"Fungsi Lembaga Pemasyarakatan pada dasarnya sebagai tempat untuk menghukum, membina dan merehabilitasi seseorang yang telah melakukan tindak pidana, dengan harapan tidak akan mengulanginya lagi (insaf), namun kenyataannya kejahatan dan pelanggaran justru terjadi di lapas, terjadinya kejahatan ataupun pelanggaran di lapas tidak terlepas dari sistem pengamanan, dengan pengamanan yang baik tentunya proses pemasyarakatan akan berlangsung dengan baik, dan untuk mencapai tujuan yang di inginkan maka di dalam pelaksanaannya Lapas Narkotika Nusakambangan menyelenggarakan sekuriti melalui prinsip-prinsip manajemen. Penyelenggaraan manajemen sekuriti sangat di butuhkan untuk mencegah terjadinya hal-hal yang tidak di inginkan oleh lapas dalam mencapai tujuan. Penyelenggaraan pengamanan yang di gunakan adalah manajemen sekuriti fisik. Kontruksi berfikirnya adalah suatu organisasi atau instansi mempunyai kepentingan guna mencapai tujuan. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis manajerial dan metode penulisan menggunakan diskriptif analisis. Lapas Narkotika Nusakambangan telah menyelenggarakan manajemen sekuriti fisik berupa KPLP, akses control, CCTV, pagar, kunci, penerangan, pos jaga dan alat komunikasi, tetapi kejahatan atau pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh orang dalam maupun orang luar masih terjadi, hal ini dikarenakan penyelenggaraan manajemen sekuriti fisik belum optimal. Saran yang saya ajukan untuk mencegah terjadinya kejahatan atau pelanggaran di lingkungan lapas adalah pembenahan pada penyelenggaraan manajemen sekuriti fisik mulai dari anggota KPLP, sarana dan prasara serta komitmen dari pimpinan. Pada dasarnya pengamanan mempunyai tujuan yang sama yaitu untuk menciptakan rasa aman, namun pengamanan yang dilakukan di lapas sedikit berbeda, karena pengamanan di ditujukan terhadap orang-orang yang menjalani hukuman dan pembinaan sehingga fungsi KPLP berperan sangat penting dalam penyelengaraan keamanan, sehingga dalam pelaksanaannya harus di dukung oleh sekuriti lainnya seperti penambahan CCTV, jemer, borgol, senjata dan alarm sistem serta penerapan desain lingkungan untuk mencegah terjadinya kejahatan dan pelanggaran (crime prevention through environmental design) dan membuat situasi menjadi tidak menguntungkan bagi pelaku kejahatan ( situational crime prevention), dengan langkahlangkah tersebut diharapkan dapat meminimalisir bahkan mencegah timbulnya kejahatan atau pelanggaran di lingkungan Lapas Narkotika Nusakambangan.

Penitentiary essentially functions as a place to punish and educate persons who have committed the crime, on hoping that they will not repeat the crime again (converted), but in fact the crimes and violations indeed take place in penitentiary. The occurrence of crime or violation in prisons is inseparable from the security systems. With good security, surely correctional process will run well, and in the implementation, to achieve the desired goal of Nusakambangan Narcotics Penitentiary has organized the security under the principles of management. The implementation of security in use is the management of physical security. Its construction is that an organization or agency has an interest in order to achieve its goal.

Method of research using qualitative methods with managerial juridical approach and method of writing using descriptive analysis. Nusakambangan Narcotics Penitentiary has conducted physical security management as to prevent occurrence of crimes and violations that take form of KPLP members, access control, CCTV, barrier, fencing, locks, lighting, guard posts and communication tool, but the crimes or violation committed by insiders or outsiders are still happening, this is because the implementation of physical security management is not optimal.

The suggestion that I (the author) proposed to prevent such crime or violation in the penitentiary environment is by improving the implementation of physical security management that includes the organization and security itself. The organization needs to be improved from the leadership commitment and job description of KPLP member.

