Abstrak :
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah umum optimal di Poli Umum Puskesmas Lenteng Agung I Jakarta Selatan dengan menggunakan metode Workload Indicators of Staffing Need (WISN). Metode penelitian adalah pengamatan dengan metode work sampling, wawancara mendalam, dan telaah dokumen. Work sampling dilakukan selama lima menit sekali selama 6 hari kerja. Hasilnya adalah produktifitas dokter umum belum mencapai tingkat optimal 80%, yaitu hanya sebesar 72,22%, 13,1% untuk kegiatan non produktif, dan 14,68% untuk kegiatan pribadi. Dengan metode WISN, didapatkan hasil bahwa jumlah dokter umum optimal di poli umum adalah sebanyak dua orang. Jumlah dokter umum yang tersedia saat ini adalah satu orang, artinya ada kekurangan jumlah dokter umum sebesar satu orang. ...... This study aims to analyze the optimal number of physician need in general practice unit at health care center of Lenteng Agung I Jakarta Selatan 2014 with Workload Indicators of Staffing Need (WISN). This is a qualitative study through observation, in-depth interviews, and documents review. Observation done through work sampling every five minutes in six work days. Findings are physician productivity has not reach the optimal level of 80%, that is only 72,22%, 13,1% are used for non-productive activities, and 14,69% are used for personal activities. With WISN method, result is this general practice unit need two physicians. The available physician is one person, this shows that there is a shortage of staff by one person.
