"House of Risk (HOR) merupakan metode yang mengintegrasikan antara dua model penelitian yaitu metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan House of Quality (HOQ) yang berfokus pada penentuan tindakan pencegahan terhadap sumber risiko yang telah tereliminasi. Pada penelitian ini, House of Risk digunakan sebagai alat untuk menangani risiko terkait proses supply chain PT Odyssey Shipping Lines. Penelitian ini diawali dengan mengidentifikasi aktivitas rantai pasok menggunakan Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) lalu menentukan kejadian risiko apa saja yang terjadi pada proses rantai pasok PT Odyssey Shipping Lines beserta memberikan langkah mitigasi yang tepat untuk risiko-risiko signifikan yang dialami PT Odyssey Shipping Lines. Proses identifikasi dan analisis tersebut dilakukan bersama dengan para ahli yang berpengalaman di bidangnya. Setelah melakukan pengolahan data dengan House of Risk (HOR) tahap 1 maka diperoleh 20 kejadian risiko dan 35 penyebab risiko. Berdasarkan perhitungan Pareto, terdapat 16 agen risiko yang mencakup 80% dari total Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) dan dipilih sebagai prioritas mitigasi. Penyebab risiko dengan nilai Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) terbesar adalah kesalahan dalam kalkulasi forecasting yang telah ditetapkan dengan nilai sebesar 720. Lalu pada House of Risk (HOR) tahap 2 diperoleh nilai efektivitas tertinggi yaitu sebesar 5737 yaitu Pengawasan yang lebih dari supervisor untuk memastikan keberlangsungan pekerjaan.

House of Risk (HOR) is an integration between two research models, namely the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method and the House of Quality (HOQ) which focus on determining preventive measures for eliminated risk sources. In this study, the House of Risk is used as a tool to deal with risks related to the supply chain activity in PT Odyssey Shipping Lines. This research begins by identifying the activities of supply chain using Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR), determining the risk events and creating the mitigation strategy to the most significant risks. The process of identification and analysis is carried out together with experts who are experienced in their fields. After processing the data with the House of Risk (HOR) stage 1, 20 risk events and 35 risk causes were obtained. Based on Pareto calculations, there are 16 risk agents covering 80% of the total Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) and are selected as mitigation priorities. The cause of the risk with the largest Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) value is the miscalculation when forecasting that has been set with a value of 720. Then in the House of Risk (HOR) stage 2, the highest effectiveness value was obtained which was 5737, namely to give more supervising process."

"Sejalan dengan evolusi pada industri elektronik dan transportasi, penting bagi perusahaan untuk terus memperbaiki kinerjanya guna mempertahankan daya saing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok dari perusahaan industri perakitan barang dan merancang strategi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan performa, sehingga didapatkan hasil yang optimal dan daya saing perusahaan tetap terjaga. Metode yang digunakan adalah Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR), yang disesuaikan khusus untuk perusahaan sebagai kerangka kerja dalam pengukuran dan perancangan strategi rantai pasok. Indikator kinerja yang bermasalah dipilih berdasarkan pembobotan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Ada 27 indikator kinerja yang diukur dan dikategorikan berdasarkan atribut pengukuran model SCOR. Berdasarkan pengukuran performa tahun terakhir, diperoleh nilai 48.24%, yang menempatkan kinerja perusahaan dalam kategori marginal dengan indikasi warna jingga. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) kemudian digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi indikator prioritas yang performanya kurang baik namun penting, sehingga strategi perbaikan dapat dirumuskan. Dari analisis tersebut, terpilih enam indikator sebagai prioritas dan dua indikator prioritas perbaikan yang telah divalidasi perusahaan. Strategi perbaikan yang dirancang berdasarkan tinjauan pustaka dan diskusi dengan perusahaan. Dua strategi ini direkomendasikan kepada perusahaan untuk diimplementasikan agar dapat memperbaiki kinerja rantai pasoknya.
......In line with the evolution in the electronics and transportation industries, it is crucial for companies to continuously improve their performance to maintain competitiveness. This study aims to measure the supply chain performance of an assembly goods industry company and to design improvement strategies to enhance performance, thereby achieving optimal results and maintaining the company's competitiveness. The method used is the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR), which is specifically tailored for the company as a framework for measuring and designing supply chain strategies. Performance indicators with issues were selected based on weighting using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. There are 27 performance indicators that were measured and categorized based on the attributes of the SCOR model. Based on the performance measurement of the last year, a score of 48.24% was obtained, placing the company's performance in the marginal category with an orange indication. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) was then used to identify priority indicators whose performance is poor yet crucial, thus formulating improvement strategies. From this analysis, six indicators were selected as priorities and two as focal points for improvement, validated by the company. The improvement strategies were designed based on literature review and discussions with the company. These two strategies are recommended to the company for implementation to enhance its supply chain performance."

