"Unit perawatan intensif (intensive care unit/ICU) merupakan suatu bagian dari Rumah Sakit UI yang memberikan perawatan intensif, terapi, serta memberikan pemantauan dan asuhan keperawatan yang ketat untuk pasien-pasien yang menderita penyakit akut, cidera akut, atau penyakit lain yang mengancam nyawa, maupun pasien pasca pembedahan mayor. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasien ICU, maka Depo Farmasi ICU menyediakan beberapa paket obat dan BMHP yang harus selalu tersedia untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengendalikan stok dengan mengevaluasi pengeluaran paket obat dan BMHP di Depo Farmasi ICU selama tahun 2022 untuk mencegah terjadinya kekosongan dan kelebihan stok di tahun berikutnya. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan menghitung perkiraan stok minimum-maksimum pada setiap paket obat dan BMHP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paket obat dan BMHP pasien baru ICU/HCU sekurang-kurangnya disiapkan sebanyak 4–6 paket/hari, paket tindakan CVC sebanyak 2–3 paket/hari, paket tindakan bronkoskopi sebanyak 1–2 paket/hari, dan sisanya sebanyak 1 paket/hari, kecuali pada paket tindakan BMP, eksisi, dan odontektomi yang sebaiknya tidak perlu disediakan. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa jumlah paket obat dan BMHP yang disiapkan oleh Depo Farmasi ICU RS UI belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan perhitungan stok minimum-maksimum.

The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a part of UI Hospital that provides intensive care, therapy, and strict monitoring and nursing care for patients suffering from acute illnesses, acute injuries, or other life-threatening diseases, as well as patients after major surgery. To meet the needs of ICU patients, the ICU Pharmacy Depot provides several medication and medical supply packages that must always be available to meet patient needs. This study aims to control the inventory by evaluating the expenditure of medication and medical supply packages in the ICU Pharmacy Depot during the year 2022 to prevent shortages and excess stock in the following year. The research method was conducted by calculating the minimum-maximum stock estimate for each medication and medical supply package. The research findings indicate that new ICU/HCU patient medication and medical supply packages should be prepared at least 4- 6 packages per day, CVC procedure packages should be prepared 2-3 packages per day, bronchoscopy procedure packages should be prepared 1-2 packages per day, and the rest should be prepared 1 package per day, except for BMP procedure, excision, and odontectomy packages that may not be necessary to be provided. Therefore, it can be concluded that the number of medication and medical supply packages prepared by the ICU Pharmacy Depot at UI Hospital is not entirely in accordance with the minimum-maximum stock calculations."
