Abstrak :
Peningkatan penjualan e-commerce selama pandemi menyebabkan pertumbuhan pada pasar logistik, termasuk freight forwarding. Pertumbuhan ini membawa tantangan bagi perusahaan freight forwarding untuk selalu menyediakan layanan yang berkualitas. Salah satu elemen yang memiliki peran penting dalam kualitas layanan freight forwarding adalah vendor trucking yang digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja vendor trucking pada salah satu perusahaan freight forwarding di Indonesia. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) digunakan untuk menilai bobot kepentingan subkriteria evaluasi, sedangkan metode Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) digunakan untuk menilai kinerja vendor trucking. Kemudian, metode Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi subkriteria yang membutuhkan perbaikan, yaitu subkriteria yang memiliki bobot kepentingan yang tinggi, namun kinerja yang rendah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyediakan usulan strategi untuk perusahaan agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja vendor trucking yang digunakan. ......The increase in e-commerce sales during the pandemic led to growth in the logistics market, including freight forwarding. This growth brings challenges for freight forwarding companies to always provide excellent quality of services. One element that has an important role in the quality of freight forwarding services is the trucking vendor used. This study aims to evaluate the performance of trucking vendors at a freight forwarding company in Indonesia. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to assess the importance of the evaluation indicators, while the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method is used to assess trucking vendor performance. Then, the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method is used to identify indicators that need improvement, namely indicators that have a high importance weight, but low performance. The results of this study provide a proposed strategy for the company in order to improve the performance of the trucking vendors used.

Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Dalam Negeri memiliki peran penting dalam melakukan pengawasan baik pada internal Kementerian Dalam Negeri maupun pada Pemerintah Daerah. Selama 5 tahun terakhir, jumlah temuan kerugian negara dari pemeriksa eksternal tidak menurun secara konsisten, indeks reformasi birokrasi tidak tercapai, hasil survey dari lembaga eksternal menunjukkan nilai kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kinerja Kementerian Dalam Negeri rendah, serta masih ditemukan permasalahan hukum atas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja Inspektorat Jenderal maka dibutuhkan strategi yang tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana strategi peningkatan kinerja Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Dalam Negeri melalui analisis faktor internal dan eksternal organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan post-positivism, dan menggunakan konsep SWOT untuk mendapatkan skor IFAS dan EFAS serta AHP untuk menentukan prioritas strategi yang dihasilkan dari SWOT. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa aktor yang paling realistis dalam meningkatkan kinerja Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Dalam Negeri adalah APIP, dan yang harus diprioritaskan adalah agar APIP yang telah memiliki sertifikasi pengawasan menguasai perkembangan tekhnologi informasi dengan memanfaatkan dukungan dan kerjasama dari lembaga dan sistem dari Kementerian/Lembaga lain. ...... The Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Home Affairs plays an important role in both internal Ministry of Home Affairs oversight and local government oversight. APIP's role as an assurance and consulting partner is in high demand among stakeholders, as there are no findings of state losses from external examiners, the Bureaucratic Reform index is achieved, the public satisfaction index for the performance of the Ministry of Home Affairs rises, and no legal problems are discovered in the implementation of local government. The high stakeholder demand for improved internal supervisor performance necessitates the implementation of the appropriate strategy. Thus, the research question can be formulated as follows: How is the strategy for improving the performance of the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Internal Affairs through an analysis of internal and external organizational factors? This study employs a post-positivism approach, utilizing the concept of SWOT to obtain IFAS, EFAS, and AHP scores in order to determine the priorities of strategies resulting from SWOT. The analysis results show that APIP is the most realistic actor in improving the performance of the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Home Affairs, and what must be prioritized is that APIP that has been certified for supervision masters the development of information technology by leveraging support and cooperation from institutions and systems from other Ministries/Institutions.
