPA sehingga dapat menghasilkan keuntungan yang maksimal. Namun, ketersediaan modal kerap kali menjadi kendala dalam usaha untuk mengembangkan solusi ini. Hasil penelitian dari empat skenario kemungkinan pemanfaatan menunjukkan bahwa apabila modal yang tersedia tidak terbatas maka pilihan penanaman modal akan optimal apabila digunakan sebagai pembangkit listrik dengan menggunakan mesin pembakaran internal dengan nilai Net Present Value (NPV) sebesar 3.191.351 rupiah. Namun apabila terdapat keterbatasan modal, dengan model matematika integer programming prinsip lower bound maka pemanfaaatan gas lahan TPA optimal bila digunakan sebagai pengganti bahan bakar kendaraan. ......Landfill gas is one of potential energy which has not been optimally utilized. So, there is important to have an analysis to discover the potential landfill gas utilization to get the maximum revenue. However, capital budgeting is one of the obstacles to develop this solution. The result of the research from four possibilities shows if there is no capital limit, or capital is not one of essential factor, then we better have landfill gas for electricity generation with internal combustion engine, with Net Present Value (NPV) 3.191.351 rupiah. In other hand, if there is capital limit, then we conduct the integer programming for mathematic formula.
