Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan supervisi keperawatan pada perawat orientasidi Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais tahun 2017 dilihat dari aspek input, proses dan output. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara mendalam dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kesesuaian perawat orientasi melaksanakan kewenangan klinisnya dengan persentase terendah yaitu pemberian obat yang aman dan tepat sebesar 30 . Didapatkan belum terdistribusi secara merata ratio antara perawat supervisor dan perawat orientasi di setiap ruangan.

This study aims to determine the implementation of nursing supervision at the nurse orientation in Installation of Inpatient Dharmais Cancer Hospital in 2017 seen from the aspects of input, process and output. The type of research used is quantitative and qualitative by using questionnaires, indepth interviews and document review. The results showed that the suitability of the nurse orientation exercises its clinical authority with the lowest percentage of safe and proper drug delivery by 30 . Obtained unequally distributed ratio between nurse supervisor and nurse orientation in each room.

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi telah berdampak perubahan baru terhadap pelayanan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pengaruh sistem informasi supervisi keperawatan berbasis komputerisasiterhadap kualitas informasi dan kepuasan pengguna informasi supervisi keperawatan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi pre experimental design dengan rancangan one group pretest postest design. Sampel penelitian adalah 63 perawat dan 50 dokumen kualitas informasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh/kenaikan yang signifikan sistem informasi supervisi keperawatan terhadap kualitas informasi dengan perbedaan mean 12,24 (10%) dan kepuasan pengguna dengan perbedaan mean 4,93(10,1%) sebelum dengan sesudah berbasis komputerisasi. (p = 0,000; α : 0,05). Peneliti merekomendasikan penyempurnaan komponen sistem informasi, penerapan dan evaluasi. ......The development of science and technology affects on the new alteration of nursing service systems. This research was aimed at identifying the effects of computer-based nursing supervision information system towards the information of quality and satisfactions of nursing ascendancy. This research was a study of pre experimental design by using one group pretest postestdesign. The sample of this research was 63 nurses and 50 information quality documents. The result of this research showedthat there was significant effects of the nursing supervision information towards the quality of nursing ascendancy with the mean rate of 12,24 (10%) and the users satisfaction is 4,93 (10,1%) before and after the computer-based technology. (p = 0,000; α : 0,05). The researcher recommends the hospital stakeholders to imperfect the components systems as well as to give feedback for the evaluation and implementation steps.

Prosedur perawatan luka yang tidak sesuai standar menjadi salah satu penyebab infeksi pascabedah. Supervisi klinik dapat meningkatkan kualitas praktik keperawatan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran pengaruh supervisi klinik terhadap kualitas tindakan perawatan luka. Metoda yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental pre-post test with control group. Sampel penelitian (33 kontrol & 33 intervensi) diambil menggunakan teknik accidental (saat pre-test) dan purposive (pada post-test). Hasil penelitian didapat perbedaan antara kelompok yang diberi pelatihan dan tidak diberi pelatihan (p =0.001) dan ditemukan adanya pengaruh supervisi terhadap kualitas tindakan perawatan luka (r=0.613, p= 0.001; α=0.05). Kepala ruang perlu diberikan pelatihan supervisi agar dapat melakukan kegiatan supervisi dengan baik untuk peningkatan perawatan luka. ......Un-standardized Wound caring procedure will affect post surgery infection. Clinical Supervision can improve quality of nursing practice. The research purpose to get descriptions of clinical supervision towards to quality of wound caring action. Method used experimental pre-post test with control group. Accidental technique in data taking before and purposive sampling in data taking after training for 33 control and 33 intervention sampel. The result suggest that there are difference between the trained group and the untrained group (p=0.001) and there are a influence of supervision towards quality of wound caring action (r=0.613, p=0.001, α=0.05). The head nursing need to be given supervision training in order to be able to supervise well for improving quality of wound care.

Nyeri punggung bawah NPB merupakan salah satu gangguan muskuloskeletal yang berisiko tinggi dialami oleh perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan supervisi keperawatan dengan perilaku pencegahan NPB pada perawat pelaksana di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan desain cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel 141 perawat. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner General Self-Efficacy yang berisi 10 pertanyaan, kuesioner supervisi keperawatan yang berisi 20 pertanyaan tentang persepsi perawat pelaksana terhadap supervisi keperawatan, dan kuesioner perilaku pencegahan NPB untuk mengetahui persepsi perawat pelaksana dalam melakukan tindakan pencegahan NPB. Uji statistik menggunakan Chi Square dengan signifikasi le;0,050 menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara supervisi keperawatan dengan perilaku pencegahan NPB pada perawat pelaksana di rumah sakit p=0,015 dan nilai koefisien korelasi r=0,214. NPB pada perawat pelaksana dapat dicegah dengan meningkatkan kesadaran tentang perlunya memperhatikan aspek keselamatan diri selama bekerja dan mengoptimalkan fungsi supervisi keperawatan. ......Lower back pain LBP is one of the high risk musculoskeletal disorders found by nurses. This research aims to identify the relationship nursing supervision and LBP preventive behavior among nurses in the hospital. This study used cross sectional design with 141 samples of nurses. The instrument used was General Self Efficacy questionnaire consisting of 10 questions, a nursing supervision questionnaire containing 20 questions about the nurse 39s perception of the nursing supervision, and questionnaire on LBP preventive behavior among nurses in hospital to know perception of nurse in taking LBP preventive action. The statistical test using Chi Square with significance le 0,050 showed a significant correlation between nursing supervision and LBP preventive behavior among nurses in the hospital p 0,015 and the coefficient correlation r 0.214. LBP in nurses can be prevented by raising awareness of nurses about the need to pay attention to aspects of personal safety during work and optimize the nursing supervision function.
