Abstrak :
Tesis ini membahas penggunaan kata sapaan dalam buku-buku percakapan bahasa Korea yang ditulis oleh orang Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menganalisis penggunaan kata sapaan dalam buku yang tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penggunaan kata sapaan dalam buku-buku percakapan bahasa Korea yang ditulis oleh orang Indonesia. Data penelitian ini adalah buku-buku percakapan bahasa Korea yang berjudul Cepat Mudah dan Praktis Kuasai Percakapan Sehari-hari Bahasa Korea, Gampang Praktis Berbicara Bahasa Korea, Mendadak Pintar Berbicara Bahasa Korea, Percakapan Sehari-hari Bahasa Korea dan Pintar Bahasa Korea. Teori yang dipakai untuk menganalisis penggunaan kata sapaan dalam percakapan bahasa Korea tersebut adalah teori kata sapaan oleh S. Ervin-tripp, teori SPEAKING yang dikemukan oleh Dell Hymes yang menghasilkan konteks percakapan, teori konteks sosial dan Interaksi di antara penutur dan mitra tutur oleh Holmes. Untuk melihat penggunaan kata sapaan ini buku-buku percakapan bahasa Koreayang ditulis oleh orang Korea dipakai sebagai pembanding. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kesesuaian dan ketidaksesuaian penggunaan kata sapaan dalam buku-buku percakapan bahasa Korea dan penyebabnya. Ketidaksesuaian penggunaan kata sapaan ini disebabkan oleh adanya perbedaan sistem kata sapaan bahasa Korea dan bahasa Indonesia dan juga konteks sosial. Kata sapaan bahasa Korea ini merupakan bagian dari konteks sosial budaya Korea yang mempengaruhi penggunaan bahasa. Penelitian ini bermanfaat dalam pengajaran bahasa Korea di Indonesia karena memberikan informasi bahan ajar bahasa Korea yang baik. ...... This thesis discusses the use of Korean address terms found in Korean conversation books which are written by Indonesian. This research is a qualitative research which aims to analyze the use of Korean address terms. Data of this research are Korean conversation books written by Indonesian, entitled Cepat Mudah dan Praktis Kuasai Percakapan Sehari-hari Bahasa Korea, Gampang Praktis Berbicara Bahasa Korea, Mendadak Pintar Berbicara Bahasa Korea, Percakapan Sehari-hari Bahasa Korea dan Pintar Bahasa Korea. In analyzing the data, this research uses Address Term Theory by S. Ervin-tripp, SPEAKING theory of Dell Hymes, Social Context and Interaction between interlocutors by Holmes. The result of this analysis shows that there are some inappropriatenesses found in those conversation books related to the use of Korean address terms. These inappropriatenesses are caused both by the difference of addressing system between Korean and Indonesian and by the difference of social context from two countries which influences the use of language. This thesis is useful to enable Indonesian learn Korean

Abstrak :
Referring to Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya and Abū Yūsuf, Munawir Sjadzali says that it is necessary to make use of rational thought based on social context in reasoning and applying a legal rule. It is historical that Caliph ‘Umar has practiced this principle in connection with the case of land loot. Instead of taking the land of Syrians as loot, the Caliph ‘Umar took tax from the land owners and distributed the money for military. In another chance, Caliph ‘Umar stopped giving zakāh to mu’allaf group because there is no longer need to give them zakāh in the current situation, different from what Prophet Muhammad and Caliph Abū Bakr have practiced. According to Sjadzali, there are a lot of Islamic legal issues to which an intensive attention and contextualization should be drawn, such as the law of inheritance, zakāh for mu’allaf, bank interest, woman leadership, woman testimony, inter-religious marriage, non Muslim status, slavery, et cetera. The main idea of Sjadzali’s thought is the necessity to take social and cultural context of the society into account at comprehending, and then concluding a legal decision from, Quranic verses concerning with social life, though this will led to not apply the extrinsic meaning of those verses.

Case study research has a long history within the natural sciences, social sciences, and humanities, dating back to the early 1920’s. At first it was a useful way for researchers to make valid inferences from events outside the laboratory in ways consistent with the rigorous practices of investigation inside the lab. Over time, case study approaches garnered interest in multiple disciplines as scholars studied phenomena in context.