Basically, the security has the same goal which is to create a sense of security, but security done in the penitentiary environment is slightly different, because it is aimed against those who are undergoing punishment and education. KPLP play very important functions in organizing the security, so that in its implementation it should be supported with other security elements such as the addition of CCTV, jemer, handcuffs, guns and alarm systems and application of environmental design to prevent crime and violation (crime prevention through environmental design) and make situation becomes unfavorable for perpetrators (situational crime prevention). With these measures, it is expected the onset of crime or violation in Nusakambangan Narcotics Penitentiary can be minimized or even be anticipated."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang penyelenggaraan manajemen sekuriti fisik Rumah Negara Gatot Soebroto Jakarta sebagai upaya efektif dan efisien dalam melindungi aset negara supaya terhindar dari ancaman yang mengakibatkan kerugian. Penelitian tesis ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil observasi peneliti terhadap penyelenggaraan manajemen sekuriti fisik Rumah Negara yang belum sesuai dengan beberapa literatur manajemen sekuriti fisik. Batasan tesis ini fokus pada proses manajemen sekuriti, proses sekuriti fisik dan proses upaya taktis pengamanan. Penelitian tesis ini menggunakan metoda kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis manajerial, serta penulisan deskriptis analitis melalui penggambaran dan penganalisaan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan penelaahan beberapa dokumen. Sumber data berasal dari informan berupa data primer maupun sekunder. Tinjauan pustaka yang digunakan merupakan beberapa konsep dan dokumen yang menunjang penelitian. Saran yang diajukan merupakan upaya penanganan terhadap penyelenggaraan manajemen sekuriti fisik Rumah Negara saat ini dalam mencegah terjadinya ancaman yang mengakibatkan kerugian serta sebagai masukan penyelenggaraan manajemen sekuriti fisik Rumah Negara lainnya di wilayah Indonesia.

This thesis discusses about implementation of physical security management of the State House of Gatot Soebroto Jakarta as an effective and efficient efforts in protecting state assets in order to avoid the threat of adverse effects. Thesis research is motivated by the observation of researchers towards of the implementation of physical security management of the State House is not in accordance with some physical security management literature. Limitations of this thesis focused on the process of security management, process of physical security and process of tactical security efforts. This thesis research uses qualitative methods with a juridical approach managerial, and analytical writing deskriptis through the depiction and analysis. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and a review of several documents. The source data came from informants in the form of primary and secondary data. Literature review that used a number of concepts and documents that support research. Suggestions put forward is the implementation of physical security management of the State House today in preventing the threat that resulted in losses as well as the input for implementation of physical security management of the State House in the territory of Indonesia."

