"Skripsi ini berfokus pada evaluasi sistem otomasi manajemen rekod berdasarkan persyaratan sistem manajemen rekod di Pusat Arsip Kementerian Pertanian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian penerapan SIKD (Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Dinamis) terhadap persyaratan sistem manajemen rekod. Mengidentifikasi hambatan - hambatan yang muncul pada dihadapi oleh arsiparis maupun para pengguna dalam mencari dokumen melalui SIKD. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode studi kasus. Adapun evaluasi sistem otomasi manajemen rekod tersebut dilihat dari beberapa persyaratan sistem manajemen rekod berdasarkan teori Kennedy, yaitu persyaratan fungsional, persyaratan teknis, persyaratan integrasi, persyaratan pendukung pemakai, persyaratan untuk mengelola berbagai jenis rekod. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan evaluasi mengenai penerapan sistem otomasi manajemen rekod berdasarkan persyaratan sistem manajemen rekod. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa sistem otomasi manajemen rekod sudah cukup memenuhi persyaratan fungsional sistem otomasi manajemen rekod, meskipun belum sepenuhnya persyaratan terpenuhi.

This study focuses on discussion about the evaluation an automated records management system in recordkeeping system by records management system requirements at Pusat Arsip Kementerian Pertanian. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the implementation of automated records management system that was complied requirements of records management system and to identify obtacles faced by archivist and user in the process of information retrival using SIKD. This research applied qualitative research with case study method. The evaluation of records management system was analyzed based on the Kennedy’s theory of records management system requirements which covers : functional requirements, technical requirements, integration requirements, user/operator support requirements, requirement to manage different record types. The result from this research is the evaluation of implementation an system requirements. The result of this research shows that the development automated records management system wasn’t yet optimal in accordance with existing standards."

"Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan dan pengembangan sistem manajemen rekod berbasis elektronik yang dirancang khusus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan Pusat Studi Hukum dan Kebijakan Indonesia (PSHK). Sistem ini didesain untuk mengelola beragam jenis rekod, baik yang masih dalam format konvensional maupun yang sudah berbentuk elektronik. Pendekatan metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah modul Extreme Programming, yang merupakan bagian dari metode Agile. Proses penelitian diawali dengan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara mendalam. Lalu, dilanjutkan dengan menyusun daftar fitur yang harus diintegrasikan ke dalam sistem. Setelah tahapan tersebut selesai dilakukan, maka dimulai pengembangan sistem, yang diikuti oleh pengujian menyeluruh untuk memastikan fungsionalitas dan keandalan. Tahap akhir penelitian melibatkan evaluasi singkat melalui wawancara dengan pengguna dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan umpan balik mengenai sistem yang telah dikembangkan. Sistem manajemen rekod elektronik dirancang dan dikembangkan menggunakan CMS Drupal serta menerapkan lima prinsip yang harus dilaksanakan berdasarkan (ISO) 15489-1. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, pengguna menyatakan bahwa sistem ini telah mempermudah proses pengelolaan rekod.

This research focuses on the design and development of an electronic-based record management system specifically designed to meet the needs of Pusat Studi Hukum dan Kebijakan Indonesia (PSHK). This system is designed to manage various types of records, both those that are still in conventional format and those that are already in electronic form. The methodological approach used in this research is the Extreme Programming module, which is part of the Agile method, The research process began with identifying user needs through direct observation and in-depth interviews. Then, proceed with compiling a list of features that must be integrated into the system. Once these stages were completed, system development began, followed by thorough testing to ensure functionality and reliability. The final stage of the research involved a brief evaluation through interviews with users with the aim of obtaining feedback on the system that had been developed. The system is designed and developed using Drupal CMS and incorporates five principles that must be implemented in accordance with (ISO) 15489-1. Based on the evaluation results, users stated that the system has simplified the records management process."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang Kerja Sama Pengembangan Sistem Manajemen Rekod di Departemen Knowledge Management PT Rekayasa Industri yang mendeskripsikan proses kerja sama yang melibatkan tim konsultan dan tim PT Rekayasa Industri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi ini, dengan para informan yang ditentukan berdasarkan purposive sampling ini dilakukan pada Mei 2013-Desember 2013. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa pada dasarnya pengembangan Sistem Manajemen Rekod di PT Rekind, didasarkan pada kebutuhan praktis yaitu pertimbangan beban ekonomi yang timbul untuk penyimpanan rekod di offsite storage. Proses kerja sama di PT Rekind, antara tim konsultan dengan tim PT Rekind berlangsung dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu tahap pra kerja sama, tahap proses kerja sama, dan tahap pasca kerja dan menghasilkan kesimpulan sementara hasil kerja sama. Setiap individu dari anggota tim yang saling bekerja sama memiliki pemahaman dan kepentingan yang berbeda-beda terhadap pengalamanan kerja sama pengembangan sistem manajemen rekod. Kerja sama yang berlangsung melalui proses interaksi, merupakan arena untuk saling berbagi dan berharap untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan baru, membangun hubungan sosial yang sinergis dan, saling menukar modal yang dimiliki. Hasil dari kerjasama pengembangan sistem manajemen rekod berupa seperangkat produk tools sistem manajemen rekod yang terdiri atas kebijakan/policy, prosedur, dan petunjuk teknis (works instruction) Sistem Manajemen Rekod.

This study discusses the development cooperation Record Management System in the Department of Knowledge Management PT Rekind. This research uses qualitative approach with phenomenological method. The method for a collect of data is interviews, observation, focus groups discussion and document analysis. The informants choosen with purposive sampling was conducted in May 2013 - December 2013. This research found, basically the Record Management System development in PT Rekind, over which the practical needs of economic considerations in offsite storage costs. The process of cooperation in the development of the record management system, involve between the consultant team and team of PT Rekind take place in three phases, namely pre cooperation, stage of the process of cooperation, collaboration and the post explaining the tentative conclusions in collaboration. Each individual team members working together and understanding different interests of the cooperation of experience developing record management system, cooperation takes place through a process of interaction, an arena for sharing and hope to gain new knowledge, build synergistic relationships and social capital exchange. Results of development cooperation records management system a set of tools record management system which consists of a policy, procedures, and works instruction Record Management System."

Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan evaluasi mengenai penerapan sistemotomasi manajemen rekod berdasarkan persyaratan sistem manajemen rekod.Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa sistem otomasi manajemen rekod belumdikembangkan dengan optimal sesuai dengan persyaratan yang ada.
