"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini mengungkapkan kesintasan tradisi lisan tyarka di Kepulauan Babar Maluku Barat Daya yang dilihat dari aspek kebahasaan dan pertunjukan, pemertahanan dan pewarisannya. Kesintasan dari aspek kebahasaan diperlihatkan melalui kreativitas produksi ekspresi puitik, sedangkan aspek pertunjukan dikaji berdasarkan situasi pertunjukan dan partisipasi penonton. Pemertahanan dan pewarisan tyarka sebagai warisan seni diungkap dalam kaitan dengan memori kolektif masyarakat Babar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode etnografi. Data penelitian difokuskan pada pertunjukan tyarka dari Babar Timur dan Pulau Masela dengan tetap memperhatikan data tyarka dari pulau lainnya di Kepulauan Babar. Temuan yang diperoleh dari analisis kelisanan dan ekspresi puitika menunjukkan struktur dan komposisi tyarka yang memiliki pola perulangan baku dalam pluralitas bahasa tua di Kepulauan Babar. Struktur tyarka menggambarkan falsafah ldquo;pohon dan ujung rdquo; yang merupakan metofora kesintasannya, sedangkan komposisi tyarka mengikuti melodi dasar yang diatonis karena pengaruh musik Barat. Sebagai sebuah pertunjukan ritual yang diyakini kesakralannya, tradisi lisan tyarka mengalami perkembangan yang cukup signifikan setelah terbentuknya Kabupaten Maluku Barat Daya. Upaya untuk mempertahankan dan mewariskan tyarka menunjukkan sikap kepedulian yang didasari penghargaan dan penghormatan terhadap tradisi leluhur dalam kesinambungan antargenerasi. Hal ini menjadi suatu kekuatan kultural masyarakat Babar sebagai masyarakat kepulauan yang tetap menjaga kesatuan dan keterikatan secara adat.
ABSTRACT
This research had been carried out to expose the survivorship of oral tradition tyarka in Babar Archipelago, South West Mollucas based on its language aspect and performance, defense, and inheritance. The language aspect showed its surviving through creativity production in its poetic expression, while its performance had been studied based on its show rsquo s situation and the audience participation. The defense and inheritance of tyarka as an art heritage had been revealed related to the collective memory of Babar community. This research is a qualitative research using an etnography method. The data were focused on the tyarka performance in Eastern Babar and Masela Island without neglecting the others in Babar Archipelago. By analizing the oral and poetic expression, it was found that the structure and composition of tyarka have repeating patterns in the old language plurality in Babar Archipelago. The structure of tyarka describes ldquo tree and edge rdquo philosophy which is its survival methaphore. Its composition followed the basic diatonic melody influenced by Western music. As a ritual performance which is sacred, the oral tradition tyarka have been developing significant after the forming of the South West Mollucas Regency. The endeavour to defend and inherit tyarka showed the concern and appreciation of the community toward their ancesor and its regeneration. This effort becomes a cultural power of Babar community as an archipelago community to keep their unity and involvement. "

"Objective: The number of gynecological cancer survivors is
increasing in Indonesia, and these women often require physical
and emotional support from their male partners as primary
caregivers. However, the male caregiver`s need for biological,
psychological, and social support is often neglected. This study
aims to assess the demographic and clinical determinants
affecting the unmet supportive care needs of the gynecological
cancer survivors` husbands in Indonesia. Methods: This
cross‑sectional survey involved 152 husbands of survivors who
were recruited by a consecutive sampling method in two national
referral hospitals. A self‑administered Cancer Survivors` Partners
Unmet Needs Questionnaire was used for data collection.
Multiple linear regression was performed to analyze the data.
Results: The majority of participants (97.4%) reported at least one
unmet need. The primary unmet needs were legal services (71.1%),
financial support (70.4%), cancer recurrence concerns (69.7%), and
ongoing health support (66.4%). These needs were significantly
associated with the wife`s radio‑chemotherapy and lower
household income (P < 0.01) and also related to the husband`s
education level, duration of caregiving, and wife`s cancer stage.
Conclusions: Husbands of gynecological cancer survivors in
Indonesia reported a need for legal, financial, and health‑care
information and assistance. Multidisciplinary professionals
should be involved in developing policy and interventions which
facilitate the social‑economic protection of survivors and their
husbands, as well as comprehensive care needs to enhance the
women`s survival rate."

