"The area of Bandung municipality was 16,180.65 hectares with a population of 1,806,409 persons; so that it categorized as area with high population density that was 112 persons per hectares noted in 1998. It was implied that the high density of population by land use in 1997, which was more than 70% of this area occupied for settlement and industrial regions. With such populated area, one could expect a huge amount of waste accumulated. Municipal solid waste generated approximately 8,000 m3 per day that was disposed to three disposal sites. These were located at TPA (Tempat[ Pembuangan Akhir) Sampah Leuwigajah, Jelekong and Pasir Impun. These areas operate until the year 2002. Therefore, Bandung municipality should seek a new location for disposal site.
To find new disposal site based on scientific considerations, geographical information system and approach were employed. The methods used were overlaying techniques with scoring method. The scoring method consisted of physical and social parameters. To determine the most suitable location, technical measurement was also considered. Solid waste disposed to TPA will be decomposed that create odor, gas and liquid that impact on the environment. Gas, especially methane would be flammable. While, the liquid might produce leachate that will be absorbed by the soil surface. In consequence, it would contaminate the ground water. Therefore, in determining most suitable disposal site one must discern physical and social conditions.
According to SK SNI T-11-1991-03 regarding TPA Sampah (Waste Disposal Site) Selection Procedures, physical condition parameters must be considered, e.g. altitude, slope, geological risk, soil type, and water table. While social condition parameters consist of population density, land use, and distance from waste source. Each parameter was scored according to the condition. Then, each thematic map was overlaid one to the other to have strata of the most suitable, suitable and not suitable areas for disposal site based on physical and social parameters.
There are 37 most suitable locations that must be analyzed to obtain selected location. Then, technical consideration was applied to determine the selected location. The technical consideration parameters contained location area, water discharge and recharge system, accessibility, and distance from the river, distance from the airport, traffic condition, and windrow. The most important parameter was location area. The measurement for location area with assumption for 15 years of operation period, and eight kecamatan would dispose its waste to the selected location. The eight kecarnatan were Margahayu, Margaasih, Katapang, Dayeuhkolot, Soreang, Cimahi Selatan, Cimahi Tengah and Cimahi Utara. These were highly dense population, so that it would not have its own disposal site. The disposal site area required would be around 212.12 hectares. In conclusion, the proposed, most suitable location for Bandung Municipal Solid Waste disposal site would be the area of 357.49 hectares, which was located in the border of Kecamatan Soreang and Katapang."

"With the possibility of cross matching between input tax invoice and output tax invoice electronically, then manual input tax confirmation method has been leaved and replaced with electronically input tax clarification method using Taxation Information System Application (PK-PM Program through Computer).
It is different from manual confirmation method where the cross matching of input - output tax is conducted selectively on entrepreneur-imposed tax that is inspected in the event of PPN restitution in accordance with Distribution Letter of General Director of Tax No: SE - 35IPJ.5Il 989, in electronically input tax clarification method, the cross matching of input - output tax is not conducted selectively not only to the inspected entrepreneur imposed tax, but to all entrepreneurs imposed tax. This matter can be possible because the comparison electronically is easier, accurate, not spend much time and can be executed in any time.
The objective of this research is to recognize the importance of cross matching electronically conducted by the General Director of Tax on input tax reported by buyer with output tax reported by seller is in accordance with the decision of General Director of Tax No: KEP - 754/PJI2001. With cross matching electronically, besides it is easier, it is also aimed to decrease work burden of PPN and PTLL section, not need anymore to answer confirmation request from other work unit manually because cross matching process has been replaced electronically. Different from manual confirmation method, cross matching method electronically emphasizes on data recording tax Invoice mentioned in attachment of SPT PPN on time and accurately so that said objective can be realized. Besides, the cross matching method electronically also focuses on the existing follow up on confirmation response stating "exist and suitable with explanation" or response stating "not exist. Therefore the existing of said matters it needs to be conducted further investigation.
Research method used is descriptive analysis method, with giving questioner to employee running duty in PPN and PTLL section at two offices of tax servicing in Jakarta. Accompanying with library research, learning taxation regulation, report, electronic data recording result, cross matching data of tax invoice electronically, warning letter and follow up of confirmation response stating "Not Exist".
From the result of research can be concluded that cross matching of input - output tax electronically is very significant to decrease work burden in PPN and PTLL section as long as data recording of tax invoice mentioned at the attachment of SPT PPN is conducted on time and accurately. Factors influencing cross matching electronically is human resources, quantity and quality of entrepreneur imposed tax, time accuracy and the accuracy of data recording of input - output tax, as well follow up of confirmation response. Unfortunately, from the result of research also can be concluded that follow up on confirmation response stating "Exist and suitable with Explanation or response stating "Not Exist" is not conducted properly, data recording of input - output tax is not conducted on time, and the process of confirmation response need time more than previous method so that it causes the objective of cross matching of tax invoice electronically cannot be reached.
It is suggested that the objective of tax invoice cross matching electronically can be reached. It is also better to submit notice letter electronically (e-Filling) as determined in the decision of General Director of Tax No : KEP - 05JPJ12005 concerning way order of notice letter submitting electronically (e-Filling) through application service provider (ASP) can be implemented as soon as possible so that data recording of input - output tax in PPN and PTLL section can be removed_ Besides, the supervision on follow up of confirmation response stating "Exist and suitable with explanation" or response stating "Not Exist needs to be more increased with not only publishing warning letter to PKP sellers who have not settled their tax invoice as output tax, but also accompanied by publishing SKPKBISKPKBT or proposal for conducted inspection if it can be proved that tax invoice is not valid.

