"Industri e-commerce di Indonesia itu sangat prospektif di masa yang akan datang dengan melihat pertumbuhan dan besarnya kelas menengah di Indonesia. Selain itu peningkatan kepemilikan perangkat teknologi informasi (gadget), serta akses terhadap internet dan juga perilaku belanja online. Sejumlah perusahaan e-commerce rintisan (startup) yang didirikan anak muda Indonesia telah berhasil diterima pasar, bahkan beberapa perusahaan dalam waktu singkat nilai valuasi bisnisnya meningkat berpuluh kali lipat. Tesis ini mengambil studi kasus keberhasilan empat rintisan e-commerce fashion lokal, Berrybenka.Com, HijUp.Com, BelowCepek.Com, dan Saqina.Com, serta e-commerce ritel Bilna.Com. Perusahaan-perusahaan e-commerce tersebut telah menjadi banyak liputan media dan merupakan contoh rintisan bisnis e-commerce pemula yang dapat menjadi benchmark keberhasilan e-commerce lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat faktor-faktor potensial penentu keberhasilan dari perusahaan rintisan e-commerce yang baru berkembang di Indonesia. Kemudian teridentifikasi sumber potensial, serta model dan peta prediktif strategi penciptaan nilai (value creation strategies) dari perusahaan rintisan e-commerce yang berhasil di Indonesia. This thesis took four case studies of successful e-commerce local fashion, i.e. Berrybenka.Com, HijUp.Com, BelowCepek.Com, and Saqina.Com, as well as e-commerce and online media retail Bilna.Com. The companies e-commerce has become a lot of media coverage and is a pioneering example of the business starters to be the benchmark of success of e-commerce locally. "[ABSTRAKStudi ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan atara strategy perusahaan Manajemen Risiko Enterprise ERM dan tingkat keuntungan perusahaan Studi ini berfokus pada perusahan perusahaan public yang terdafftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia terutama yang masuk ke dalam daftar indeks LQ45 tahun 2013 Studi ini mengevaluasi klasifikasi strategy perusahan menggunakan The Five Generic Competitive Strategies Porter 1985 dan jenis jenis respon atas risiko Risk response sesuai dengan COSO ERM Framework 2004 serta tingkat profitabilitas perusahaan yang mencakup Profit Margin Return on Equity ROE dan Return on Asset ROA Data dan informasi diambil dari laporan tahunan perusahaan sample tahun 2013 dan analisi data bersifat kuantitatif dan kualitatif termasuk wawancara secara mendalam dengan para ahli dan para professional di bidang strategy dan manajemen risiko Studi ini mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara strategi perusahaan ERM dan tingkat profitabilitas Namun demikian lebih spesifik terkait hubungan antara kombinasi strategi perusahaan ndash jenis risk response menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan signifikan dengan angka profitabiilitas jika pengujian dilakukan secara kuantitatif Namun secara kualitatif berdasarkan interview mendalam yang dilakukan menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan Oleh karena itu kesimpulan atas hubungan antara kombinasi tersebut dengan tingkat profitabilitas tidak konklusif Kata kunci Strategi Perusahaan Strategi Korporasi Manajemen Risiko Enterprise Risk Management ERM Tingkat keuntungan Porter rsquo s Generic Competitive Strategy pilihan strategi Srategic option respon terhadap risiko risk response.