"Masyarakat penutur Tontemboan mempunyai warisan budaya tak benda atau sebuah warisan tradisi lisan yaitu nyanyian Makalelon. Nyanyian Makalelon ini merupakan nyanyian tradisional bagi orang Tontemboan Minahasa yang dibawakan dalam bahasa Tontemboan pada umumnya dan Melayu Manado, dan bahasa Indonesia. Nyanyian ini mengandung falsafah budaya kolektif terkait dengan jati diri “Keminaesaan,” (Kesatuan Orang Minahasa), nilai-nilai budaya orang Tontemboan terkait dengan religi (Malesung dan Kristen), doa-doa yang terkandung dalam liriknya mengekspresikan kepercayaan lokal Malesung di satu sisi dan di sisi lainnya mengekspresikan iman Kristen dan di sisi lain keberadaan nyanyian ini dijadikan pula sebagai media penghiburan pada saat suka dan duka. Di samping itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali pesan kelisanan (orality messages) nilai-nilai budaya di dalam teks nyanyian ini, juga mengkaji pola dan struktur (formulaic) apa yang terkandung di dalam teks nyanyian ini (baik secara intrisnsik dan ekstrinsik) serta pemaknaan jenis musik yang dibawakan dengan alat musik gitar dan atau ukulele (intramusikal dan ekstramusikal) bagi para pegiat seni itu sendiri di dalam teks pertunjukan seni di desa Tondei dan Boyong-Atas Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Selanjutnya, di dalam pertunjukan seni nyanyian Makalelon, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu model pewarisan, kebertahanan serta usaha-usaha apa yang dilakukan oleh para penyintas seni dan budaya serta dampaknya bagi masyarakat Tontemboan, para penganut Malesung dan Kristen yang berinteraksi dan berkontenstasi ideolgi di dalam menjalankan falsafah hidup yang menyangkut nilai-nilai budaya Tou Minahasa bagi generasi selanjutnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode etnografi dengan pendekatan tradisi lisan (Finnegan), Lord dan Perry tentang struktur Formulaic dan konsep Pertunjukan Budaya (oleh pemikiran Schechner) untuk menjelaskan teks nyanyian Makalelon dan kesintasannya.

The Tontemboan speaking community has an intangible cultural heritage or an oral tradition heritage, namely the Makalelon song. Makalelon is a traditional song for the Tontemboan Minahasa people performed in the Tontemboan language in general and Manado Malay, and Indonesian. This song contains philosophy of collective culture related to the identity of “Keminaesaan,” (Unity of the Minahasa People), cultural values of the Tontemboan people related to religion (Malesung and Christianity), the prayers contained in the lyrics express of the local belief of Malesung on the one hand and on the other hand express the Christian faith and on the other hand the existence of this song is also used as a medium of comfort in times of joy and sorrow. In addition, the purpose of this study is to explore the orality messages of cultural values in the text of this song, as well as to examine what patterns and structures (formulaic) are contained in the text of this song (both intrinsically and extrinsically) as well as the meaning of the type of musik performed in with guitar and or ukulele instruments (intramusikal and extramusikal) for the art activists themselves in the text of the art performance.in the two villages, Tondei and Boyong-Atas in South Minahasa’s Regency. Furthermore, in the art performance of Makalelon song, this research aims to find out the model of inheritance, survivorship and efforts made by the survivors of art and culture and its impact on the Tontemboan community, Malesung believers and Christians who interact in ideolgy and contestation in carrying out the philosophy of life concerning the cultural values of Tou Minahasa for the next generation. This research uses ethnographic method with the approach of oral tradition (Finnegan), Lord and Perry on Formulaic structure and the concept of Cultural Performance (by Schechner's thought) to explain the text of Makalelon song and its survivorship. "

"Asuransi jiwa merupakan salah satu dari banyak pilihan bagi orang-orang yang mengkhawatirkan ketidakpastian masa depan mereka, karena asuransi jiwa dirancang untuk melindungi terhadap dampak keuangan serius yang diakibatkan oleh kematian seseorang. Variasi penting dari asuransi jiwa tunggal adalah asuransi jiwa survivorship yang mencakup dua atau lebih individu. Di bawah kontrak tersebut, manfaat kematian dibayarkan hanya pada kematian terakhir. Valuasi asuransi merupakan kegiatan yang penting bagi perusahaan asuransi. Melalui valuasi, perusahaan asuransi dapat mengetahui status finansialnya agar dapat memenuhi kewajibannya di masa depan. Secara tradisional, aktuaris mengasumsikan tingkat pengembalian yang konstan dan mortalitas independen dalam valuasi asuransi jiwa bersama. Namun, terdapat minat yang cukup besar dalam literatur aktuaria untuk mempelajari model tingkat bunga stokastik dan asumsi mortalitas dependen untuk valuasi asuransi. Pada artikel ini disajikan formula matematis yang berguna untuk melakukan valuasi asuransi jiwa survivorship dengan tingkat pengembalian stokastik dan mortalitas dependen. Valuasi dilakukan dengan menghitung nilai ekspektasi dari variabel acak loss prospektif, dengan mengasumsikan proses AR 1 dan model Frank rsquo;s Copula untuk memodelkan tingkat pengembalian dan mortalitas dependen masa hidup dari pemegang polis. Selanjutnya dilakukan contoh perhitungan dari satu buah polis dan satu buah portofolio non-homogen.

Life insurance is one of the many options for people with concerns about the uncertainty of their future, because it rsquo s designed to protect against the serious financial impact resulting from an individual 39 s death. An important variation of the single life insurance is the survivorship life insurance which covers two or more lives. Under such contract, a death benefit is paid out only on the last death. Insurance valuation is a very important tool for many insurance companies. Through valuation, an insurance company is able to know its financial status to meet its future obligations. Traditionally, actuaries assume constant rates of return and independent mortality in valuing joint life insurance. However, there rsquo s been considerable interest in the actuarial literature in studying stochastic interest rate and dependent mortality assumptions for insurance valuations. In this study, the mathematical formulas to value a survivorship life insurance with stochastic rates of return and dependent mortality are presented. The valuation is conducted by calculating the expectation of the prospective loss random variable, by assuming an AR 1 process and Frank 39 s Copula to model the rates of return and dependent mortality of the policyholders, respectively. Finally, the calculation examples are done for one policy and one non homogeneous portfolio.