"Management of Conservation Region in Bandung Basin using Bioregional Planning ApproachThe title of the research thesis is "Management of Conservation Region in Bandung Basin using Bioregional Planning Approach". The research objective is to understand the change of bio-geophysical aspects according to time and spatial dimensions. In general, regional planning is attempted by partial approach, i.e. sectors. Therefore, the benefit is not for longer term of development. Having such a limitation, one could consider more comprehensive approach. Bioregional planning concerns with bio-geophysical and social aspects in managing the region. This might be more appropriate for longer term regional development plan. In this research, the element of land use taken account was the forest region. So that, in managing conservation area in Bandung Basin, bioregional planning approach was applied. In this research, the conservation considered was the forest region.
The method of research was using geographical information system application and regression analysis. Variables measured were land-uses in 1986, 1993 and 1997; and changes for the periods. Other variables were slope and altitude. Variables of social aspects used were population density and population proportion for agriculture.
To measure land use change, overlaying technique was applied. The result showed that forest area in 1986 - 1993 reduced rapidly and changed for settlement, encroaching about 1 331.49 hectares covered 25 kecamatan. The largest part of this area was in Kecamatan Cimenyan. The change in period of 1993 to 1997 was 13.79 hectares; this occurred only in Kecamatan Cimenyan. Overlaying method of slope and land use, gave result in that there were settlements in region with slope of more than 50% and covering about 135.64 hectares in 1993 and 58.87 hectares in 1997.
The result of regression analysis was the forest area in 1986 related closely to population density. This was concluded from R-square of more than 0.5 in the first and second segment of the selected study areas. The co-relation of forest area variables and population percentage in agricultural sector gave a good result in the third segment in 1997. This concluded that the major driving force of reduction in forest area was due mainly to the population percentage in agricultural sector, not to the population density upon forested area.
In conclusion, the information can be used as an input for regional planning because it concerns with biological components caring for sustainable managing conservation in Bandung Basin. Further research might be expanded to involve some aspects, especially on the community participation for agricultural sector and vegetation analysis for biodiversity study."

"Penyebaran HIV telah menjadi permasalahan dunia. Salah satu upaya umtuk memantau perkembangan penularan HIV adalah dengan melakukan pemlantauan atau surveilans yang menjadi tanggung jawab Departemen Kesehatan. Data dan informasi kegiatan surveilans generasi kedua belum berada dalam satu basis data yang terpusat Pengembangan prototipe aplikasi komputerisasi dengan standarisasi formulir diharapkan dapat mengurangi hambatan tersebut. Media internet yang bersifat global dan lintas sektor diharapkan dapat menjembatani dan mempercepat proses pelaporan.
Penelitian ini merupakan riset operasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan sistem untuk memecahkan masalah karena memandang permasalahan ini sebagai suatu permasalahan sistem. Tahapan pendekatan sistem tersebut berupa siklus hidup pengembangan sistem yang terdiri dari penelitian awal, analisis sistem, desain sistem dan pembuatan prototipe. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan telaah dokumen dan wawancara mendalam. Wawancara mendalam dilakukan terhadap responden pada instansi Dinas Kesehatan Jawa Timur, KPAD Jawa Timer, PM UTD Cabang Surabaya, Rumah Sakit Dr Soetomo Surabaya dan Laboratorium Kesehataa Daerah Jawa Timor.
Permasalahan system informasi surveilans HIV/AIDS teebagi dalarn permasalahan pada masukan, proses dan keluaran. Permasalahan pada masukan antara lain adalah data yang tidak lengkap, formulir pencatatan yang belum baku, belum adanya sekretariat tetap dan ketergantungan kepemimpinan individu tertentu. Pengolahan data yang belum otomatis dan faktor kebijakan menjadi permasalahan pada proses sistem informasi. Sedangkan permasalahan pada keluaran sistem adalah lemahnya komunikasi data dan penggunaan data yang belum optimal.
Upaya surveilans HIV/AIDS memerlukan dukungan dalam bentuk kebijakan atau peraturan yang mengikat.Kebijakan tersebut harus didukung oleh suatu sistem yang memungkinkan komuni`kasi data dan informasi dan semua instansi terkait sehingga dapat mamberikan gambaran yang menyeluruh tentang kejadian HIV dan AIDS di suatu tempat sehingga upaya penanggulangan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien.
Pengembangan prototipe aplikasi komputer berbasis internet dilakukan melalui tahapan pendekatan sistem. Prototipe tersebut memuat variabel yang digunakan dalam surveilans HIV/AIDS untuk menghasikan indikator surveilans biologi dan surveilans perilaku kasus HIV/AIDS. Komputerisasi sistem informasi yang dilakukan dapat mempermudah proses pencatatan dan media internet dapat mempercepat proses pelaporan serta terbentuknya satu basis data dan berbagai kegiatan surveilans.
Sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, pengembangan dan kajian sistem informasi surveilans HIV/AIDS berbasis komputer dan internet dapat terus dikembangkan untuk menghasilkan informasi yang cepat dan tepat sehingga upaya penanggulangan menjadi lebib terarah.

