"Industri di Indonesia saat ini berkembang pesat, pada industri manufaktur banyak memerlukan system otomisasi yang akan mempercepat proses produksi dan untuk menaikan kualitas produk, teknologi yang di pakai saat ini adalah teknologi otomasi dan Robotic, khususnya di bidang manufaktur otomotif robotik ini wajib dipakai. Pada Sistem umumnya benda kerja dan Robot memiliki sistem Open-Loop dimana robot hanya di teaching untuk melakukan pergerakan tertentu yang sifatnya permanen, tidak ada keterkaitan antara benda kerja dan robot pada saat proses untuk itu diperlukan adanya sistem pengolahan citra yang dapat memungkinkan robot mengenali perubahan letak ataupun perubahan bentuk pada benda kerja. Sistem ini menggunakan Kamera dan Kontroller yang mempunyai beberapa port komunikasi dan software untuk merubah parameter tujuannya adalah agar sistem vision ini bisa di pakai pada robot-robot industri yang sudah ada. Sistem Close-Loop antara benda kerja dan robot berdasarkan visual-based motion ini akan mengurangi tingkat error yang dihasilkan hingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produksi.

Industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly, in many manufacturing industries require automation system that will speed up the production process and to increase the quality of products, technologies in use today is automation and robotic technology, especially in the field of automotive manufacturing robotics is compulsory.

In the current system, the workpiece and the robot has a system of Open-Loop where the robot only in teaching to perform certain movements that are permanent, there is no linkage between the workpiece and the robot during the process it is necessary for processing system citta which can allow the robot to recognize change of location or change of shape in the workpiece. The system uses camera and Controller that has multiple communication ports and software to modify the parameters the aim is for this vision system can be used in industrial robots already exist. Close-loop system between the workpiece and the robot based on visual-based motion will reduce the level of error is generated to improve the quality and quantity of production."
