"Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) bertugas mendistribusikan obat dan atau alat kesehatan dengan memastikan mutu tetap terjamin saat sampai di tangan konsumen. Dalam rangka mencapai hal tersebut, diperlukan pedoman yang terstandarisasi dalam rangkaian kegiatan distribusi dan pengendalian mutu untuk menjamin produk yang didistribusikan memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan sesuai tujuan penggunaannya. Tugas khusus ini ditulis dengan tujuan agar penulis dapat memahami lebih dalam terkait penerapan CDOB dan CDAKB dalam proses validasi tempat penyimpanan dan kalibrasi alat monitoring suhu di PT MJG. Pelaksanaan tugas ini dilakukan dengan metode studi literatur dan perolehan informasi melalui sesi penyampaian materi, serta pengamatan langsung terhadap kegiatan operasional di PT MJG. Berdasarkan studi literatur, serta pengamatan, dan wawancara yang telah penulis lakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT MJG telah menerapkan aspek validasi penyimpanan, dan kalibrasi alat monitoring suhu dengan baik sesuai dengan kaidah-kaidah yang diatur dalam pedoman Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB) dan Cara Distribusi Alat Kesehatan yang Baik (CDAKB).

Pharmaceutical Wholesalers (PBF) are tasked with distributing drugs and/or medical devices by ensuring that quality remains as guaranteed when they reach consumers. In order to achieve this, standardized guidelines are needed in a series of distribution and quality assurance activities to ensure that distributed products meet the requirements set according to their intended use. This special assignment was written with the aim that the author can understand more deeply the application of CDOB and CDAKB in the validation process of storage and calibration of temperature monitoring devices at PT MJG. The implementation of this assignment was carried out using the literature study method and obtaining information through material delivery sessions, as well as direct observation of operational activities at PT MJG. Based on the literature study, as well as observations, and interviews that the author has conducted, it can be concluded that PT MJG has implemented aspects of storage validation, and calibration of temperature monitoring devices properly in accordance with the rules regulated in the guidelines for Good Drug Distribution Practices (CDOB) and Good Medical Device Distribution Practices (CDAKB)."

"Produk rantai dingin atau cold chain product (CCP) dalam industri farmasi merupakan produk yang harus disimpan pada rentang suhu tertentu yang telah ditetapkan. Penyusunan laporan Praktik kerja profesi apoteker di PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk bertujuan untuk melakukan kualifikasi kinerja Container Chiller 2 sebagai tempat penyimpanan produk rantai dingin dan memastikan bahwa tempat penyimpanan telah terkualifikasi dan memenuhi persyaratan rentang suhu 2°−8°C. Pelaksanaan kualifikasi kinerja Container Chiller 2 dilakukan dengan metode studi buka tutup pintu sebanyak sepuluh kali setiap 10 menit, studi holding time untuk mengukur waktu yang dibutuhkan dari suhu normal hingga suhu melewati spesifikasi, serta studi recovery time untuk menentukan waktu yang dibutuhkan dari suhu di luar spesifikasi hingga masuk spesifikasi kembali. Berdasarkan hasil studi buka tutup pintu, suhu minimum Container Chiller 2 pada titik terdingin yaitu 4,4°C, suhu maksimum pada titik terpanas mencapai 7,6°C. Container Chiller 2 memiliki holding time selama 47 menit dan nilai recovery time selama 13 menit. Hasil kualifikasi kinerja menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Container Chiller 2 di PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk cabang Bekasi telah sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang ditentukan, yaitu masih berada pada rentang 2°−8°C.

Cold chain products (CCPs) in the pharmaceutical industry must be stored within a specified temperature range. This professional pharmacist internship report at PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk aims to qualify the performance of Container Chiller 2 as a storage unit for cold chain products and ensure that it meets the required temperature range of 2°−8°C. The performance qualification of Container Chiller 2 was conducted using door-opening studies, with the door opened ten times every 10 minutes, a holding time study to measure the time required for the temperature to exceed the specified range, and a recovery time study to determine the time needed for the temperature to return to the specified range after deviation. Based on the results of the door-opening study, the minimum temperature in Container Chiller 2 at the coldest point was 4.4°C, and the maximum temperature at the warmest point reached 7.6°C. Container Chiller 2 had a holding time of 47 minutes and a recovery time of 13 minutes. The performance qualification results indicate that the performance of Container Chiller 2 at PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk, Bekasi branch, meets the specified requirements, maintaining the temperature range of 2°−8°C."