This research looking into the problems as system problems and represent the operational research by using system approach to solve that problem. The step of system approach is the form of the system development live cycle and consisted of the preliminary research, systems analysis, system design and prototyping. Data collected with the in-depth interview and document study. In-depth interview was conducted to responder at institution of Public Health Service East Java, KPAD East Java, PMI. Branch Surabaya, Dr Soetomo Surabaya Hospital and Health Laboratory of East Java.
Problems of surveillance information system of HIV/AIDS consist of input, process and output problem. The example of input problems is incomplete data, not standardized form, there is no existence of secretariat and depending on individual leadership. Data processing which not yet automatically and policy factor become the problems at information system process. The problems of information system output is the weakness of data communications and data used which not optimal.
Surveillance HIV/AIDS need the good support in the form of policy or obligatory regulation. The policy have to be supported by a conducive data and information communications system from all related institution so that can give the totally picture about occurrence of HIV and AIDS so the effort to overcome become more effective and efficient.
Development of computer application prototype base on the internet conducted by through step of system approach. The prototype consist of the variable used in surveillance IRVIAIDS to make output of the biological indicator surveillance and behavioral surveillance of HIV/AIDS. Computerize the information system can make the record process more easier and media intemet can quicken the reporting processes and forming one data bases from various surveillance activity.
In line with fast technology growth, development and study of information system of surveillance HIV/AIDS base on the computer and internet can be developed to make the information become faster and precisely so that effort to overcome become more directional.

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang implementasi sistem charging untuk layanan IPTV (VoD) pada IMS. IMS merupakan salah satu platform berbasis IP yang mendukung adanya konvergensi telekomunikasi. Salah satu layanan IMS yang akan berkembang adalah IPTV, dan salah satu aplikasinya adalah Video on Demand (VoD). Dengan adanya VoD, pengguna layanan dapat memilih dan menonton video sesuai dengan keinginannya. Selain itu, pengguna layanan juga bisa kapan saja menonton video pilihan mereka sendiri. Seperti yang distandarkan oleh 3GPP, sistem charging pada IMS terdiri dari beberapa elemen utama, yaitu Charging Trigger Function (CTF), Charging Data Function (CDF), dan Online Charging Function (OCF).
Pada implementasi sistem charging untuk layanan IPTV (VoD) ini, digunakan UCT IMS Charging System yang telah dikembangkan oleh University of Cape Town, application server, media server, OpenIMSCore, dan software interface perhitungan biaya. Sistem charging ini dapat digunakan untuk online charging dan offline charging. Setelah memperoleh data dari UCT IMS Charging System, data tersebut kemudian akan masuk secara otomatis ke dalam software interface perhitungan biaya untuk dilakukan penghitungan total biaya yang dikenakan kepada client atas penggunaan layanan IPTV (VoD).

The focus of this thesis is the implementation of charging system for IPTV (VoD) service in IMS. IMS is one of the IP based platform that supports the convergence of telecommunications. One of the IMS services that will be evolve is IPTV, and one of its applications is Video on Demand (VoD). With VoD, users can select and watch the videos as they wish. In addition, users can also watch their selected videos anytime they want. As standardized by 3GPP, IMS charging involves the following main entities: a Charging Trigger Function (CTF), a Charging Data Function (CDF), and Online Charging Function (OCF).
In this charging system, UCT IMS Charging System which has been developed by University of Cape Town is used. Application server, media server, OpenIMSCore, and interface software costing is used as well. Charging system for IPTV (VoD) service can be used for online charging and offline charging. After obtaining the data from the UCT IMS Charging System, the data will be entered automatically into interface software costing for a head count of the total fees charged to client for the use of IPTV (VoD) service.

