Abstrak :
A virtopsy (virtual autopsy) is a minimally invasive alternative that can produce an efficient autopsy. The range of technologies employed in virtopsies include computer tomography, magnetic resonance imaging and spectroscopy, and 3D photogrammetry and surface scanning. Charred, badly decomposed, or mummified corpses, as well as those restrictions forced upon coroners by certain religious sects, often make autopsies impossible to perform. In addition, lack of manpower among the personnel charged with performing autopsies frequently creates a backlog of cases in the coroner's office. This delay increases the likelihood that causes of death will go undetermined and criminal perpetrators will go unpunished. The solution can be found in what has come to be known as the virtopsy®, a minimally invasive and efficient way to perform an autopsy.

Studi ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana scanning sebagai aktivitas visual sangat penting dalam pengalaman lingkungan yang imersif. Lingkungan seperti itu semakin relevan dengan produksi ruang arsitektur virtual yang terus meningkat, menggunakan teknologi layar dan proyeksi gambar. Scanning mengkonstruksi rasa imersivitas atau perasaan realitas sebagai narasi utama dari lingkungan tersebut. Ini memungkinkan detection, estimation, and assembly batas dimensi ruang, yang mengarah ke berbagai kemungkinan occupation scenarios di ruang tersebut. Studi ini memetakan pengalaman scanning di pameran lukisan imersif Affandi dan Van Gogh. Ini menyoroti bagaimana gambar yang di-scan menjadi elemen naratif yang membangun imersivitas di lingkungan tersebut. Proses pemetaan dari gambar yang di-scan ini menunjukkan berbagai aspek yang membentuk pengalaman imersivitas. Such environment is increasingly relevant with growing production of virtual architectural spaces, using screen technologies and image projections. Scanning constructs the sense of immersivity or the feeling of reality as the main narrative of such environment. It enables detection, estimation, and assembly of dimensional boundaries of the space, leading to different possibilities of occupation scenarios in such space. The study maps scanning experience in Affandi and Van Gogh immersive painting exhibitions. It highlights how the scanned images become the narrative elements that construct immersivity in such environment. The mapping process of these scanned images demonstrate multiple aspects that shape the experience of immersivity. Such aspects consist of the importance of contrast to detect spatial edges, the need for a perspective blur to create images with different clarity, and the existence of linear spacing to construct the spatial boundaries in a layered way.

Berdasarkan Lanskap Keamanan Siber Indonesia 2022, BSSN melaporkan terdapat 4.421.992 aktivitas APT dan 2.348 kasus defacement web di Indonesia pada tahun itu. Serangan yang ditujukan pada aplikasi web berfokus pada kelemahan aplikasi, yang disebut kelemahan atau celah keamanan. Akibatnya, penting untuk melakukan analisis dan evaluasi domain website organisasi riset tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisa deskriptif, yaitu data yang diperoleh disajikan dalam bentuk kalimat yang dideskripsikan. Sehingga memberikan kejelasan dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan. Indeks Keamanan Informasi (KAMI) sebagai alat untuk menilai kesiapan implementasi keamanan data. Serangkaian pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan berbagai aspek digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi. Kemudian OWASP ZAP sebagai tools vulnerability scanning, digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kemungkinan kerentanan pada aplikasi berbasis web. Pada penelitian ini melakukan analisis dan evaluasi terhadap domain dan subdomain xyz.go.id yang terdapat di organisasi riset. Langkah pertama pengumpulan data target, selanjutnya dilakukan pengukuran dan pengujian tools dengan menggunakan Indeks KAMI pada kategori Sistem Eletronik. Langkah berikutnya dengan aplikasi OWASP ZAP digunakan untuk pengujian vulnerability scanning pada domain target. Data hasil DNSDumpster digunakan, dimana beberapa domain website xyz.go.id dijadikan sasaran penelitian untuk vulnerability scanning. Hasil penilaian Indeks KAMI menunjukkan bahwa 4 subdomain dianggap tergolong tinggi. Kemudian berdasarkan pengujian vulnerability scanning terhadap domain website xyz.go.id memiliki kerentanan dengan kategori low terdapat 15 peringatan, medium terdapat 32 peringatan, high terdapat 4 peringatan dan informational terdapat 20 peringatan. Dari hasil pengujian dapat dibuktikan pendeteksian dengan vulnerability scanning pada OWASP ZAP sangat efektif, meskipun ini tool open source sehingga tidak perlu menggunakan tool berbayar. ......Based on the Indonesian Cybersecurity Landscape 2022, BSSN reported 4,421,992 APT activities and 2,348 web defacement cases in Indonesia that year. Attacks aimed at web applications focus on application weaknesses, called security flaws or gaps. As a result, it is important to conduct an analysis and evaluation of the research organization's website domain. The method used is descriptive analysis, in which the data obtained is presented in the form of sentences that are described. Information Security Index (KAMI Index) as a tool to assess the readiness of data security implementation A series of questions relating to various aspects are used to conduct the evaluation. Then OWASP ZAP as a vulnerability scanning tool, was used to identify the level of possible vulnerabilities in web-based applications. In this study, the analysis and evaluation of xyz.go.id domains and subdomains found in research organizations. The first step is collecting target data, then measuring and testing tools using the KAMI Index in the Electronic Systems category. The next step with the OWASP ZAP application is vulnerability scanning testing on the target domain. DNSDumpster result data is used, and several xyz.go.id website domains are used as research material for vulnerability scanning. The results of the KAMI Index assessment show that 4 subdomains are considered high. Then based on vulnerability scanning testing of the xyz.go.id website domain, it has a vulnerability with a low category of 15 warnings, a medium category of 32 warnings, a high category of 4 warnings, and an informational category of 20 warnings. From the test results, it can be proven that detection with vulnerability scanning on OWASP ZAP is very effective, even though this is an open source tool, so there is no need to use paid tools.

