"Tunjangan kinerja merupakan hak bagi setiap pegawai negeri sipil yang dihitung berdasarkan capaian kinerja pegawai. Tunjangan kinerja termasuk ke dalam belanja pegawai yang menempati urutan ketiga terbesar dalam Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara setelah belanja modal dan barang. Adapun jumlah satuan kerja sebanyak 9.104 untuk seluruh Kementerian Negara/Lembaga dengan total 967.724 pegawai, maka diperlukan pengembangan sistem informasi yang handal dan memadai. Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan telah memiliki modul tunjangan kinerja yang ada pada aplikasi gaji web, namun masih terdapat beberapa masalah yaitu masih terdapat proses manual dalam pembuatan perhitungan tunjangan kinerja dan belum terdapat pengendalian yang memadai. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melakukan perancangan ulang modul tunjangan kinerja untuk penggunaan sistem secara penuh dan meningkatkan pengendalian dari sisi satuan kerja dan KPPN. Penelitian akan menggunakan metode Matrik Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed (RACI) dan metode COSO Internal Control – Integrated Framework khususnya komponen Control Activities dengan implementasi segregation of duties dalam pembuatan tunjangan kinerja, dan rekonsiliasi data untuk pengujian tunjangan kinerja, sedangkan untuk perancangan aplikasi menggunakan Famework for The Application of System Thinking (FAST) khususnya untuk empat tahapan awal yaitu scope definition, problem analysis, requirement analysis, dan logical design dengan berbagai penggunaan diagram seperti business process diagram, use case diagram, flowchart, data flow diagram, entity relationship diagram. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya rancangan modul tunjangan kinerja yang memberikan kemudahan bagi user tanpa proses manual, peningkatan pengendalian pada satuan kerja dan KPPN untuk memitigasi risko fraud dan error.

Performance allowance is a right for every civil servant which is calculated based on the employee's performance achievements. Performance allowances are included in employee expenditure which ranks third largest in the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget after capital and goods expenditure. As for the number of work units of 9,104 for all State Ministries/Institutions with a total of 967,724 employees, it is necessary to develop a reliable and adequate information system. The Directorate General of Treasury already has a performance allowance module in the web salary application, but there are still several problems, namely there is still a manual process in calculating performance allowances and there is not yet adequate control. The research aims to redesign the performance allowance module for full use of the system and improve control from the work unit and Treasury Office (KPPN) side. The research will use the Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed (RACI) Matrix method and the COSO Internal Control - Integrated Framework method, especially the Control Activities component with the implementation of segregation of duties in making performance allowances, and data reconciliation for testing performance allowances, while for application design using Famework for The Application of System Thinking (FAST) especially for the four initial stages, namely scope definition, problem analysis, requirements analysis, and logical design with various uses of diagrams such as business process diagrams, use case diagrams, flowcharts, data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams . The result of this research is the formation of a performance allowance module design that provides convenience for users without manual processes, increases control in work units and KPPN to mitigate the risk of fraud and error."

"This internship report discusses the development of standard operating procedures conducted by PT XYZ on its revenue cycle. PT XYZ is one of the leading companies in Indonesia in the field of fast-moving consumer goods trading. This internship report focuses on the evaluation of the process documentation system and the revenue cycle process. The evaluation results show that the standard operating procedures implemented by PT XYZ mostly follow the theoretical framework used as a reference. However, there are several aspects that can still be developed by PT XYZ, such as the development of the documentation system and segregation of duties.

Laporan magang ini membahas pengembangan standar operasional prosedur yang dilakukan oleh PT XYZ atas siklus pendapatannya. PT XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan terkemuka di Indonesia dalam bidang perdagangan fast-moving consumer goods. Laporan magang ini berfokus pada evaluasi sistem dokumentasi proses dan proses siklus pendapatan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pembuatan standar operasional prosedur yang diterapkan PT XYZ sebagian besar sudah mengikuti kerangka teori yang digunakan sebagai acuan. Namun, terdapat beberapa aspek yang masih bisa dikembangkan oleh PT XYZ seperti pengembangan system dokumentasi dan segregation of duties."