"Tesis ini membahas manajemen sistem pengamanan di Kawasan Industri Modern Cikande. Hal ini merujuk pada proses manajemen sistim keamanan khususnya berkaitan dengan sekuriti fisik yang dilakukan oleh pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan (stakeholder) di kawasan industri modern cikande serang untuk mencegah terjadinya kerugian (loss perevention) dan mencegah tindak kejahatan (crime prevention) terhadap usaha mereka serta untuk menjamin tetap berlangsungnya proses produksi di Kawasan tersebut. Perumusan permasalahannya adalah bagaimana penyelenggaraan manajemen sistim keamanan di Kawasan Industri Modern Cikande, dengan tujuan Untuk jelaskan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan manajemen sistem keamanan (sekuriti fisik) yang baik dapat mencegah terjadinya kerugian baik materiil maupun non materiil bagi perusahaan yang ada di Kawasan Industri Modern Cikande sedangkan manfaat dilakukannya penelitian dalam penulisan tesis ini terdapat dua hal yang mendasar yaitu akademis dan praktis. Sistematika penulisan terbagi menjadi menjadi 6 bab yaitu pendahuluan, kajian kepustakaan, metode penelitian, hasil temuan penelitian, pembahasan dan penutup. Rancangan dan pelaksanaan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pendekatan melalui sudut pandang yuridis manajerial, alasan penulis karena metode sudut pandang yuridis manajerial ini penulis ingin mengetahui dan menggambarkan sejauhmana kiat-kiat dari peran manajerial perusahaan dalam menentukan kebijakan atau menentukan langkah-langkah perubahan terhadap masalah situasi keamanan di lingkungan perusahaan. Dalam temuan penelitian membahas tentang gambaran umum di Kawasan Industri Modern Cikande, pelaksanaan manajemen sistem keamanan di Kawasan Industri Modern Cikande, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sistem pengamanan di Kawasan Industri Modern Cikande, dan bentuk penyelenggaraan manajemen sistim keamanan yang efektif dan efesien di kawasan industri modern. Pembahasan tentang analisis pelaksanaan manajemen sistem keamanan di Kawasan Industri Modern Cikande dengan menggunakan teori manajemen, analisa terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sistem pengamanan di Kawasan Industri Modern Cikande menggunakan teori SWOT dan analisa terhadap bentuk penyelenggaraan manajemen sistim keamanan yang efektif dan efesien di Kawasan Industri Modern Cikande dengan menggunakan teori manajemen. Kesimpulan bahwa berdasarkan hasil temuan dan pembahasan bahwa keamanan di Kawasan Industri Modern Cikande disimpulkan sudah berjalan dengan baik, Karena telah dilakukan berbagai upaya perubahan dan perbaikan dalam sistem keamanan di lingkungan kawasan tersebut. Sistem pengamanan dilakukan melalui prinsip-prinsip menejemen. Saran, perlunya penambahan pos jaga yang dilengkapi CCTV, perlunya meningkatkan kembali koordinasi antar petugas keamanan kawasan dengan petugas keamanan perusahaan dalam rangka memelihara keamanan di lingkungan kawasan dan khususnya di lingkungan perusahaan sehingga dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya tidak berjalan sendiri-sendiri.

This thesis discusses the management of security systems in Cikande Modern Industrial Area. This refers to the process safety management system with particular regard to physical security are undertaken by interested parties (stakeholders) in the modern industrial area Cikande attack to prevent loss (loss perevention) and prevent crime (crime prevention) of their business and to ensure the production process still ongoing in the area.

Formulation of the problem is how the implementation of safety management systems in Cikande Modern Industrial Area, with the aim to explain that in the implementation of security systems management (physical security) that can either prevent the loss of both material and non material for companies in the Industrial Area Modern Cikande while benefiting doing research in writing this thesis there are two fundamental things that is academically and practically. Systematics of writing is divided into into six chapters namely introduction, literature review, research methods, research findings, discussion and closing.

The design and implementation of this research uses a qualitative approach with a method of approach through managerial juridical point of view, the reason for the author because the methods of managerial juridical point of view, the writer wanted to know and describe the extent of tips from a managerial role in determining company policy or determine the pace of change to the problem the security situation in the corporate environment.

In discussing research findings about the general picture in Cikande Modern Industrial Area, the implementation of security systems management in Cikande Modern Industrial Area, the factors that affect the security system in Cikande Modern Industrial Area, and forms of management of security systems are effective and efficient in the modern industrial area.

A discussion of the analysis of the implementation of security systems management in Modern Industrial Area Cikande using the theory of management, analysis of the factors that affect the security system in Modern Industrial Area Cikande using SWOT analysis and the theory of forms of management of security systems are effective and efficient in Modern Industrial Area Cikande using the theory of management.

Conclusion that based on the findings and discussion that security in Cikande Modern Industrial Area has been running well summed up, Because it has made various efforts to change and improvement in the security system in the region. Security system is done through the principles of management.

Advice, the need for the addition of the gatehouse equipped CCTV, the need to improve coordination among the security personnel returned the region to the company security in order to maintain security in the region and particularly in the corporate environment so that the execution of his duty not to walk alone."

