Abstrak :
Time theft merupakan tindakan yang merugikan bagi organisasi, bukan hanya merugikan secara produktifitas tetapi juga secara ekonomis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara conscientiousness, self control, persepsi terhadap integritas atasan dan sikap terhadap time theft yang dimoderatori oleh kohesi sosial dengan sampel PNS (N=258) pada tiga instansi pemerintahan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur sikap terhadap time theft menggunakan skenario kasus yang dikembangkan dari Kulas et al., (2007) sedangkan variabel lain dalam penelitian ini menggunakan self report. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara persepsi terhadap integritas atasan dan sikap terhadap time theft (β= 0,010 p>0,05). Ditemukan hubungan antara conscientiousness dan sikap terhadap time theft, (β= -0,235, p<0,01) dan self control dan sikap terhadap time theft (β= -0,195, p<0,05). Kohesi sosial memoderasi hubungan self control dan sikap terhadap time theft, tetapi tidak pada hubungan cosncientiousness dan sikap terhadap time theft. ...... Time theft is a disservice to the organization, not only harm in productivity but also economically. This research aims to exemine the relationship between conscientiousness, self-control, perceived supervisor behavioral integrity and attitude towards time theft: moderated by social cohesion. Sampel of this research is civil servant (N = 258) at three government institutions. Atittude toward time theft is measured using case scenarios developed from Kulas et al.,(2007) and other variabel in this research measured using self report. The results shows that there is no correlation between perceived supervisor behavioral integrity and attitude toward time theft (β=0.010 p> 0.05). There is correlation between conscientiousness and attitude toward time theft (β = -0.235, p <0.01) and self-control and attitude toward time theft (β = -0. 195, p <0.05). Social cohesion moderates the relationship between self-control and attitudes toward time theft, but not in the relationship between conscientiousness and attitude towards time theft.

[ABSTRAKbr Perilaku voice pegawai, yang didefinisikan sebagai tingkah laku pemberian saran inovatif dan konstruktif, dapat mendatangkan banyak dampak positif bagi organisasi. Di sisi lain, voice dapat mengancam bagi hubungan interpersonal pegawai yang melakukannya. Penelitian ini menginvestigasi karakteristik unik tersebut dengan menyoroti interaksi faktor situasional berupa kohesivitas kelompok dengan faktor individu berupa kepemilikan ide dan voice efficacy. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 244 pegawai di salah satu institusi pemerntahan. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukan kepemilikan ide dan voice efficacy berhubungan, masing-masing, negatif dan positif dengan voice. Selain itu, kohesivitas sosial kelompok berperan sebagai moderator yang memberikan efek penyangga (buffer) pada hubungan positif antara voice efficacy dengan voice. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini didiskusikan lebih lanjut. ;Voice Behavior, as employee’s expression of innovative suggestion for organization, has many positive impacts for organizations. On the other hand, voice contains interpersonal risks for the actor. This study investigates this predicament of voice through highlighting the interaction between personal and situational factor, namely social cohesion, having ideas, voice efficacy, and voice per se. Data was collected from 244 civil servants. Statistical analysis showed that having ideas and voice efficacy were associated, respectively, negatively and positively with voice. Moreover, social cohesion has moderating (buffering) effect on the relationship between voice efficacy and voice. Merebak nya ekonomi digital yang berlangsung bersamaan dengan pandemic COVID-19, memicu ancaman job insecurity di kalangan para pekerja swasta. Penelitian sebelumnya yang menjelaskan terkait tentang job insecurity mengaitkan itu dengan komitmen kerja, struktur organisasi, partisipasi pekerja, turnover, serta perilaku pekerja tersebut. Studi-studi sebelumnya, lebih banyak melihat job insecurity secara objective. Studi terdahulu dengan metode kuantitatif dan membahas job insecurity, lebih banyak menggunakan indikator objective job insecurity. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini ingin mencoba untuk melihat job insecurity secara subjective atau perceived pada pekerja perusahaan swasta dikaitkan dengan kohesi sosial pekerja dengan kelompok, team ataupun divisi tempatnya bekerja. Kohesi sosial dipercaya dapat menjembatani job insecurity yang dirasakan pekerja karena pekerja merasa ada dukungan dari lingkungan sekitar. Oleh karena itu, studi ini membahas hubungan antara tingkat kohesi sosial dengan tingkat perceived job insecurity. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, yang dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner pada media sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara tingkat kohesi sosial dengan tingkat perceived job insecurity pada pekerja di perusahaan swasta. ......The spread of the digital economy which took place simultaneously with the COVID-19 pandemic, triggered the threat of job insecurity among private workers. Previous research describing job insecurity related to work commitment, organizational structure, employee participation, turnover, and employee behaviour. Previous studies, more looking at job insecurity objectively. Previous studies using quantitative methods and discussed job insecurity, used more objective job insecurity indicators. Therefore, this study wants to try to see whether job insecurity is subjective or perceived in private company workers associated with the social cohesion of workers with the group, team or division where they work. Social cohesion is believed to bridge the job insecurity felt by workers because workers feel there is support from the surrounding environment. Therefore, this study discusses the relationship between the level of social cohesion and the level of perceived job insecurity. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach, which is done by distributing questionnaires on social media. The results showed that there was a relationship between the level of social cohesion and the level of perceived job insecurity in workers in private companies.

