"Film Shadow (2018) merupakan film bergenre wuxia yang menceritakan tentang kehidupan tokoh Jingzhou yang menjadi pengganti bagi Panglima Ziyu. Jingzhou merupakan seorang anak yang terlantar dan terpisah dari ibunya akibat berpindah tangannya kota Jing, dipelihara oleh Panglima Ziyu. Akan tetapi dengan tugasnya sebagai seorang bayang membuat Jingzhou lelah menjadi seseorang yang bukan dirinya. Dalam film Shadow (2018), Zhang Yimou berusaha untuk menunjukkan konflik yang harus dilalui Jingzhou sebagai bayangan Ziyu. Sehingga rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kebajikan dan pergulatan batin Jingzhou dalam penokohannya sebagai Ziyu pada film Shadow (Ying) direfleksikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kebajikan dan pergulatan batin Jingzhou dalam penokohannya sebagai Ziyu direfleksikan. Selain itu, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan intrinsik yang berfokus pada penokohan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Jingzhou sebagai tokoh yang bergerak sebagai pengganti Panglima Ziyu mengalami konflik batin yang pada akhirnya membuat dia melakukan pemberontakan untuk menjadi dirinya sendiri.

Shadow (2018) is a wuxia film that tells the story of the life of the character Jingzhou who became a substitute for General Ziyu. Jingzhou is a child who was abandoned and separated from his mother due to the transfer of the city of Jing, nurtured by General Ziyu. However, his duties as a shadow made Jingzhou tired of being someone else. In the film Shadow (2018), Zhang Yimou attempts to show the conflict that Jingzhou has to go through as Ziyu's shadow. So the problem formulation of this research is how Jingzhou's virtue and inner struggle in his characterisation as Ziyu in the film Shadow (Ying) are reflected. The purpose of this research is to find out how Jingzhou's virtue and inner struggle in his characterisation as Ziyu are reflected. In addition, this study uses qualitative research methods with an intrinsic approach that focuses on characterisation. The conclusion of this research is that Jingzhou as a character who moves as a substitute for General Ziyu experiences inner conflict that ultimately makes him rebel to become himself."

"Sejak tahun 1982, untuk alasan kesehatan dan perlindungan industri dalam negeri, Pemerintah Indonesia melarang importasi produk pakaian bekas dan barang bekas lainnya yang dalam Harmonized System diklasifikasikan dengan kode HS 6309.00. Larangan importasi ini memberikan insentif bagi importir melakukan penyelundupan produk tersebut ke Indonesia. Menggunakan metode Auto Regressive Moving Average Exogenous (ARMAX) dan selisih data perdagangan sebagai ukuran penyelundupan, penelitian ini bertujuan melihat pengaruh pengawasan dan faktor ekonomi lainnya terhadap jumlah penyelundupan impor pakaian bekas di Indonesia. Kami membagi kegiatan pengawasan menjadi dua yaitu pemeriksaan fisik dan patroli laut. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan hubungan negatif signifikan antara penyelundupan pakaian bekas dengan pengawasan berupa pemeriksaan fisik barang.

Since 1982, for health and protection of the domestic industry reason, the Government of Indonesia has prohibited the importation of used clothing products and other used goods which are classified under the Harmonized System under the HS code 6309.00. This import ban provides incentives for importers to smuggle these products into Indonesia. Using the Auto Regressive Moving Average Exogenous (ARMAX) method and the difference in trade data (trade gap) as a measure of smuggling, this study aims to examine the effect of Indonesian Customs’s enforcement in Indonesia and other economic factors on the amount of used clothing import smuggling. We use two main Indonesian’s Customs enforcement activities, physical inspection and sea patrol. The estimation results show a significant negative relationship between used clothing smuggling and physical inspection of goods."

"Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengukur besaran underground economy tingkat provinsi di indonesia dengan menggunakan pendekatan moneter. Pengukuran dilakukan dalam periode penelitian tahun 2007-2017, menggunakan regresi ordinary least square, untuk mengestimasi perubahan jumlah uang beredar akibat adanya aktivitas underground economy tingkat regional yang dipengaruhi oleh beban pajak regional. Estimasi dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan besaran underground economy berkisar antara 3.8%-11.6% dari pdrb dengan rata-rata 8% perprovinsi pertahun.

This study try to measure the size of the provincial-level underground economy in indonesia using a monetary approach. Measurements were made in the study period 2007-2017, using ordinary least square regression, to estimate the currency demand due to underground economy activities at the regional level that are affected by regional tax burdens. Estimates in this study resulted in the amount of underground economy ranging from 3.8%-11.6% of the grdp with an average of 8% per province per year."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenani pengaturan Peer to Peer Lending di Indonesia berdasarkan POJK No.77/POJK.01/2016 tentang Layanan Pinjam Meminjam Berbasis Teknologi Informasi, khususnya peran escrow account dalam membatasi Peer to Peer Lending berpraktik shadow banking. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, Penulis mengajukan pokok permasalahan yaitu bagaimana peran Escrow Account dalam Peer to Peer Lending dan bagaimana permasalahan yang mungkin timbul dalamkaitannya dengan penggunaan Escrow Account. Bentuk penelitian ini bersifat yuridis normatif dan tipologi penelitian deskriptif analitis. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan adalah 1) Penggunaan escrow account memiliki peranan penting bagi peer to peer lending untuk mencegah terjadinya praktik shadow banking. Hal ini dikarenakan peer to peer lending tidak dapat menghimpun dana dan hanya sebagai pihak perantara antara borrower dan lender; 2) Permasalahan yang mungkin timbul dalam kaitannya dengan penggunaan escrow account dalam peer to peer lending terbagi menjadi: a) kadaluarsa, dimana belum terdapat kepastian hukum dalam penempatan batas waktu di escrow account; b) transaksi sampai ke orang yang berbeda, dapat berupa kekeliruan menyampaikan jumlah dana yang tidak sesuai dengan perintah transfer dana atau kekeliruan melakukan pengaksepan sehingga dana tidak diterima oleh penerima yang berhak; c) pencurian data pribadi; dan d) teknis mekanisme penagihan.This thesis discusses the regulation of Peer to Peer Lending in Indonesia regarding to Financial Services Authority’s Regulation No.77/POJK.01/2016 on Information Technology-Based Lending Services, specifically the Role of Escrow Accounts in Peer to Peer Lending with Shadow Banking Practices. Based on this, the authorproposes the main problem, how is the role of Escrow Accounts in Peer to Peer Lending and how is the problems might arise according to the use of an Escrow Account. The method of this research is normative juridical and descriptiveanalytical research typology. The conclusions obtained are: 1) The use of escrow account has an important role for peer to peer lending to prevent the practice of shadow banking; 2) Problems that may arise according to the use of an Escrow Account divided into: a) expired, where there is no legal certainty in placing a time limit on the escrow account; b) transaction arrived in different person, which can be in the form of a mistake in conveying the amount of funds that is not in accordance with the fund transfer order or mistake in making the acceptance so the fund is not received by the rightful recipient; c) breach of personal data; and d) technical billing mechanism."