"Tesis ini membahas proses pelaksanaan manajemen sekuriti fisik di kawasan industri Lippo Cikarang Kabupaten Bekasi. Perhatian utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencegah terjadinya kriminalitas dan kerugian. Permasalahan yang dihadapi kawasan Lippo Cikarang saat ini adalah pengelolaan sekuriti fisik yang telah dilaksanakan belum dapat menekan kasus-kasus kriminalitas dan kejadian sehingga berdampak pada kerugian (loss) perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisa efektivitas penerapan manajemen sekuriti fisik dalam pengamanan Kawasan Lippo Cikarang, Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis manajerial yang bersifat deskriptif analitis. Beberapa informan dipilih secara purposif, diantaranya dari kawasan Lippo Cikarang, Polsek Cikarang Selatan, dan beberapa pengusaha dan penghui kawasan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen, dan triangulasi. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup analisis kualitatif. Pada akhir penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa manajemen sekuriti fisik di kawasan Lippo Cikarang Kabupaten Bekasi belum optimal dilaksanakan. Hasil Penelitian menyarankan bahwa pihak Kawasan Lippo Cikarang perlu melakukan beberapa perbaikan terhadap struktur organisasi departemen sekuriti, melakukan evaluasi secara berkala terhadap Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), perbaikan terhadap penjabaran tugas agar tidak terjadi konflik kesatuan perintah, penambahan jumlah personil sekuriti dan meningkatkan hubungan kerjasama dengan stakeholder lain khususnya aparat penegak hukum dalam hal ini Polsek Cikarang Selatan.

This Thesis discusses about process implementation of the physical security management in Lippo Cikarang Industrial Area. The main concern of this research is the increasing incidents of crime and loss to prevent crime and loss. The problem which was faced by Lippo Cikarang industrial area today is the ineffectiveness of security management to reduce the incidents of crimes and loss to the corporates. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the physical security management of Lippo Cikarang industrial area.

This Thesis uses the juridical management approach with descriptive analysis. Some informants were selected purposively, including from the Lippo Cikarang Region, South Cikarang Police Sector, some of businessmen and occupants from the Region. Data collecion uses the techniques of interviews, observation, document study and triangulation. Data analysis techniques used in this research is qualitative analysis.

The results of the study conclude that the physical securty management of Lippo Cikarang industrial area has not been optimally implemented. The Research results suggest that the Lippo Cikarang Region management needs to improve the applied implementation of the physical security management. It cover improvement to security department organisational structure, conduct periodic evaluations of Standard Operating Procedure, re-establish unity of command to avoid conflicts, strengthen the number of security personnel and enhance the coorporative relationship among the stakeholders especially with local law enforcement."

"ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul manajemen security fisik Resort Pulau Sepa. Penelitian ini, mencoba mengangkat permasalahan yang terjadi di Resort Pulau Sepa, seperti kerawanan terjadi kasus asusila yang dikarenakan Resort Pulau Sepa merupakan tujuan wisata warga Jakarta serta pengunjung yang berkebangsaan asing. Selain dari pada keamanan para pengunjung, kerawanan lainnya seperti terjadinya pencurian barang milik pengunjung dan barang yang berupa asset milik resort. Masalah utama yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut: 1) Bagaimana manajemen security fisik resort Pulau Sepa? 2) Faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi manajemen security fisik resort Pulau Sepa? 3) Upaya apa yang dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen security fisik resort Pulau Sepa? Teori-teori yang digunakan adalah manajemen, teori manajemen, keamanan, system pengamanan,sumber daya, fungsi system pengamanan, macam-macam pengamanan, pengamanan fisik, rancangan system pengamanan. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah Pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah; studi kepustakaan, wawancara dan observasi. Teknik anasisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, sajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dapat dilihat sistem pengamanan Pulau Sepa Resort memiliki tingkat keamanan yang rendah. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh Pulau Sepa Resort dalam mengoptimalkan sistem keamanannya adalah sinkronisasi antara ketiga pilar (orang, pengamanan fisik, dan prosedur). Perlu diberikan perhatian bagi anggota yang bertugas dalam bentuk akomodasi, karena jika sarana dan prasarana memadai, prosedurnya cocok, tapi sumber daya manusia yang melaksanakannya tidak diperhatikan baik kebutuhannya, kepentingannya, kesehatannya dan kesejahteraannya, tentu akan mengakibatkan keengganan atau kemalasan dari sumber daya manusia tersebut untuk melakukan kewajiban ataupun tugas-tugasnya karena merasa tidak diperhatikan.

