"Guru SMA di Pangkalpinang masih memiliki kelemahan dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran. Kelemahan itu meliputi perencanaan,pelaksanaan dan penilaian pembelajaran. Permasalahan itu perlu diatasi dengan melaksanakan supervisi akademik oleh pengawas sekolah melalui pendekatan supervisi klinis. Supervisi klinis adalah bantuan profesional yang diberikan kepada guru agar yang bersangkutan dapat mengatasi masalahnya dengan menempuh langkah-langkah yang sistematis. Melalui metode kuantitatif(kuesioner kepada guru SMA) dan kualitatif (wawancara mendalam kepada informan kunci) diperoleh temuan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi klinis oleh pengawas sekolah belum optimal baik dalam prinsip-prinsip, syarat-syarat maupun prosedurnya. Belum optimalnya pelaksanaan supervisi klinis oleh pengawas sekolah tersebut karena lemahnya kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi supervisi akademik, dan kompetensi sosial pengawas sekolah.

High School teachers in Pangkalpinang have several limitation in managing their learning process. The limitation include planning, implementation and learning assessment. That issues should be overcame by doing academic supervision , conducted by superintendent through clinical supervision approach. Clinical supervision is professional help given to teachers so that the teachers can handle their problem using systematic step. Using two methods, quantitative methods ( questionnaires to High School teacher) and qualitative methods (in-depth interview to key informant) show clinical supervision is not implemented by superintedent optimally both in principles, conditions and procedures. It is because the limitation in personality competence, academic supervision competence and superintendent's social competence."

"Supervisi klinis keperawatan pada umumnya telah dilaksanakan oleh kepala ruangan, namun dalam pelaksanaannya belum optimal. Tujuan penelitian : untuk menganalisis keefektifan pelatihan supervisi klinis terhadap kemampuan perawat. Desain penelitan quasi experiment dengan pendekatan pre- post test design with control group dengan jumlah 46 sampel dengan 23 kelompok intervensi dan 23 kelompok kontrol. Pelaksanaan supervisi di RS di Jakarta belum terencana, belum terstruktur, supervisi masih dilakukan secara tidak formal, tidak diberikan umpan balik dengan baik, masih terbatasnya pendokumentasisn tentang rencana dan hasil supervisi yang dilakukan kepala ruangan. Supervisi yang dilakukan masih bersifat insidentil jika ditemukan masalah dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan. Hasil Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang bermakna pada kel intervensi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (p=0,00; α=0,05). Adanya perbedaan yang signifikan kemampuan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok intervensi sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan supervisi klinis (p= 0,0001). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa efektifitas pelatihan supervisi klinis dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kepala ruangan. Rekomendasi : Pelatihan supervisi klinis perlu dilakukan secara berkesinambungan dan dilakukan supervisi yang baik dari atasan agar mutu asuhan keperawatan semakin meningkat.

Clinical supervision is the most effective method in improving nursing services aimed at improving the quality of nursing care. Research objective : to analyze the effectiveness of clinical supervision training on nurses ability. The research design was a quasi experiment with pre-post test design approach with a control group with a total of 46 samples with 23 intervention groups23 control group. The implementation of supervision in hospital in Jakartahas not been planned,has not been structured, supervision is still carried out informally, not given good feedback,there is still limited documentation of the plan and the result of the supervision carried out by the head nurse. The supervision carried out is still incidental if problems are found in the provision of nursing care.

Result : There was a significan increase in knowledge and skills in the intervention group compared to the control group (p =0,00; Gabungkan saja saja hasilnya. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang bermakna pada kel intervensi dibandingkan kel control (p=0,00; α=0,05). Increase in the ability of head nurse after attending clinical supervision training in the intervention group (p 0,0001).The study conclude that clinical supervision training was effective in improving the ability of the head nurse. Recommendation : Clinical supervision training needs to be carried out on an ongoing basis and good supervision from superiors is carried out so thet the quality of nursing care can increase."

"Kepuasan kerja perawat berkaitan dengan kualitas supervisi di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi klinis model akademik terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat di RSUD dr. Soeselo Slawi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan action research dengan metoda kuantitatif. Lembar observasi supervisi klinis model akademik digunakan untuk mengobservasi 4 kepala ruang dan dan kuesioner kepuasan kerja diisi oleh 53 perawat kelompok intervensi serta 51 perawat kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh supervisi klinik model akademik yang dilakukan dengan baik (80%) dari nilai total 100 terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana dengan p value 0,023. Kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna supervisi klinik model akademik terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat di RSUD dr. Soeselo Slawi. Supervisor harus mempunyai kompetensi agar dapat melakukan supervisi klinis secara efektif sehingga meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat.

Nurse's job satisfaction related to the quality of supervision at the hospital. This study aimed to determine the effect of academic model clinical supervision to nurses job satisfaction in dr. Soeselo Slawi General Hospital. The research design was an action research with quantitative methods. Observation sheets of academic model clinical supervision used to observe four head nurses and job satisfaction questioner filled by 53 nurses in intervention group and 51 nurses in control group.

The results showed that there are significant academic models clinical supervision that performed well (80%) of total value 100 point to the job satisfaction of nurses with p value 0.023. Conclusion of the study was there is significant effect of academic model clinical supervision to nurses job satisfaction in dr. Soeselo Slawi General Hospital. Supervisors should have the competence to be able to perform clinical supervision effectively to improve nurses job satisfaction."