"Fakultas Farmasi mewadahi mahasiswa/i untuk dapat belajar dan mengembangkan diri menjadi seorang Apoteker yang handal di masa yang akan datang di masing-masing bidang penekunannya. Calon Apoteker tersebut sudah berkesempatan mendapatkan teori-teori dasar dalam berpikir, dan bertindak secara logis, akan tetapi, praktek di lapangannya belum atau masih jarang dilakukan oleh calon Apoteker tersebut. Oleh karena itu, Praktek Kerja Lapangan atau yang disebut juga dengan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA), diwajibkan sebagai syarat lulus bagi mahasiswa Apoteker di Universitas Indonesia. Untuk kali ini, PKPA dilakukan di Industri (PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi), Apotek (Apotek Roxy) dan Distributor (PT SamMarie Tramedifa). Di Industri, tugas utama terkait menganalisis cycle time empat varian produk pada periode April-Mei 2021, dan tercatat cycle time empat varian tersebut sebesar 6,04; 10,25; 6,17; dan 7 hari. Kedua, PKPA di Apotek ditugaskan untuk menganalisis penjualan produk pada bulan Februari 2021 dengan cara kategorisasi pengelolaan persediaan berdasarkan metode ABC atau prinsip pareto. Terakhir, saya berkesempatan PKPA di PT SamMarie Tramedifa dengan tugas khusus berupa peninjauan Prosedur Operasional Baku (POB) Tramedifa terkait Kualifikasi Tempat Penyimpanan Produk Rantai Dingin terhadap pemenuhan standar regulator. Berdasarkan hasil kajian tersebut, POB Tramedifa sudah memenuhi standar BPOM meskipun belum memenuhi standar kualifikasi dari WHO.

The Faculty of Pharmacy accommodates students to be able to learn and develop themselves to become a reliable pharmacist in the future in their respective fields of practice. Pharmacist candidate has had the opportunity to get basic theories in thinking and acting logically, however, the practice in the field has not been or is still rarely done. Therefore, the field work practice or also known as the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA), is required as a graduation requirement for apothecary students at the University of Indonesia. PKPA is carried out in Industry (PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi), Pharmacies (Roxy Pharmacy) and Distributors (PT SamMarie Tramedifa). In Industry, the main task is to analyze the cycle time of four product variants in the April-May 2021 period, and the cycle time of the four variants is recorded at 6.04; 10.25; 6.17; and 7 days. Secondly, PKPA at Pharmacy is assigned to analyze product sales in February 2021 by categorizing inventory management based on the ABC method or the Pareto principle. Finally, I had the opportunity to PKPA at PT SamMarie Tramedifa with a special task in the form of reviewing Tramedifa’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding the Qualification of Cold Chain Product Storage against compliance with regulatory standards. Based on the study results, SOP Tramedifa has met the BPOM standards even though it has not met the qualification standards of the WHO."

"Pelayanan kefarmasian di instalasi rumah sakit dilakukan sesuai standar pelayanan kefarmasian yang telah ditetapkan sebagai pedoman apoteker dalam menjalankan profesinya. Salah satunya terkait pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan bahan medis habis pakai dengan tujuan menganalisis kesesuaian tempat penyimpanan sediaan farmasi dan bahan medis habis pakai. Analisis dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan hasil observasi terhadap standar penyimpanan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai dan ditemukan hasil bahwa penyimpanan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai sudah sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Sistem penyimpanan sediaan farmasi dan bahan medis habis pakai yang telah tepat diharapkan membantu pelayanan obat dapat dilaksanakan secara tepat guna dan hasil guna.
