"One of the roles of the mass media is to inform. It means that its mainfunction is to retell many events or histories to its audience. In retelling these events mass media constructs many realities to become a meaningful story. Therefore, all mass media contens are constructed realities. The most interesting topic, especially for womens media, such as womens magazine, is career women. This paper tried to examine how career women or successful women are presented in woman transnational magazine in Indonesia. The writer used constructivist paradigm to understand how successful women are described on Profile Section in transnational womens magazine Her World Indonesia. Since Her World is categorized as a modern magazine, the writer assumed that it brought modern values. By using the Halliday and Hassan model of analysis or social semiotic analysis, the findings showed that Her Worlds criteria of prominent woman is a woman who works outside, has a bright career, and well-paid. But she is still concerned with her family and she is always referring her achievement to the support of her husband or her father."

ABSTRACT
Background: Mechanical ventilation (VM) is a procedure which is chosen to
save the baby in critical condition, bu it is an invasive procedure and need close
monitoring to avoid barotrauma and volutrauma. Extubation was an attempt to
weaning VM.
Objective: To determine prevalence and predictors of successful extubation in
infants in the NICU RSCM.
Methods: The study was design observational analytic research with cross
sectional design. Data collected by retrospectively using complete medical record
(MR) data to decided prevalence and predictors of successful extubation.
Results: Of the 60 MR was collected, the data obtained were successfully
extubated infants and data recorded vital signs 72 hours later obtained 55 (91.7%)
infants were successfully extubated and 5 (8.3%) infants did not succees.
Characteristics of the study subjects were all babies admitted to the NICU,
with GA between 22-41 weeks and BW ranged from 820 g up to 4100 g. Refer
to the results of blood gas analysis (BGA) normal or not was not significantly
different between succesful extubated. Long of used MV ranging between 1 to
30 days. Predictors of extubation were studied were MV settings include FiO2,
PIP, flow trigger, IT, spontaneous breath, and the results of BGA. Processing of
data by logistic regresion among all predictors extubation, only setting FiO2 are
significant with p value 0.057 and OR 0.76.
Conclusion: Prevalence successful extubation is 91.7%. Research results that
only the low setting FiO2 statistically proven as a predictor of extubation, Background: Mechanical ventilation (VM) is a procedure which is chosen to

"Universities play an important role in motivating young graduates to become technology entrepreneurs. The objectives of this research are to investigate the success factors for business incubators and to develop and propose a framework of successful business incubators for public universities in Indonesia. Indonesian public universities that have business incubators were considered for this research. A preliminary study was conducted with a panel of experts who have the necessary insights and experiences in managing both the incubators and the relationships within the incubators with the tenant firms.
This research examines some significant measures with reference to the unique features of university business incubators in order to better understand the manner in which incubators can be assessed in a developing country. The result of this research includes a framework of successful business incubators in Indonesian public universities. This framework is developed on the basis of previous studies and the preliminary study conducted with ten business incubator experts."

"People mean business and most professionals know how important it is to get on well with others.
Sometimes it's difficult to find the time or opportunity to develop soft skills, particularly when there is pressure to get jobs done. For those who don't realise it, the value of networking or relationship building should not be underestimated. This is particularly so when the economic climate is harsh and work is harder to come by. Getting on, moving up ? however you define success ? is often made easier with a little bit of help from your friends.
Whether you work in a large or small organisation, have just landed your first job or have years of experience behind you, developing strong professional relationships will help you personally to progress and your company to flourish. Everyone can acquire the skill of networking and building rapport with others but it does require practice and a degree of curiosity.
This book aims to inspire experienced networkers, who have many good contacts, to try new approaches or refresh their methods. If you are newly qualified and starting out on your career it will help you make the most of the many opportunities to build good relationships as you meet people in the course of your work.
What have you got to lose? Give it a try ? you may enjoy the experience."