Pemanfaatan dukun beranak dipandang menjadi salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya kematian ibu di Indonesia. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa salah satu penyebab kecenderungan pemilihan dukun adalah adanya jampijampi dan doa-doa tertentu yang dilakukan dukun pada saat persalinan. Namun, analisis terhadap faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi munculnya kecenderungan ini belum banyak dilakukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menggali peran dari modal sosial terhadap pemilihan persalinan menggunakan dukun. Penelitian ini menggunakan data Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS) tahun 2007. Modal sosial diukur dari kohesivitas masyarakat dan kepercayaan sosial sementara faktor demografi ibu diukur dari status perkawinan, status pekerjaan, dan pendidikan. Uji Chi-Square digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan yang diantara variabel. Untuk mengetahui efek dari variabel modal sosial dan demografi terhadap pemanfaatan dukun digunakan uji regresi logistik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan modal sosial di masyarakat memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan pemanfaatan dukun beranak di Indonesia. Untuk faktor demografi, tingkat pendidikan rendah berasosiasi dengan persalinan menggunakan dukun. Faktor yang mendorong pemilihan persalinan menggunakan dukun sangat kompleks. Pemahaman terhadap konteks sosial di masyarakat seharusnya menjadi bahan pertimbangan penting dalam menurunkan angka kematian ibu.

Using the services of traditional birth attendants (TBA) in childbirth is considered as one of the maternal mortality determinants in Indonesia. Researchers reported that mothers preferred to have the help of TBAs in childbirth because TBAs have such powers as prayers and mantras that help the delivery process. However, very little is actually known about the factors shaping their preference. This research investigates the role of social capital as to maternal preference for having TBAs in childbirth. A cross sectional data of Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS) 2007 was used. Social capital was measured by social cohesion and community trust. Maternal demographic factors were measured by marital status, employment status, and education. Chi-Square test was used to analyze statistical association. Finally, logistic regression was used to gauge their effects on the use of TBAs. The result showed that the existence of social cohesion and trust made a significant impact on the preference for choosing TBAs. In demographic factors, a comparable finding was found only at the educational level. The factors of having childbirth with the help of a traditional birth attendant are complex. An understanding of social context should be taken into consideration in making a serious effort to reduce the maternal mortality rate.

Abstrak :
Parmalim merupakan sebuah agama asli Batak yang berasal dari Sumatera Utara. Parmalim cabang Tangerang sudah berdiri sejak tahun 2001. Salah satu hal yang penting dimiliki dalam Parmalim untuk mencapai suatu tujuannya adalah terciptanya kohesi sosial melalui interaksi dan aktivitas sosial. Kohesi sosial merupakan karakteristik masyarakat yang menunjukkan ketergantungan antar- individu. Penelitian ini membahas tentang ikatan sosial yang terjadi pada anggota Parmalim Tangerang dikaitkan dengan ruang terjadinya interaksi dan aktivitas sosial. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif berupa studi literatur, observasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan keruangan. Hasil tipologi kohesi sosial yang terbentuk yaitu bonding social untuk hubungan internal anggota Parmalim atas dasar kepentingan kekerabatan & ibadah, bridging social untuk hubungan eksternal Parmalim Tangerang dengan dasar kepentingan organisasi Parmalim dan kehidupan bermasyarakat, serta linking social dengan dasar kepentingan kehidupan bermasyarakat. Pola spasial kohesivitas sosial yang dihasilkan oleh ketua cabang (Ulu Punguan) Parmalim Tangerang berbeda dengan anggota Parmalim (orangtua dan anak muda/naposo). Perbedaan tersebut terlihat pada ruang sosial didasarkan pada aktivitas sosial yang terjadi. ......Parmalim is a native Batak religion originating from North Sumatra. The Tangerang branch of Parmalim has been established since 2001. One of the important things in Parmalim to achieve its goals is the creation of social cohesion through social interactions and activities. Social cohesion is a characteristic of society that shows inter-individual dependence. This study discusses the social ties that occur in members of Parmalim Tangerang associated with the space for interaction and social activities. The data used in this research are qualitative data in the form of literature studies, observations, and in-depth interviews. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method using a spatial approach. The results of the typology of social cohesion that are formed are social bonding for internal relations of Parmalim members on the basis of kinship & worship interests, social bridging for external relations of Parmalim Tangerang on the basis of Parmalim organizational interests and community life, and social linking on the basis of the interests of social life. The spatial pattern of social cohesiveness produced by the branch chairman (Ulu Punguan) of Parmalim Tangerang is different from that of Parmalim members (parents and youth /naposo). This difference can be seen in the social space based on the social activities that occur.