ABSTRAK The study is titled physical security management Sepa Island Resort. This research, trying to raise the issues raised in the Sepa Island Resort, such as vulnerability occurs due to cases immoral Sepa Island Resort is a tourist destination Jakarta residents and visitors who are foreign nationals. Aside from the safety of visitors, such as the vulnerability of the theft of visitors and goods in the form of assets owned by the resort. The main issues to be examined in this study is formulated as follows: 1) How does the physical security management Sepa Island resort? 2) factors-factors that influence physical security management Sepa Island resort? 3) What will be done to optimize the physical security management Sepa Island resort? The theories used are management, management theory, security, security system, resource, security system functions, a variety of security, physical security, security system design. In this study, the researcher used the research approach is qualitative approach. The type of this research is descriptive research. The data collection techniques used were; library research, interviews and observations. Techniques used anasisis data is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the security system can be viewed Sepa Island Resort has a low level of security. Efforts made by Sepa Island Resort in optimizing its security system is synchronization between the three pillars (people, physical security, and procedures). Attention must be given to members who served in the form of accommodation, because if adequate facilities and infrastructure, the procedure is suitable, but human resources is not considered either implement their needs, interests, health and welfare, will certainly result in reluctance or laziness of the human resources for perform his duties or obligations because it was not considered."

"Tesis ini tentang manajemen sekuriti fisik di PT. Indomobil Suzuki lnternational Plant Tambun. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. lndomobil Suzuki lntemational Plant Tambun yang terletak di Jalan Diponegoro Km 32 Tambun, Bekasi Kabupaten. Letak perusahaan ini berada dalam wilayah hukum Polsek Tambun. PT. lndomobil Suzuki International Plant Tambun adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perakitan sepeda motor dan mobil dengan merek Suzuki yang terletak di Jalan Diponegoro km 32, Tambun, Bekasi, yang memenuhi kebutuhan kendaraan roda dua maupun roda empat di dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Dalam rangka melindungi aset-asetnya, perusahaan ini telah melaksanakan manajernen sekuriti lisik di lingkungannya dengan membuat bentuk~ bentuk pengamanan fisik berupa adanya petugas Satpam, akses kontrol, adanya barrier, adanya pagar yang mengelilingi lingkungan perusahaan, kunci, alat penerangan, pos jaga untuk petugas Satpam dan alat komunikasi. Narnun pada kenyataannya masih banyak terjadi tindak kejahtan yang dilakukan oleh orang dalam (karyawan perusahaan) maupun pihak luar perusahaan. Kejahatan yang tetjadi di perusahaan ini disebabkan karena penerapan sekuriti fisik yang masih jauh dari ideal. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan manajerial yuridis. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data, yaitu dengan melakukan pengamatan, pengamatan terlibat, wawancara berpedoman, kajian pustaka, pemeriksaan dokumen dan audio visual. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa pengamanan yang dilaksanakan perusahaan masih jauh dari ideal. Hal ini disebabkan karena jumlah personel yang masih kurang dan keperdulian terhadap keamanan yang masih kurang, belum maksimal penggunaan teknologi modern, sehingga tidak mampu mengamankan seluruh area dan aset-aset perusahaan hingga masih banyak terjadi pencurian baik yang dilakukan oleh orang dalam (karyawan) dan dari pihak luar yang ingin mengambil aset perusahaan secara tidak sah. Upaya pengamanan area sorta aset pemisahaan sudah dilakukan oleh PT. lndomobil Suzuki Intemtional Plant Tambun, akan tetapi masih kurang maksimal. Saran-saran yang diajukan adalah perusahaan hams membenahi beberapa aspek, yaitu aspek organisasi, aspek sekuriti fisik, aspek lingkungan fisik.

