"Industri Konstruksi memiliki kontribusi besar dalam perekonomian. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi bahwa industri konstruksi memiliki catatan kecelakaan yang buruk dibandingkan industri yang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan improvement kebijakan dan kelembagaan untuk meningkatkan tingkat kematangan dan kinerja keselamatan pada Industri Konstruksi di Indonesia. Metode Penelitian menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dari hasil literatur yang divalidasi pakar serta melakukan survei kuesioner responden yang dianalisa menggunakan Metode SEM-PLS. Hasil Penelitian menjelaskan bahwa kebijakan keselamatan, pembiayaan, reward dan punishment merupakan faktor yang dominan yang diintegrasi dengan lembaga yang terlibat dalam K3 untuk memperbaiki budaya keselamatan ditinjau dari elemen tingkat kematangan dalam meningkatkan kinerja keselamatan dan kinerja proyek konstruksi di Indonesia.

The Construction Industry has a huge contribution in the economy. The frequent problem is that the construction industry has a poor record of accidents compared to other industries. This study aims at improving the policies and institutions to improve the level of maturity, safety performance and project performance in the Construction Industry in Indonesia.

Methods The study used primary and secondary data from the literature that validated the expert and conducted a questionnaire survey of respondents who analyzed using the SEM-PLS Method.

The results of the study explain that the safety, financing, reward and punishment policies are the dominant factors that are integrated with the institutions involved in OSH to improve safety culture in terms of the elements of maturity level in improving the safety performance and performance of construction projects in Indonesia."

"ABSTRAKKelembagaan dan tingkat kematangan keselamatan yang lemah mempengaruhi kinerja keselamatan dan kinerja proyek. Dapat dilihat dari tingginya angka kecelakaan kerja sektor konstruksi, sehingga perlu diidentifkasi variabel kelembagaan dan tingkat kematangan keselamatan yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keselamatan dan kinerja proyek perusahaan jasa konstruksi. Penelitian menggunakan data primer dan sekunder hasil literatur yang divalidasi pakar serta kuesioner responden yang dianalisa menggunakan Metode SEM-PLS, agarmendapatkan pola hubungan antar variabel kelembagaan dan tingkat kematangan keselamatan untuk meningkatkan kinerja keselamatan dan kinerja proyek. Hasil penelitian variabel signifikan dan dominan adalah tolok ukur untuk menilai setiap tujuan mempengaruhi investigasi kejadian, kinerja keselamatan dan kinerja proyek.

ABSTRACTInstitutional and the maturity level of safety, that is weak, effect on safety performance and project performance. Can seen from the high number of accidents in construction sector. So needs to be identified variables of institutional and maturity level of safety that most influence on safety and project performance in construction company. This study uses primary and secondary data from literature were validated by experts and respondents questionnaire that analyzed using SEM PLS Method, in order to obtain the pattern of relationship between the institutional and the maturity level of safety variables to improve safety and project performance. The results of the research of the most significant and dominant variables are benchmarks for assessing each objective affecting the investigation of events, safety and project performance."