"Perusahaan yang bergerak di industri pergudangan, sebagai salah satu industri dengan kontribusi yang cukup besar terhadap perekonomian Indonesia, perlu mempertahankan performanya agar tetap baik melalui pengukuran kinerja prosesnya, salah satunya proses rantai pasok. Maka dari itu, penelitian terkait pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok Perusahaan dilakukan menggunakan metode Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR), dibantu dengan metode MCDM Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), dan Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mendapatkan indikator rantai pasok, kinerja rantai pasok Perusahaan, dan perancangan strategi untuk perbaikan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner pairwise comparison, interview dengan para expert, serta data historis Perusahaan sepanjang tahun 2023. Perancangan strategi difokuskan terhadap enam indikator yang menjadi prioritas, yaitu yang memiliki kepentingan tinggi, namun performanya masih rendah. Strategi yang bisa diterapkan perusahaan untuk memperbaiki kinerja rantai pasok yaitu menerapkan mekanisme real-time vehicle routing, menggunakan Autonomous Guided Vehicle (AGV), menerapkan metode Lean Manufacturing, mengadakan pelatihan karyawan, menerapkan konsep ABC Analysis, dan menerapkan Just-In-Time Logistics (JIT-L) Management
......Companies engaged in the warehousing industry, as one of the industries with a significant contribution to the Indonesian economy, need to maintain their good performance through measuring the performance of their processes, one of which is the supply chain process. Therefore, research related to measuring the Company's supply chain performance was conducted using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method, assisted by the MCDM Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) to obtain supply chain indicators, the Company's supply chain performance, and design strategies for improvement. Data was collected through pairwise comparison questionnaires, interviews with experts, and historical data of the Company throughout 2023. The strategy design focused on six prioritized indicators, which have high importance, but low performance. Strategies that can be applied by the company to improve supply chain performance are implementing real-time vehicle routing mechanisms, using Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGV), applying Lean Manufacturing methods, conducting employee training, applying ABC Analysis concepts, and implementing Just-In-Time Logistics (JIT-L) Management."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengukuran dan perancangan strategi peningkatan kinerja Green Supply Chain Management yang meliputi keseluruhan proses supply chain pada Perusahaan yang bergerak di industri pakan akuakultur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan utama, yaitu Green Supply Chain Operations Reference (GSCOR) untuk membuat model kerangka pengukuran kinerja yang terbagi ke dalam tiga level hirarki, dengan metode pendukung berupa Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk pembuatan struktur hirarki serta pembobotan indikator kinerja dan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX) untuk menentukan indikator kinerja yang menjadi prioritas utama perbaikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perusahaan yang bergerak di Industri Pakan Akuakultur ini perlu melakukan perbaikan terhadap tujuh indikator kinerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja Green Supply Chain Management yang meliputi Number of Meeting with Suppliers About Environmental Metrics/Criteria (P.2.1), Supplier with an EMS or ISO 14001 Certification (S.1.1), Water Usage (M.3.3), Greenhouse Gas Emission (M.4.1), Broken Product During Storage (D.1.1), Distribution or Material/Product Handling Vehicle Using Alternative Fuels (D.1.2), dan Number of Trained Workers on Environmental Requirements (E.1.1).
......This research discusses about the measurement and design of performance improvement strategies for Green Supply Chain Management, which encompasses the entire supply chain process of a company operating in the aquaculture feed industry. The research utilizes the main approach, namely Green Supply Chain Operations Reference (G SCOR), to create a performance mesurement framework divided into three hierarchical levels. The supporting methods employed include Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for hierarchy structur creation and performance indicator weighting, as well as Objective Matrix (OMAX) for determining priority performance indicators for improvement. The research findings indicate that the company operating in the aquaculture feed industry needs to improve seven performance indicators to enhance Green Supply Chain Management performance. These indicators include the Number of Meeting with Suppliers About Environmental Metrics/Criteria (P.2.1), Supplier with an EMS or ISO 14001 Certification (S.1.1), Water Usage (M.3.3), Greenhouse Gas Emission (M.4.1), Broken Product During Storage (D.1.1), Distribution or Material/Product Handling Vehicle Using Alternative Fuels (D.1.2), dan Number of Trained Workers on Environmental Requirements (E.1.1)."