Penelitian ini mengambil kasus pada perusahaan jasa konsultan di Indonesia dengan penelitian kualitatif dan proses pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan uji coba. Perusahaan konsultan membagi pekerjaan dalam bentuk proyek-proyek sesuai dengan jumlah klien. Proses bisnis yang terintegrasi ke setiap proyek sangat penting untuk mendukung kegiatan pelaksanaan proyek dan pengambilan keputusan yang cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Dalam penelitian ini penulis akan mengoptimalisasikan prosedur sistem sebelum memperoleh proyek, implementasi proyek dan proyek selesai dan memberikan rekomendasi mengenai penyusunan sistem yang berkaitan dengan proses bisnis tersebut. 

This thesis discusses the Analysis and Implementation of Business Process Integration System at Consulting Services Company. This study took the case of a consulting services company in Indonesia with qualitative research and data collection process through observation, interviews and data collection. The consulting firm divides the work in the form of projects according to the number of clients. Integrated business processes for each project are essential to support project implementation and prompt, precise and accurate decision-making. The impact of an unintegrated system will reduce the effectiveness and efficiency in the business decision-making process. In addition, management must be aware of real-time, detailed and timely development of project activities so that management can make decisions readily, properly and accurately. Therefore, optimization business process system of the company needs to be considered for the process bisnus company to be effective and efficient. In this study the authors will optimize the system procedures before obtaining the project, project implementation and the project is completed and provide recommendations on the preparation of systems related to the business process."

LMS biasanya mampu untuk menyimpan video pemelajaran baik itu rekaman kelas maupun rekaman materi yang disampaikan oleh pengajar. Video pemelajaran pada LMS ini dapat diakses oleh semua orang termasuk para pelajar tunarungu. Video pemelajaran biasanya terdiri atas kumpulan gambar dan suara. Suara ini sulit didengar oleh penyandang tunarungu sehingga mereka mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami isi video pemelajaran. Untuk melawan keterbatasan pendengaran, penyandang tunarungu kerap menggunakan komunikasi total dalam keseharian mereka. Komunikasi total adalah komunikasi yang tidak hanya melibatkan mulut dan telinga namun juga mata, gerakan bibir, gerakan tangan, dan lain-lain. Untuk menghadirkan komunikasi total pada video pemelajaran, dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat mengubah video menjadi gerakan animasi bahasa isyarat. Fasilkom UI telah mengembangkan modul untuk mengubah teks menjadi animasi bahasa isyarat. Dengan demikian, diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat mengubah video menjadi teks. Pada penelitian ini, dikembangkan sistem pengubah video menjadi teks yang dapat diintegrasikan dengan LMS khususnya Moodle. Pada penelitian ini juga dibahas mengenai perbandingan dua model Automatic Speech Recogniton (ASR), yakni: Google Speech-to-Text dan Wav2Vec2-Large-XLSRIndonesian. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa pengembang dapat membuat sebuah modul aktivitas Moodle yang dapat diintegrasikan dengan LMS Moodle dan layanan lain di luar LMS. Tak hanya itu, berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini, model Google Speech-to-Text terbukti mampu memberikan rata-rata hasil transkripsi video pemelajaran yang lebih akurat dan lebih cepat daripada model Wav2Vec2-Large-XLSR-Indonesian.

With the growth of technology, teaching and learning activities are no longer limited to classroom. Now teaching and learning activities can be supported by utilizing Learning Management System (LMS). LMS often have the feature to store recordings, be it class session recordings or learning materials video. These recordings could be accessed by anyone, from normal students to students with hearing impairment. These learning videos are composed of images and sounds. Students with hearing impairment would have trouble with hearing those sounds. To combat their hearing problems, students with hearing impairment would use total communication in their everyday lives. Total communication is a communication that not only involves the mouth and the ears, but also eyes, lips, hand movements, and so on. To bring this total communication into the video, a system that could convert the video into sign language animation is needed. Fasilkom UI have developed a system that could convert text into a sign language animation. And so, a system that could convert the video into a text. In this research a system that could convert video into text that could be integrated with LMS, especially Moodle, will be developed. This research also discusses the comparison between two Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) models, one from Google, and one being a community-developed open-source project. This research managed to develop a Moodle activity module that could be integrated with the LMS itself and other remote services. And also, this research founds that, based on our analysis, the Google Speech-to-text model could give better and faster transcription results of the learning videos compared to Wav2Vec2-Large-XLSR-Indonesian model."

And also, this research founds that, based on our analysis, the Google Speech-to-text model could give better and faster transcription results of the learning videos compared to Wav2Vec2-Large-XLSR-Indonesian model.
