ABSTRACTThis Study uses on analysis factor that aim to find out the main factors that influence the public interest to become the driver of PT GO-Jek Indonesia. The result of analysis using SPSS 20 has provided envidence that the variables Sharing 1 Revenue 2, Surge Pricing 2, Surge Pricing 3, Surge Pricing 4, and Accessibility 4 are variables that are important to gain attention in influencing the public interest to be GO-Jek driver. Meanwhile, the variables: Income 1 Income 3 Accessibility 1 Accessibility 2 accessibility 3, For Outcome 2, Share Result 3 Sharing 3, and Surge Pricing 1 is variables that are not included in the explanatory factor main act as auxiliary factor for major factor."

"Beam Mobility hadir di Universitas Indonesia sebagai solusi inovatif untuk penyewaan sepeda listrik, yang bertujuan mempermudah mobilitas masyarakat di kawasan kampus. Layanan ini didukung oleh aplikasi yang dirancang untuk mengoptimalkan operasional sepeda listrik. Namun, meskipun telah digunakan, masih banyak keluhan dan saran dari pengguna terkait kualitas layanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi rancangan layanan penyewaan sepeda listrik yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Untuk itu, metode Service Quality dan Kano Model digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi variabel layanan yang belum sesuai dengan preferensi pengguna. Kemudian, Quality Function Deployment (QFD) diterapkan untuk menghasilkan 8 rekomendasi inovasi layanan untuk aplikasi Beam Mobility. Rekomendasi layanan yang bersifat tindakan operasional selanjutnya dirinci dan dipetakan ke dalam sebuah Service Blueprint untuk memberikan gambaran yang jelas tentang perbaikan yang perlu dilakukan.
Beam Mobility is introduced at the University of Indonesia as an innovative solution for electric bicycle rental, aimed at facilitating mobility for the campus community. This service is supported by an application designed to optimize the operation of electric bicycles. However, despite its usage, there are still numerous complaints and suggestions from users regarding the quality of the service provided. This study aims to provide recommendations for the design of the electric bicycle rental service to improve user satisfaction and meet their needs. To achieve this, the Service Quality and Kano Model methods are used to identify service variables that do not align with user preferences. Subsequently, Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is applied to generate 8 service innovation recommendations for the Beam Mobility app. The operational-level service recommendations are then detailed and mapped into a Service Blueprint to provide a clear overview of the necessary improvements"