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur kinerja rangkaian rantai pasok perusahaan air minum dalam kemasan (AMDK). Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi rantai pasok dari suatu perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Perbaikan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang terjadi pada rangkaian rantai pasok. Tingkat kepentingan atribut kinerja diukur berdasar pembobotan dengan kuesioner perbandingan berpasangan oleh beberapa expert. Terdapat 28 indikator kinerja yang diukur dan terbagi ke dalam atribut model SCOR. Dari hasil pengukuran didapatkan kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan pada tahun 2022 sebesar 49,59% yang menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan berada pada kategori marginal dengan warna jingga pada Traffic Light System Monitoring. Dengan menggunakan metode Traffic Light System sebelumnya didapatkan 8 indikator pada rantai pasok perusahaan yang kinerjanya tidak mencapai target dan perlu untuk diperbaiki secepatnya. Oleh karena itu, strategi diperlukan untuk dapat memperbaiki kinerja tersebut.

......This research was conducted to measure the supply chains of bottled water companies (AMDK). Measurement of supply chain performance needs to be done to determine the condition of the supply chain of a company. The method used is the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). The improvements made in this study are related to problems that occur in the supply chain circuit. The security level of the security attribute is measured by weighting with a pairwise comparison questionnaire by several experts. There are 28 performance indicators that are measured and divided into the SCOR attribute model. From the measurement results, the acquisition of the company's supply disruption performance in 2022 is 49.59% which shows the company's performance is in the marginal category with orange color on the Traffic Light Monitoring System. By using the Traffic Light System method previously obtained 8 indicators in the company's supply chain whose performance did not reach the target and needed to be repaired as soon as possible. Therefore, a strategy is needed to improve this performance.

"Persaingan sektor kesehatan di Indonesia semakin kompetitif ditandai dengan adanya rencana peningkatan Tingkat Kandungan Dalam Negeri (TKDN). Sebagai salah satu perusahaan distributor alat medis di Indonesia, tentunya diperlukan rantai pasok yang efektif dan efisien demi dapat mempertahankan daya saingnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok gudang pusat perusahaan distributor alat kesehatan dan memberikan strategi perbaikan supaya proses aliran barang lebih optimal. Model Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) digunakan dalam penelitian untuk mengevaluasi kinerja indikator rantai pasok. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran, didapatkan kinerja keseluruhan gudang pada tahun 2023 berada dalam kategori Average dengan rata-rata sebesar 68,76%. Dari 20 indikator yang diajukan, terdapat 6 indikator prioritas yang masih memerlukan perbaikan menurut pemetaan Importance Perfomance Analysis. Kemudian, disusunlah rancangan strategi perbaikan yang berdasarkan diksusi dan wawancara dengan perusahaan serta penilaian Relationship Matrix. Strategi tersebut diantaranya Satu Optimasi melalui Warehouse Management System (WMS), Digital Logistics Scheduling and Tracking System, dan Evaluasi Rutin Manpower Gudang.
......Competition in the healthcare sector in Indonesia is becoming increasingly competitive, marked by plans to increase the Domestic Content Level. As one of the medical equipment distributor companies in Indonesia, an effective and efficient supply chain is needed to maintain its competitiveness. This research aims to measure the performance of the central warehouse supply chain of the medical equipment distributor company and provide improvement strategies to optimize the flow of goods. The Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model is used in the research to evaluate supply chain performance indicators. Based on the measurement results, the overall warehouse performance in 2023 was in the Average category with an average of 68.76%. Out of the 20 proposed indicators, there are 6 priority indicators that still need improvement according to Importance Performance Analysis mapping. Subsequently, improvement strategy designs were developed based on discussions and interviews with the company and Relationship Matrix assessment. These strategies include Single Optimization through Warehouse Management System (WMS), Digital Logistics Scheduling and Tracking System, and Routine Evaluation of Warehouse Manpower."
