Abstrak :
Pada tahun 2020, dunia dihadapkan dengan adanya pandemi virus Covid-19. Penyebaran virus yang begitu massif membuat beberapa negara melakukan pembatasan social terhadap seluruh aktivitas masyarakatnya dengan memberlalukan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar. Peraturan tersebut menerangkan bahwa adanya pembatasan terhadap pergerakan masyarakat dan pembatasan lalu lintas logistic selama peraturan tersebut berlangsung. Hal ini berdampak pada rencana pembangunan pabrik manufaktur otomotif yang telah direncanakan siap beroperasi ditahun 2022. Dengan menggunakan metode manajemen proyek klasik (Waterfall) membuat terbatasnya ruang pergerakan atau pun perubahan dalam pembangunan pabrik tersebut. Hal ini menunjukkan penggunaan metode manajemen proyek yang lebih tepat adalah metode yang adaptif atau lebih dikenal dengan Scrum (Agile). Pada riset kali ini akan dikaji tentang penggunaan metode Scrum (Agile) ditinjau dari aspek Critical Path lalu dihitung probabilitas keberhasilannya dengan metode distribusi peluang keberhasilan Binomial sebagai alternatif dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan salah satu pabrik otomotif di Indonesia. Riset ini dapat menjadi landasan sebagai pemilihan konsep manajemen proyek yang tepat digunakan dalam pembangunan pabrik otomotif dan dapat mencapai target yang telah ditentukan. ......In 2020, the world is faced with the Covid-19 virus pandemic. The spread of the virus is so massive that several countries impose social restrictions on all activities of their people by imposing Lockdown Regulation. This regulation states that there are restrictions on the movement of people and restrictions on logistical traffic during the regulation. This has an impact on the plan to build an automotive manufacturing plant which has been planned to be ready to operate in 2022. Using the classic project management method (Waterfall) limits the space for movement or changes in the construction of the plant. So that the use of a more appropriate project management method is an adaptive method or better known as Scrum (Agile). In this research, we will study the use of the Scrum (Agile) method in terms of the Critical Path aspect and then calculate the probability of success using the Binomial success probability distribution method as an alternative in the implementation of the construction of an automotive factory in Indonesia. So that this research can become the basis for selecting the appropriate project management concept to be used in the construction of an automotive factory and can achieve predetermined targets.