Perilaku kewaspadaan pada kukang (Nycticebus javanicus) kandidat rilis sangatlah penting agar dapat mengetahui tanda-tanda keberadaan predator, sehingga dapat bertahan hidup setelah dilepasliarkan ke alam. Pemberian perlakuan berupa suara beberapa predator diharapkan dapat memicu perilaku kewaspadaan kukang kandidat rilis terhadap predator. Penelitian mengenai respons kukang jawa kandidat rilis terhadap suara elang brontok (Nisaetus cirrhatus) dan ular sanca (Phyton molurus) telah dilakukan di Yayasan Inisiasi Alam Rehabilitasi Indonesia (YIARI), Bogor. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan respons dan pengaruh suara predator terhadap perilaku kewaspadaan kukang jawa kandidat rilis menggunakan suara dari elang brontok (Nisaetus cirrhatus) dan ular sanca (Phyton molurus). Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan bulan Mei – Juni 2020 selama tiga pekan, dengan empat hari pengamatan setiap pekan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu continuous scan sampling dengan interval waktu 10 (sepuluh) menit tanpa jeda dan ad libitum. Pencatatan dilakukan terhadap aktivitas harian kukang jawa kandidat rilis dan responsnya terhadap suara predator. Objek penelitian yaitu dua pasang kukang jawa dan dua individu kukang jawa yang berada di 4 kandang rehabilitasi terpisah. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan respons kewaspadaan yang teramati adalah alert (secara aktif mengamati lingkungan), back away (berjalan mundur dengan mata tetap mengawasi sekitar.), freeze (diam tanpa gerakan selama beberapa detik), dan scanning (mengamati sekitar sambil berjalan mengelilingi kandang). Berdasarkan Uji Wilcoxon yang dilakukan pada α = 0,05 hasilnya adalah tidak terdapat perbedaan antara perilaku praperlakuan dan pascaperlakuan suara predator. Hal tersebut diasumsikan karena suara predator kurang menyediakan stimulus yang dapat memengaruhi perubahan perilaku harian kukang jawa kandidat rilis pada praperlakuan dan pascaperlakuan secara signifikan. ......Behavior of alertness in rehabilitant slow lorises (Nycticebus javanicus) is very important in order to know the signs of predators, so that they can survive after being released into the wild. It is hoped that the provision of treatment in the form of the sound of several predators can trigger the rehabilitant's alert behaviour towards predators. Research on the response of the rehabilitant javan slow loris to the sound of changeable hawk-eagle (Nisaetus cirrhatus) and phyton (Phyton molurus) have been carried out at the Indonesian Foundation for Natural Rehabilitation Initiation (YIARI), Bogor. This study aims to determine the differences in response and influence of predatory sounds on alert behaviour of rehabilitant javan slow lorises using sounds from changeable hawk-eagle (Nisaetus cirrhatus) and phyton (Phyton molurus). The study was conducted in May - June 2020 for three weeks, with four observation days each week. The method used is continuous scan sampling with time intervals of 10 minutes without pauses and ad libitum. Recording is carried out on the daily activities of the rehabilitant javan slow loris and the response against the sound of predators. The object of the study were two pairs of javan slow lorises and two individual javan slow lorises in 4 separate rehabilitation cages. The results of the observations show that the observed alertness responses are alert (actively observing the environment), back away (walking backwards with keeping an eye on the surroundings), Freeze (silence without movement for a few seconds), and scanning (observing the surroundings while walking around the cage). Based on the Wilcoxon test carried out at α = 0.05, the result is that there is no difference between pre-treatment and post-treatment of predatory sounds. This is assumed because the sound of predators less influences daily behaviour change of rehabilitant javan slow loris on pre-treatment and post-treatment significantly.