PT. lndomobil Suzuki International Plant Tambun is a company that is involved in the assembly of the motorcycle and the car with the Suzuki make that is located in Street Diponegoro 32 km, Tambtm, Bekasi, that satisnes the requirement for the wheel vehicle of two and the wheel of four in the country and foreign.

In this research, the writer uses the qualitative method with the managerial approach juridical. The method that is used for the data Collection, that is by carrying out observation, observation is involved, the interview berpedoman, the study of the book, the document inspection and audio visual.

From results ofthe research that is carried out, is found that the security that is carried out by the company still far fiom ideal. Saat ini Bandara Internasional Husein Sastranegara Bandung tengah menghadapi permasalan over capacity, khususnya terminal dan ruang tunggu keberangkatan sudah tidak seimbang dengan jumlah penumpang pesawat udara. Hal ini mengakibatkan kerawanan letak Bandara Internasional Husein Sastranegara yang berada di pusat kota Bandung dan sangat dekat dengan pemukiman penduduk. Menyikapi permasalahan tersebut peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) selaku pengelola Bandara Internasional Husein Sastranegara Bandung menjalankan sistim manajemen keamanan sekaligus untuk mengetahui kelemahan pengelolaan manajemen sekuriti Bandara Internasional Husein Sastranegara Bandung tersebut. Penelitian tesis ini menggunakan metoda kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis manajerial, serta penulisan deskriptis analitis melalui penggambaran dan penganalisaan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan penelaahan beberapa dokumen. Sumber data berasal dari informan berupa data primer maupun sekunder. Tinjauan pustaka yang digunakan merupakan beberapa konsep dan dokumen yang menunjang penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka penulis dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa dari segi keamanan fisik Bandara Internasional Husein Sastranegara belumlah cukup memadai untuk menyandang predikat bandara internasional mengingat masih banyaknya fasilitas dan peralatan keamanan yang harus dibenahi, selain itu juga kualitas dan kuantitas personel keamanan bandara harus lebih ditingkatkan. Saran yang diajukan merupakan upaya penanganan terhadap penyelenggaraan manajemen sekuriti fisik Bandara Internasional Husein Sastranegara Bandung saat ini dalam mencegah terjadinya ancaman yang mengakibatkan kerugian serta sebagai masukan penyelenggaraan manajemen sekuriti fisik bandar udara lainnya di wilayah Indonesia.

This thesis discusses about implementation of physical security management of Husein Sastranegara International Airport located in Bandung by PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) as an effective and efficient efforts in protecting state assets in order to avoid the threat of adverse effects. Nowadays Husein Sastranegara International Airport located in Bandung, capital city of West Java Province has a specific status as a civil enclave airport which means a military facility that mostly used for civil travelling purposes is opposing an over capacity issue. Where those departing terminals and waiting rooms have been not equal to the airport passengers particularly. This matter could ignite security threats and other threats to the facilities, passengers, every assets in there and also endanger the airport's surroundings like military and civilian residences around the airport. In this academic research, PT. Angkasa Pura II as the authorized manager of the airport, researcher intend to observe and analyze the airport security management, human resources and assets theoretically, technically and academically, more specifically its physical security. This thesis research uses qualitative methods with a juridical approach managerial, and analytical writing deskriptis through the depiction and analysis. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and a review of several documents. The source data came from informants in the form of primary and secondary data. Literature review that used a number of concepts and documents that support research. The research indicate that PT. Angkasa Pura II should improve their airport physical security by redesigning and implementing their measured decisions and policies. Suggestions put forward is the implementation of physical security management of Husein Sastranegara International Airport located in Bandung by PT.
